Simultaneous characterization of isoflavonoids and astragalosides in two Astragalus species by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with atmospheric pressure chemical ionization tandem mass spectrometry

A method was developed for the simultaneous identification of astragalosides (AGs) and isoflavonoids (IFs) in the roots of Astragalus membranaceus and Astragalus mongholicus by HPLC coupled with atmospheric pressure chemical ionization MS/MS (HPLC-APCI-MS/MS). Diagnostic fragment ions of AGs and different group of IFs were obtained with one AG and eight IF standards analyzed by CID-MS, which were adopted as characteristic MS/MS fingerprints for further identification of these compounds in the two Astragalus species by using HPLC-APCI-MS/MS. A total of 20 IFs and 10 AGs were identified or tentatively identified. Among them, six IFs were detected in A. membranaceus for the first time and five IFs were firstly identified in A. mongholicus. The results indicate that HPLC-APCI-MS/MS is a powerful tool for the simultaneous characterization of IFs and AGs in complex matrix.     

A General Random Walk Model of Molecular Motor

A general random walk model framework is presented which can be used to statistically describe the internal dynamics and external mechanical movement of molecular motors along filament track. The motion of molecular motor in a periodic potential and a constant force is considered. We show that the molecular motor‘s movement becomes slower with the potential barrier increasing, but if the force is increased, the molecular motor‘‘s movement becomes faster. The relation between the effective rate constant and the potential battler‘s height, and that between the effective rate constant and the value of the force are discussed. Our results are consistent with the experiments and relevant theoretical consideration, and can be used to explain some physiological phenomena.     

迷迭香中微量元素与黄酮类化合物的含量分析

以甲醇为溶剂用索氏提取法提取迷迭香中总黄酮,用比色法测定了其含量;并采用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定了该植物中9种微量元素的含量。结果表明:迷迭香中黄酮类化合物的含量为1.61mg/g,加样回收率为98.98%—100.06%,RSD为0.419%(n=6),该法操作简便,重现性好,适合于黄酮类化合物含量的测定;迷迭香中Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Zn含量丰富。     

湖南扬子地台砂矿金刚石的红外、拉曼特征及指示意义

产于湖南沅水地区的十颗砂矿金刚石的红外光谱和拉曼光谱的研究结果表明：湖南砂矿金刚石多为I_aAB型,且往往表现为A型氮相对富集;金刚石中的氮含量介于38.30～840.67 μg·g-1之间,且不同金刚石晶体中氮含量差别极大;金刚石在地幔中的存储时间介于0.043～3.315 Ga之间,不同的样品在地幔中的存储时间相差较大,且最长存储时间(3.315 Ga)要大于湘鄂黔桂毗邻区最老岩体的年龄(3.285 Ga);湖南砂矿金刚石在其形成过程中经历过较为显著的环境变化,且菱形十二面体金刚石晶体的形成深度大于八面体金刚石晶体。     

Directed Transport of Brownian Particles in a Periodic Channel

In this more sophisticated situation, some property is similar to the simple situation, but some interesting property also appears.

Growth of NaBi（WO4）2 Dendrite and Mechanism

The solid-liquid interface motion of NaBi（WO4）2 （NBWO） melt crystal growth is observed in an in situ system, in which the whole processes of interface transition from fiat interface and cellular to dendrite are visualized. The spacing of the dendrite under smaller temperature gradient turns out to be larger than that under larger temperature gradient, which is found to be sensitive to the temperature distribution. The mechanism of dendrite growth of NBWO is studied based on the model of the growth units of anion coordination polyhedra. The { 001} face has two apex links, so it shows higher stability and has high growth rate and forms the arm of dendrite, whereas the {010} face has only one apex link, and thus shows relative slower growth rate and firstly forms the branches.     

In Situ Observation of Skeletal Shape Transition during BaB2O4 Crystal Growth in High-Temperature Solution

The transition from a fiat solid-liquid interface to a skeletal shape during BaB2O4 （BBO） single crystal growth in Li2B4O7 flux is observed in real time by an optical high-temperature in-situ observation system. The movement of crystal step is also investigated. The observation results demonstrate that the steps propagate along and parallel to the fiat interface when the crystal size is small. Nevertheless, they will ‘bend＇ close to the face centre if the crystal size becomes greater. Atomic force microscopy reveals that more deposition places near the face centre give rise to the bending of advancing steps and thus the formation of a vicinal interface structure. Measurements of step velocity show that the velocity keeps nearly constant at different moments for one specific step, whereas the step on a newly formed layer advanced faster than that on a previously formed one when the crystal size is larger than 210μm or so. Thus interracial morphological instability occurs and a skeletal interface is obtained.     

一种新的空间域图像错误掩盖方法

提出了空间域图像错误掩盖方法.在信道丢包率较高时,采用场编码交织技术将图像按像素行分为两个场,并分别独立编码和传输.当某个场中的图像数据在网络传输过程中丢失时,用相邻场的像素值通过插值的方法恢复丢失数据.实验结果表明,掩盖效果明显优于现有的空间域错误掩盖方法,即使在图像数据丢失一半的情况下,恢复图像主观上仍可接受,测试图像的PSNR增益可达2.77~7.24 dB.
