研究金纳米粒子和牛血清白蛋白以及羊抗兔免疫球蛋白G的相互作用

通过检测蛋白质与金纳米粒子结合前后的zeta电位和荧光淬灭的变化，研究金纳米粒子和蛋白质，如牛血清白蛋白以及免疫球蛋白G之间在不同pH条件下的相互作用。当加入蛋白质后，金胶体溶液在透射电镜和紫外－可见分光光度计检测时有聚集的现象。实验结果表明，当pH值增大时，zeta电位变化很明显，而结合常数K_b和化学计量数n增加的趋势比较平缓。总之，有两个因子能明显地影响金纳米粒子和蛋白质之间的相互作用，那就是表面电荷以及金纳米粒子和蛋白质上面的色氨酸的吲哚环之间的共价作用。     

S3分子的结构与最可几解离过程理论研究

用量子化学从头算方法,计算得到了S3分子优化的几何结构(基态和几个低激发态);研究了其在C2v与Cs群对称性下的解离过程,给出两种群对称性下基态和激发态的势能曲面及等高投影图;在两种群对称性下均得到在相应势能曲面上的优化的解离路径.     

5-烃基-2,3-二甲基吡嗪N-单氧化物的合成

一烃基或二烃基吡嗪的N-单氧化物可以进行氯化、乙酰氧基化等反应,它是重要的有机合成中间体.据报道二烃基吡嗪与30％过氧化氢在醋酸中进行N-氧化反应,当二烃基吡嗪:30％过氧化氢:醋酸的摩尔比为1:2:5、反应温度70～80℃、反应时间8h时,产物是N-单氧化物;当摩尔比为1:4:10、反应温度95℃、反应时间8～24h时,产物是N-二氧     

非简并拉曼过程中交流斯塔克位移对场熵和缠绕的影响

利用修正后的哈密顿量计算非简并拉曼过程中双模光场场熵的演化,并研究了原子能级的交流斯塔克位移对场熵演化和原子场之间的缠绕的影响.结果显示:交流斯塔克位移的存在使双模光场的熵的演化呈现出较完美的周期性,并且演化的周期以及原子光场缠绕的程度均受交流斯塔克位移的影响. 关键词： 非简并拉曼过程 交流斯塔克位移 双模光场 场熵 原子光场纠缠度     

磨盘碾磨制备PA6/PP/SBS共混物的结构与性能

采用磨盘形力化学反应器,在室温下制备了PA6/PP超细混合粉体,与SBS共混制得PA6/PP/SBS共混物,测定了材料的力学性能并用TEM研究了材料在不同加工温度下相结构的变化.结果表明,通过固相力化学粉碎制备的PA6/PP混合微粉,改善了PA6与PP和SBS的相容性,促进了PA6及PP的分散和与SBS的相界面结合.在微粉填充量为4%～8%(质量分数)时,材料的拉伸强度大幅度提高,扯断伸长率保持不变.加工温度变化引起材料相结构的变化对材料性能产生显著影响.在PP熔融温度下加工,PP粒子产生粘连形成链状结构,可提高材料的力学性能.     

由卷积和从属关系刻画的单叶调和函数某些子类

Let SH be the class of functions f = h + ˉg that are harmonic univalent and sensepreserving in the open unit disk U = {z ∈ C : |z| 1} for which f(0) = f′(0)-1 = 0. In the present paper, we introduce some new subclasses of SH consisting of univalent and sensepreserving functions defined by convolution and subordination. Sufficient coefficient conditions,distortion bounds, extreme points and convolution properties for functions of these classes are obtained. Also, we discuss the radii of starlikeness and convexity.     

V-Ta合金力学行为的计算与实验研究

用第一性原理方法计算V-Ta合金体系的弹性常数并对其力学性能进行评估.计算得到的杨氏模量、剪切模量、柯西压力及体模量与剪切模量等表明当合金中Ta的含量在10 wt.%左右时,合金具有较高的强度和良好的塑性.为了检验计算结果,合成了V-10 wt.%Ta,V-15 wt.%Ta,V-20 wt.%Ta等不同Ta含量体系,并对其力学性能进行表征,实验所得结果与计算相吻合,为通过计算设计合金提供了一种可行思路.     

Transitions to Long-Resident States in Coupled Chaotic Oscillators

The behaviour of coupled chaotic oscillators before complete synchronization is investigated. Long-time residence of trajectories appears besides one of the saddle foci. The tendency that orbits of the two oscillators get closer becomes faster with the increasing coupling strength. The diffusion of phase difference between the two oscillators is first enhanced and then suppressed. There are exact correspondences among these phenomena. The mechanism of these correspondences is explored. These phenomena uncover the route to synchronization of coupled chaotic oscillators.     

Accelerated Stochastic Simulation of Large Chemical Systems

For efficient simulation of chemical systems with large number of reactions, we report a fast and exact algorithm for direct simulation of chemical discrete Markov processes. The approach adopts the scheme of organizing the reactions into hierarchical groups. By generating a random number, the selection of the next reaction that actually occurs is accomplished by a few successive selections in the hierarchical groups. The algorithm which is suited for simulating systems with large number of reactions is much faster than the direct method or the optimized direct method. For a demonstration of its efficiency, the accelerated algorithm is applied to simulate the reaction-diffusion Brusselator model on a discretized space.     

关于二阶半线性椭圆方程的Dirichlet边值问题一个注记(英文)

本文研究二阶半线性椭圆方程的Dirichlet边值问题.利用山路引理和最小作用原理,获得了在新条件下具有Dirichlet边值问题的二阶半线性椭圆方程的弱解的存在性的结果.
