A highly chemo- and regioselective hydroaminomethylation of simple as well as functionalized alpha-olefins using a cationic rhodium precatalyst together with Xantphos as ligand is reported. Studies of the influence of ligands and reaction conditions led to an unprecedented selective hydroaminomethylation procedure. Three new palladium complexes ([Pd(DABA)Cl2], [Pd(CPDA)Cl2], and [Pd(HZPY)Cl2]) bearing dinitrogen ligands (DABA: 3,4-diaminobenzoic acid; CPDA: 4-chloro–o-phenylenediamine; HZPY: 2-hydraziniopyridine) were synthesized, characterized, and tested against breast cancer (MCF-7), prostate carcinoma cell line (PC3) and liver carcinoma cell line (HEPG2). [Pd(DABA)Cl2] complex exhibited the highest inhibition percentage, lying between 68–71%. The hydrolysis mechanism of each palladium complex, the key step preceding the binding to the biological target, as well as their photophysical properties were explored by means of DFT and TDDFT computations. Results indicate a faster hydrolysis process for the Pd(DABA)Cl2 complex. The computed activation energies for the first and second hydrolysis processes suggest that all the compounds could reach DNA in their monohydrated form. 相似文献

In this paper, the focussing of the transmitted electromagnetic field through a quadric inhomogeneous slab of lossless uniaxial chiral medium is derived using transmission coefficient under oblique incidence. The inhomogeneity in the uniaxial chiral slab has been incorporated through permittivity parameter. Asymptotic ray theory provides valid field everywhere except at focal point where it gives infinite value. Singularity of the field at focal point is addressed using Maslov's method. The derived analytical field expressions at caustic or focal point of uniaxial quadratic inhomogeneous slab have been solved numerically using MATHEMATICA. The effects of chirality parameter, axial permittivity, transvers permittivity, angle of incidence on the refracted field are discussed and the effects of Brewster angle on the focussed field are also discussed. The results obtained using Maslov's method are compared with Huygens–Kirchhoff's integral which are in good agreement. 相似文献

The reaction of hydrogen tetracholoroaurate, sodium borohydride and the diazonium compound prepared from 4-aminobenzoic acid results in the formation of gold nanocorals (Au-NCs) for the first time. Scanning electron microscopy images and transmission electron microscopy images show that the Au-NCs are composed of nanowires with a diameter of 5.3 nm. A glassy carbon electrode modified with Au-NCs is found to trigger intense electrochemiluminescence of the luminol/H2O2 system at a potential of ?0.13 V. The effect was exploited to determine H2O2 in the 0.1 to 100 μM concentration range with a 30 nM detection limit. Figure

2,4,6‐Trinitrotoluene (TNT) is a widely used nitroaromatic explosive with significant detrimental effects on the environment and human health. Its detection is of great importance. In this study, both electrochemiluminescence (ECL)‐based detection of TNT through the formation of a TNT–amine complex and the detection of TNT through electrochemiluminescence resonance energy transfer (ECRET) are developed for the first time. 3‐Aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES)‐modified [Ru(phen)3]2+ (phen=1,10‐phenanthroline)‐doped silica nanoparticles (RuSiNPs) with uniform sizes of (73±3) nm were synthesized. TNT can interact with APTES‐modified RuSiNPs through charge transfer from electron‐rich amines in the RuSiNPs to the electron‐deficient aromatic ring of TNT to form a red TNT–amine complex. The absorption spectrum of this complex overlaps with the ECL spectrum of the APTES‐modified RuSiNPs/triethylamine system. As a result, ECL signals of the APTES‐modified RuSiNPs/triethylamine system are turned off in the presence of TNT owing to resonance energy transfer from electrochemically excited RuSiNPs to the TNT–amine complex. This ECRET method has been successfully applied for the sensitive determination of TNT with a linear range from 1×10?9 to 1×10?6 M with a fast response time within 1 min. The limit of detection is 0.3 nM . The method exhibits good selectivity towards 2,4‐dinitrotoluene, p‐nitrotoluene, nitrobenzene, phenol, p‐quinone, 8‐hydroxyquinoline, p‐phenylenediamine, K3[Fe(CN)6], Fe3+, NO3?, NO2?, Cr3+, Fe2+, Pb2+, SO32?, formaldehyde, oxalate, proline, and glycine. 相似文献
