Several chemical reactions were carried out on 3‐(benzothiazol‐2‐yl‐hydrazono)‐1,3‐dihydro‐indol‐2‐one ( 2 ). 3‐(Benzothiazol‐2‐yl‐hydrazono)‐1‐alkyl‐1,3‐dihydro‐indol‐2‐one 3a , 3b , 3c have been achieved. Reaction of compound 2 with ethyl bromoacetate in the presence of K2CO3 resulted the uncyclized product 4 . Reaction of compound 2 with benzoyl chloride afforded dibenzoyl derivative 5 . Compound 2 was smoothly acetylated by acetic anhydride in pyridine to give diacetyl derivative 6b . Moreover, when compound 4 reacted with methyl hydrazine, it yielded dihydrazide derivative 7 , whereas the hydrazinolysis of this compound with hydrazine hydrate gave the monohydrazide derivative 8 . {N‐(Benzothiazol‐2‐yl‐N′‐(3‐oxo‐3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐1,2,4‐triaza‐fluoren‐9‐ylidene)hydrazino]‐acetic acid ethyl ester ( 9 ) was prepared by ring closure of compound 8 by the action of glacial acetic acid. In addition, the reaction of 2‐hydrazinobenzothiazole ( 1 ) with d ‐glucose and d ‐arabinose in the presence of acetic acid yielded the hydrazones 10a , 10b , respectively. Acetylation of compound 10b gave compound 11b . On the other hand, compound 13 was obtained by the reaction of compound 1 with gama‐d ‐galactolactone ( 12 ). Acetylation of compound 13 with acetic anhydride in pyridin gave the corresponding N1‐acetyl‐N2‐(benzothiazolyl)‐2‐yl)‐2,3,4,5,6‐penta‐O‐acetyl‐d ‐galacto‐hydrazide ( 14 ). Better yields and shorter reaction times were achieved using ultrasound irradiation. The structural investigation of the new compounds is based on chemical and spectroscopic evidence. Some selected derivatives were studied for their antimicrobial and antiviral activities.  相似文献

Novel conjugates of pyridothienopyrimidinones and carbohydrates or other moieties linked by 1,2,3‐triazoles were synthesized. After establishing the pyridothienopyrimidone ring systems by ring closure, propargyl group was introduced by O‐alkylation or N‐alkylation. Cu‐catalyzed cycloaddition of the propargyl product with azido group gave the corresponding 1,2,3‐triazoles in high yields. A remarkable case of the catalyzed ring closure to build a pyrimidinone moiety with two diastereomers was observed. Theoretical calculations were performed on the studied diastereomers, and it was found that the S‐isomer is more stable than the corresponding R‐isomer by about 2 kcal/mol.  相似文献

Composites of gold nanoparticles (Au) electrochemically deposited and different metal phthalocyanines (Co, Ni, Cu, and Fe) were chemically prepared. The composites were used as modifiers for carbon paste electrodes and were used for the determination of morphine in presence of ascorbic acid and uric acid. Central metal atoms of phthalocyanine moiety affected the rate of electron transfer. Thus, the electroactivity of different modifiers were evaluated towards morphine oxidation. Au‐CoPcM‐CPE possessed the highest rate for charge transfer rate in all studied pH electrolytes. Limit of detection was 5.48×10?9 mol L?1 in the range of 4.0×10?7 to 9.0×10?4 mol L?1.  相似文献

Several years ago, sarcosine received attention as a prostate‐cancer marker. Prostate cancer is one of the most widespread types of tumor diseases in men. The prostate‐specific antigen is normally used as a marker, and it can only be detected in blood with a sensitivity of approximately 80%. In the present study, dummy molecularly imprinted polymers in microextraction by packed sorbent with on‐line liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry was used for the determination of sarcosine in human plasma and urine samples. The polymer network glycine was used for the dummy molecularly imprinted polymers. The selectivity of the method was evaluated using similar prostate‐cancer biomarkers. In addition, various parameters affecting the extraction performance were investigated. The method limits of detection and quantification in the plasma and urine were 1.0 and 3.0 ng/mL, respectively. The values of the coefficient of determination were over 0.99 for all runs in the studied concentration range (3.0–10 000 ng/mL). The method recovery was 87 and 89% in plasma and urine, respectively. The intraday and interday precisions of sarcosine in the plasma and urine samples were in the ranges of 4.0–7.1, 3.0–6.3, 2.9–4.7, and 5.0–6.7, respectively.  相似文献

