Several 2-substituted benzotellurazoles have been prepared by the reaction of N-allyl derivatives of o-methyltelluroaniline with POC13 or SOC12 followed by reduction of the -telluranes which are formed. A method has been developed for the synthesis of the previously undescribed hydroxy- and amino-1-benzazolyl-2-pyrazoles. Background
This study compared the transduction efficiencies of an adeno-associated viral (AAV) vector, which was pseudotyped with an AAV1 capsid and encoded the green fluorescent protein (GFP), with a lentiviral (LV) vector, which was pseudotyped with a VSV-G envelop and encoded the discosoma red fluorescent protein (dsRed), to investigate which viral vector transduced the lateral hypothalamus or the amygdala more efficiently. The LV-dsRed and AAV1-GFP vector were mixed and injected into the lateral hypothalamus or into the amygdala of adult rats. The ZnL2 complex (I) (HL = N-(4′-benzo-15-crown-5)-2-(amino-N-tosyl)phenylaldimine) is synthesized and studied by IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 23.139(2) Å, b = 19.931(2) Å, c = 14.604(2) Å, β = 121.20(1)°, Z = 4, space group C2/c, R = 0.751 for 766 reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Zn atom in a molecule of the complex lies on a twofold axis and is coordinated at the vertices of a distorted tetrahedron by four N atoms of two HL ligands (average Zn-N distance 2.024 Å). 相似文献
