ABSTRACT:

Reactions of cycloaliphatic thioketones with phenyl azide in the presence of an electron-deficient C-C-dipolarophile have been studied. It was shown that the course of the reactions and the structures of the products depend strongly on the type of the dipolarophile used. Only in the case of fumaronitrile the interception product of the intermediate thiocarbonyl-S-imide was obtained.  相似文献

The comparative histochemical analysis of the fat body of workers belonging to the basal species Cyphomyrmex rimosus and Mycetarotes parallelus and to derived species Acromyrmex disciger and Atta laevigata revealed that this tissue is constituted mainly by cells denominated trophocytes and oenocytes. The trophocytes of all species studied here were characterized mainly by the proteins and lipids synthesis and storage, being the derived species the ones who have presented higher quantity of lipids in the trophocytes when compared to the trophocytes of basal species. In workers M. parallelus and A. laevigata, besides proteins and lipids, there has being observed the presence of polysaccharides, however, in C. rimosus and A. disciger these elements were detected in lower quantities. The histochemical studies of the oenocytes of basal and derived species revealed significant presence of proteins as well as lipids in these cells. In the oenocytes of derived species A. disciger and A. laevigata a higher quantity of lipidic inclusions has being observed, when compared to the basal species.  相似文献

We report a rare case of double aortic arch with a hypoplastic right dorsal arch segment, which was also associated with tetralogy of Fallot. Accurate characterization of the hypoplastic right arch segment by MRI preoperatively determined the optimal surgical approach to releasing the symptomatic vascular ring. MRI was also useful in assessing and monitoring associated tracheomalacia.  相似文献

Following the recent studies of basis sets explicitly dependent on oscillatory external electric field we have investigated the possibility of some further truncation of the so-called polarized basis sets without any major deterioration of the computed data for molecular dipole moments, dipole polarizabilities, and related electric properties of molecules. It has been found that basis sets of contracted Gaussian functions of the form [3s1p] for H and [4s3p1d] for the first-row atoms can satisfy this requirement with particular choice of contractions in their polarization part. With m denoting the number of primitive GTOs in the contracted polarization function, the basis sets devised in this article will be referred to as the ZmPol sets. In comparison with earlier, medium-size polarized basis sets (PolX), these new ZmPol basis sets are reduced by 2/3 in their size and lead to the order of magnitude computing time savings for large molecules. Simultaneously, the dipole moment and polarizability data remain at almost the same level of accuracy as in the case of the PolX sets. Among a variety of possible applications in computational chemistry, the ZmPolX are also to be used for calculations of frequencies and intensities in the Raman spectra of large organic molecules (see Part II, this issue).  相似文献

We study the surprisingly complicated asymptotic character ofa simple first-order differential equation, which involves aterm with a low exponent of the dependent variable. While numericalsolutions and straightforward asymptotic expansions indicatea clearly defined boundary layer type transition, we find thatthe correct asymptotic structure involves a 'hidden' boundarylayer, and that a straightforward approach cannot discern this.  相似文献

New 1-alkoxy-3-alkyl-4,5-dimethylimidazolium bromides were synthesized by alkylation of the corresponding 1-alkylimidazole 3-oxides, which were conveniently prepared via condensation of α-(hydroxyimino)ketones, primary aliphatic amines, and formaldehyde. By using enantiomerically pure chiral amines, optically active imidazolium salts were obtained. Treatment with sodium tetrafluoroborate in acetone yielded the corresponding imidazolium tetrafluoroborates. All these compounds, with only one exception, were obtained as oils, which are considered as potential ionic liquids and ‘chiral ionic liquids’. The reduction of the chiral or non-chiral 1-alkylimidazole 3-oxides with Raney-Ni, followed by alkylation with alkyl bromides and subsequent ion exchange to tetrafluoroborates, gave the corresponding 1,3-dialkylimidazolium salts, most of them showing properties of ionic liquids. The alkylation of 1-butyl-4,5-dimethylimidazole 3-oxide and the corresponding imidazole, respectively, with 1,3-dibromopropane led to the first bis-imidazolium dibromides and bis-tetrafluoroborates.  相似文献

Real-time MR artifacts filtering during continuous EEG/fMRI acquisition   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The purpose of this study was the development of a real-time filtering procedure of MRI artifacts in order to monitor the EEG activity during continuous EEG/fMRI acquisition. The development of a combined EEG and fMRI technique has increased in the past few years. Preliminary “spike-triggered” applications have been possible because in this method, EEG knowledge was only necessary to identify a trigger signal to start a delayed fMRI acquisition. In this way, the two methods were used together but in an interleaved manner. In real simultaneous applications, like event-related fMRI study, artifacts induced by MRI events on EEG traces represent a substantial obstacle for a right analysis. Up until now, the methods proposed to solve this problem are mainly based on procedures to remove post-processing artifacts without the possibility to control electrophysiological behavior of the patient during fMRI scan. Moreover, these methods are not characterized by a strong “prior knowledge” of the artifact, which is an imperative condition to avoid any loss of information on the physiological signals recovered after filtering. In this work, we present a new method to perform simultaneous EEG/fMRI study with real-time artifacts filtering characterized by a procedure based on a preliminary analytical study of EPI sequence parameters-related EEG-artifact shapes. Standard EEG equipment was modified in order to work properly during ultra-fast MRI acquisitions. Changes included: high-performance acquisition device; electrodes/cap/wires/cables materials and geometric design; shielding box for EEG signal receiver; optical fiber link; and software. The effects of the RF pulse and time-varying magnetic fields were minimized by using a correct head cap wires-locked environment montage and then removed during EEG/fMRI acquisition with a subtraction algorithm that takes in account the most significant EPI sequence parameters. The on-line method also allows a further post-processing utilization.  相似文献

Selection of the successful optimization strategy is an essential part of solving numerous practical problems yet often is a nontrivial task, especially when a function to be optimized is multidimensional and involves statistical data. Here we propose a robust optimization scheme, referred to as NR/SVD-Cdyn, which is based on a combination of the Newton–Raphson (NR) method along with singular value decomposition (SVD), and demonstrate its performance by numerically solving a system of the weighted histogram analysis method equations. Our results show significant improvement over the direct iteration and conventional NR optimization methods. The proposed scheme is universal and could be used for solving various optimization problems in the field of computational chemistry such as parameter fitting for the methods of molecular mechanics and semiempirical quantum-mechanical methods. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献
