Me2Sn(O2PPh2)2 ( 1 ), Ph2Pb(O2PMe2)2 ( 2 ), and Ph2Pb(O2PPh2)2 ( 3 ) have been synthesized by the reactions of Me2SnCl2 or Ph3PbCl with the corresponding diorganophosphinic acid in methanol. X‐ray diffraction studies show that the diorganophosphinate groups behave as double bridges between the metal atoms leading to polymeric ring‐chain structures with M2O4P2 (M = Pb, Sn) eight‐membered rings. The organic groups bonded to the metal atoms are in trans‐position in the resulting octahedral arrangement around the metal atoms. The IR and the mass spectra were reported and discussed.  相似文献

Photophysical properties in dilute MeCN solution are reported for seven RuII complexes containing two 2,2′‐bipyridine (bpy) ligands and different third ligands, six of which contain a variety of 4,4′‐carboxamide‐disubstituted 2,2′‐bipyridines, for one complex containing no 2,2′‐bipyridine, but 2 of these different ligands, for three multinuclear RuII complexes containing 2 or 4 [Ru(bpy)2] moieties and also coordinated via 4,4′‐carboxamide‐disubstituted 2,2′‐bipyridine ligands, and for the complex [(Ru(bpy)2(L)]2+ where L is N,N′‐([2,2′‐bipyridine]‐4,4′‐diyl)bis[3‐methoxypropanamide]. Absorption maxima are red‐shifted with respect to [Ru(bpy)3]2+, as are phosphorescence maxima which vary from 622 to 656 nm. The lifetimes of the lowest excited triplet metal‐to‐ligand charge transfer states 3MLCT in de‐aerated MeCN are equal to or longer than for [Ru(bpy)3]2+ and vary considerably, i.e., from 0.86 to 1.71 μs. Rate constants kq for quenching by O2 of the 3MLCT states were measured and found to be well below diffusion‐controlled, ranging from 1.2 to 2.0⋅109 dm3 mol−1 s−1. The efficiencies f of singlet‐oxygen formation during oxygen quenching of these 3MLCT states are relatively high, namely 0.53 – 0.89. The product of kq and f gives the net rate constant k for quenching due to energy transfer to produce singlet oxygen, and kqk equals k, the net rate constant for quenching due to energy dissipation of the excited 3MLCT states without energy transfer. The quenching rate constants were both found to correlate with ΔGCT, the free‐energy change for charge transfer from the excited Ru complex to oxygen, and the relative and absolute values of these rate constants are discussed.  相似文献

Thiation of 1 by LR gave the corresponding 3,5‐dithioxo derivative 2 and the trimer 3 . Methylation of 1 afforded the S‐methyl derivative 4 . Compound 1 was fused with 6‐bromo‐2‐phenyl‐benzo[1,3‐d]oxazin‐4‐one ( 5 ) and gave 6 . Condensation of 1 with some acid derivatives 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d and/or 8a , 8b , 8c yielded thiadiazolo‐triazine derivatives 9a , 9b , 9c , 9d and 10a , 10b , 10c . Compounds 9a , 9c and 10c were hydrolyzed to furnish 11a , 11b , 11c Acetylation of 14 afforded mono‐ and diacetyl‐derivatives 15 and 16 . Benzoylation of 14 afforded mono‐ and dibezoyl‐derivatives 17 and 18 . 14 with some aromatic aldehydes yielded 9a , 9b , 9c . Reacting 14 with phenyl (iso‐ and/or isothio‐) cyanate gave the urea derivatives 20a , 20b . Thiation of 14 with P4S10 furnished 21 . Malondianilides 3 derived from dichloro substituted anilines 2 undergo cyclization to afford 4-hydroxy-2(1H)-quinolones 4 in very good yields using methane sulfonic acid-phosphorus pentoxide as catalyst. 3,4-Dichloro anilines 5 can be shown to yield two isomers, 7 and 8 , whereas 3-substituted anilines 9 afford merely 7-substituted 4-hydroxy-2(1H)-quinolones 11.  相似文献

