Also, 4-furylmethylene-2-phenyl-2-oxazolin-5-ones react with thiophenol, and/or thionaphthol to give the thiolester derivatives in one-pot synthesis. ABSTRACT: BACKGROUND: The peri-adolescent period is a crucial developmental moment of transition from childhood to emergent adulthood. The present report analyses the differences in Power Spectrum (PS) of the Electroencephalogram (EEG) between late childhood (24 children between 8 and 13 years old) and young adulthood (24 young adults between 18 and 23 years old). RESULTS: The narrow band analysis of the Electroencephalogram was computed in the frequency range of 0--20 Hz. The analysis of mean and variance suggested that six frequency ranges presented a different rate of maturation at these ages, namely: low delta, delta-theta, low alpha, high alpha, low beta and high beta. For most of these bands the maturation seems to occur later in anterior sites than posterior sites. Correlational analysis showed a lower pattern of correlation between different frequencies in children than in young adults, suggesting a certain asynchrony in the maturation of different rhythms. The topographical analysis revealed similar topographies of the different rhythms in children and young adults. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) demonstrated the same internal structure for the Electroencephalogram of both age groups. Principal Component Analysis allowed to separate four subcomponents in the alpha range. All these subcomponents peaked at a lower frequency in children than in young adults. CONCLUSIONS: The present approaches complement and solve some of the incertitudes when the classical brain broad rhythm analysis is applied. Children have a higher absolute power than young adults for frequency ranges between 0-20 Hz, the correlation of Power Spectrum (PS) with age and the variance age comparison showed that there are six ranges of frequencies that can distinguish the level of EEG maturation in children and adults. The establishment of maturational order of different frequencies and its possible maturational interdependence would require a complete series including all the different ages. 相似文献

The influence of 8 MeV electrons on the crystalline structure of HgTe and Hg1-xCdxTe thin films was studied. HgTe and Hg1-xCdxTe layers were obtained by thermal evaporation and condensation in vacuum on optically flat silica glass substrates heated at different temperatures. One finds that the results of irradiation of HgTe and Hg1-xCdxTe thin films with 8 MeV electrons depend on the preparation conditions of the samples, and therefore on the level of perfection of the crystalline structure and the quantity of nonstoichiometric atoms. 相似文献

Abstract Alkylation of 4-anilino-5-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol (1) with some halo compounds yielded the corresponding sulfides 2a–f. Some sulfides 2e,f were cyclized to give triazolothiadiazines 3 and 4. Triazolothiadiazoles 5 and 6 were prepared through the reaction of compound 1 with carbon disulfide or ethyl orthoformate, respectively. Treatment of compound 1 with ethyl chloroformate or phenyl isothiocyanate yielded triazolo-thiadiazole and triazole 9 and 10, respectively. Reaction of compound 1 with Lawesson's reagent gave triazolothiadiazaphosphole derivative 11. Also, compound 1 underwent cyclocondensation reactions with some bidentate reagents to give triazolothiazines 4, 12, and 13. Triazolo-thiazepines and triaziepine 14–16 were synthesized via the reaction of compound 1 with β-ketoesters or ethyl cyanoacetate. Tricyclic systems 19 and 20 were prepared through the reaction of compound 4 with the appropriate reagent. Some synthesized compounds were tested for antibacterial activity. The antifungal and antioxidant activities of thirty newly synthesized 4‐thiazolidinone (TZON) derivatives were assessed against some fungal species including Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger. The introduction of different arylidene moieties at 5‐positions of the thiazolidinone ring successfully enhanced its biological activity. The structure–activity relationships revealed that 4‐thiazolidinone derivatives harboring dicarboxyethyl (at the 2‐ethenyl) and p‐nitrophenylhydrazyl arm (at the 5‐arylidine positions of the thiazolidinone ring) display considerable antifungal and antioxidant properties. 相似文献

Carboxymethyl chitosan was grafted with N-acryloyl,N′-cyanoacetohydrazide in homogenous aqueous phase using potassium persulfate initiator. The maximum grafting yield achieved was 448% at 0.03 mol/L potassium persulfate, 0.75 mol/L N-acryloyl,N′-cyanoacetohydrazide, and 60°C within 2 h. The grafted copolymers showed better thermal stability than that of carboxymethyl chitosan. The samples with percent grafting values up to 98% were soluble in water, but a higher grafting extent resulted in insoluble copolymers. The grafted copolymers are nontoxic materials and showed an inhibition effect on both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria and Aspergillus flavus and Candida albicans fungi better than those of chitosan and carboxymethyl chitosan themselves. 相似文献

Starting from the reaction of ethyl cyanoacetate with thiourea and the appropriate aldehydes, a series of new pyrimidine derivatives were prepared. Ten selected pyrimidine derivatives were subjected to a screening system for the investigation of their antitumor potency against liver (HEPG2) cell line. The antitumor activity results indicated that most of the selected pyrimidine derivatives showed moderate growth inhibition activity against the tested cell line, but with varying intensities in comparison to the known anticancer drugs: 5-fluorouracil and doxorubicin. Some of the synthesized compounds were also tested for their antimicrobial activity against bacteria as well as fungal isolates. 相似文献