The wide diversity of applications of thiosemicarbazones and bis(thiosemicarbazones) has seen them used as anticancer and antitubercular agents, and as ligands in metal complexes designed to act as site‐specific radiopharmaceuticals. Molecules of 1,1′‐({[(ethane‐1,2‐diyl)dioxy](1,2‐phenylene)}bis(methanylylidene))bis(thiosemicarbazide) {alternative name: 2,2′‐[ethane‐1,2‐diylbis(oxy)]dibenzaldehyde bis(thiosemicarbazide)}, C18H20N6O2S2, (I), lie across twofold rotation axes in the space group C2/c, with an O—C—C—O torsion angle of −59.62 (13)° and a trans‐planar arrangement of the thiosemicarbazide fragments relative to the adjacent aryl rings. The molecules of (I) are linked by N—H...S hydrogen bonds to form sheets containing R24(38) rings and two types of R22(8) ring. In the N,N‐dimethylformamide disolvate, C18H20N6O2S2·2C3H7NO, (II), the independent molecular components all lie in general positions, but one of the solvent molecules is disordered over two sets of atomic sites having occupancies of 0.839 (3) and 0.161 (3). The O—C—C—O torsion angle in the ArOCH2CH2OAr component is −75.91 (14)° and the independent thiosemicarbazide fragments both adopt a cis‐planar arrangement relative to the adjacent aryl rings. The ArOCH2CH2OAr components in (II) are linked by N—H...S hydrogen bonds to form deeply puckered sheets containing R22(8), R24(8) and two types of R22(38) rings, and which contain cavities which accommodate all of the solvent molecules in the interior of the sheets. A uranyl sulfate leach liquor obtained by uranium leaching of a technological sample of salcrete deposits of Gabal Qatrani ore was subjected to uranium extraction using the liquid–liquid technique. Uranium was effectively extracted from sulfate leach liquor by [(10 %) tri-n-octylamine (TOA)] dissolved in xylene as a diluent. The extraction efficiency was markedly enhanced as the concentration of TOA increases from 1 to 10 %. The relevant factors controlling the extraction process of uranium using tri-n-octylamine were studied. These factors include the effect of diluents used, TOA concentration, contact time, settling time and phase ratio (O/A) v/v. The optimum extraction conditions were chosen. Stripping of uranium from the loaded TOA has been carried out using 5 % Na2CO3 as an effective stripping agent. More than 97 % of uranium was extracted by 10 % TOA, at contact time 10 min, settling time 5 min, phase ratio (VO/VA) 1/1 and at room temperature. The feasibility of using the TOA for preconcentration-separation of uranium was assessed by stripping studies. The loaded uranium onto TOA has been stripped by 100 % when using 5 % Na2CO3 as an efficient eluting agent at 15 min contact time, 5 min settling time and phase ratio (O/A) 2/1.  相似文献

A specific, accurate, precise and reproducible micellar electrokinetic chromatographic method was developed for in vitro and in vivo estimation of rosuvastatin, a synthetic and potent HMG‐CoA inhibitor, in rabbit plasma. Further, its pharmacokinetics in the presence of niacin, which could be co‐administered for monitoring of severe hypercholestremia, was investigated. The assay procedures involved simple liquid–liquid extraction of rosuvastatin and internal standard, atorvastatin, from a small plasma volume directly into acetonitrile. The organic layer was separated and evaporated under a gentle stream of nitrogen. The residue was reconstituted in the mobile phase and injected electrokinetically into electropherosis system. The background electrolyte consisted of borate buffer (25.0 mm , pH 9.5), 10.0% organic modifier (5.0% methanol + 5.0% acetonitrile) and 25.0 mm sodium dodecyl sulfate at 20.0 kV applied voltage and 215.0 nm detection wavelength for the effective separation of rosuvastatin, niacin and atorvastatin. Pyrano[4,3‐d]pyrimidine derivative 3 was prepared by reaction of chlorocarbonyl isocyanate 1 with enaminonitrile 2 . Compound 3 reacted with nitrogen nucleophiles 4a‐f to afford 2‐substituted pyrido[4,3d]pyrimidine 5–8 , pyrimido[i]1,5a‐diaza‐9‐oxafluorene 9 and pyrimido[i]5a‐aza‐9‐thiafluorene 10 derivatives. Also, compound 3 reacted with active methylene compounds 4j to yield pyrimidine derivatives 14–16 which on reaction with EtONa 4k afforded 1,5,7‐triaza‐10‐oxaphenanthrene derivatives 17–19 .  相似文献

5‐(2‐Aminothiazol‐4‐yl)‐8‐hydroxyquinoline 2 has been synthesized by treating thiourea with 5‐chloroacetyl‐8‐hydroxyquinoline 1 . The amine 2 was treated with aromatic aldehydes to furnish schiff bases 6a‐c which on treatment with phenyl isothiocyanate gave the corresponding thiazolo‐s‐triazines 7a‐c . Reaction of 2 with phenyl isothiocyanate gave the corresponding aminocarbothiamide derivative 8 which on reaction with malonic acid in acetyl chloride afforded thiobarbituric acid derivative 9 . Coupling of 9 with diazonium salt gave the phenyl hydrazono derivative 10 . However, reaction of 2 with carbon disulphide and methyl iodide afforded dithiocarbamidate 12 which on treatment with ethylenediamine, o‐aminophenol and/or phenylenediamine gave the aminoazolo derivatives 13–15 , respectively. Other substituted fused thiazolopyrimidines 16–20 have been also prepared by the reaction of 2 with some selected dicarbonyl reagents. The characterisation of synthesized compounds has been done on the basis of elemental analysis, IR, 1H‐NMR and mass spectral data. All the newly synthesized compounds have been screened for their antimicrobial activities.  相似文献

Complexes of Dy3+ with metformin-Schiff-bases of salicylaldehyde (HL1); 2,3-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (H2L2); 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (H2L3); 2,5-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (H2L4); 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (H2L5); and 2-hydroxynaphthaldehyde (HL6) were synthesized by template reactions. The new compounds were characterized through elemental analysis, conductivity and magnetic moment measurements, IR, UV–vis, fluorescence, GC–MS, and XRD spectroscopies. The complexes are seven coordinate with formulas [DyL1–4,6(NO3)2(H2O)2nH2O where n?=?2, 2½, 4, 2, 2 and [DyL5(NO3)(H2O)4]·2H2O. TGA, DTG, and DTA analyses confirmed the suggested stereochemistry and subsequently the proposed mechanism of thermal decomposition. Kinetic and thermodynamic parameters were calculated for the second decomposition step. Thus, we report the ability of using the prepared complexes in the detection of glucose at physiological conditions using UV–vis and fluorescence spectroscopy as well as viscosity measurements, where the association constants were calculated.