This study presents a new method for collecting and handling saliva samples using an automated analytical microsyringe and microextraction by packed syringe (MEPS). The screening and determination of lidocaine in human saliva samples utilizing MEPS and liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) were carried out. An exact volume of saliva could be collected. The MEPS C8‐cartridge could be used for 50 extractions before it was discarded. The extraction recovery was about 60%. The pharmacokinetic curve of lidocaine in saliva using MEPS‐LC‐MS/MS is reported. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The rates of hydrolysis of seven acetate esters substituted in the alkyl group have been studied in the presence of a sulfonated cation exchange resin in 70% aqueous acetone solution. the slower hydrolysis rates with increasing size of substituent are related to increasing steric influence, as determined by decreasing values of the steric substituent parameter, Es. The efficiency of the resin catalyst is related to the entropy of substituents. Influence caused by steric hindrance on reaction rates accounts satisfactorily for observed variations of the enthalpies and entropies of activation with alkyl group substituents. The purpose of this paper is studying the effect of incorporation of Multiwall Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNT) into two different nanocomposites in poly vinyl alcohol (PVA)/polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), and PVA/Polyethylene glycol (PEG). MWCNT were synthesized by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method using acetylene and Fe/Co/Al2O3 as carbon precursor and catalyst, respectively. Nitric acid and sulfuric acid were used for purification and functionalization of MWCNT. Afterward, highly pure and functionalized MWCNT (0, 0.02, and 0.05% w/w) were incorporated in PVA/PVP and PVA/PEG to synthesize PVA/PVP/MWCNT and PVA/PEG/MWCNT nanocomposites hydrogel membranes that cross-linked by freezing–thawing. PEG and PVP were selected in these nanocomposites as dispersion matrix for MWCNT as well as for increasing the elasticity of the nanocomposites membranes. The morphology of the hydrogels was characterized by SEM, FTIR, XRD, TGA, and the mechanical properties of the hydrogel membranes were investigated. The swelling behavior in different pH-buffer solutions was studied as well as studying weight loss percentage and swelling kinetic. The drug releasing process of the hydrogel membranes was investigated using salicylic acid as a model drug. It was found that MWCNT are dispersed well into the polymers and crystallinity, mechanical properties and thermal stability of the hydrogels contain MWCNT are better than that without MWCNT. Maximum degree of swelling was observed at pH 7 and swelling degree increases with increasing the ratio of MWCNT in the hydrogels from 0.02 to 0.05%. All hydrogel membranes followed non-Fickian mechanism and drug releasing were controlled by varying the pH and amount of MWCNT.  相似文献

Two novel amino acids imine ligands (H2L1 and H2L2) have been synthesized using green condensation reaction from 2‐[3‐Amino‐5‐(2‐hydroxy‐phenyl)‐5‐methyl‐1,5‐dihydro‐[1, 2, 4]triazol‐4‐yl]‐3‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐propionic acid with benzaldehyde/p‐flouro benzaldehyde (1:1 molar ratio) in the presence of lemon juice as a natural acidic catalyst in aqueous medium. Their transition metal complexes have been prepared in a molar ratio (1:1). Characterization of the ligands and complexes using elemental analysis, spectroscopic studies, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and thermal analysis has been reported. E*, ΔH*, ΔS* and ΔG* thermodynamic parameters, were calculated to throw more light on the nature of changes accompanying the thermal decomposition process of these complexes. The molar conductance measurement of metal complexes showed nonelectrolyte behavior. The metal complexes of the two ligands have tetrahedral geometry with a general molecular structure [M(H2L)Xn], where [(M = Mn (II), Co (II), Cu (II) and Zn (II), X = Cl, n = 2]; M = VO (II), X = SO4, n = 1] for H2L1. [M = Co (II), Cu (II), Zn (II)] for H2L2. Antibacterial activity of the complexes against (Bacillis subtilis, Micrococcus luteus, Escherichia coli), also antifungal activity against (Aspergillus niger, Candida Glabarta, Saccharomyces cerevisiae) have been screened. The results showed that all complexes have antimicrobial activity higher than free ligands. Molecular docking studies results showed that, all the synthesized compounds having minimum binding energy and have good affinity toward the active pocket, thus, they may be considered as good inhibitor of targeting PDB code: 1SC7 (Human DNA Topo‐isomerase I).  相似文献
