Three new dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) methods, air-assisted (AA-DLLME), vortex-assisted (VA-DLLME) and ultrasound-assisted (UA-DLLME), were compared from the point of view of their analytical application for preconcentration of trace amounts of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene isomers (BTEX) in water samples. In all of these methods, no dispersive solvent is required and dispersion of extractant is carried out by air bubbles, vortex and ultrasound for AA-DLLEM, VA-DLLME, and UA-DLLME, respectively. Advantages and disadvantages of these three liquid phase microextraction methods and their capability in dispersion of a similar extractant phase in sample solutions were comprehensively compared. All other extraction parameters, which have an influence on the microextraction, were also investigated and optimized. Under optimized conditions, analytical figures of merit for the three techniques were determined and compared. It was found that the limit of detection of the three methods is almost the same, while AA-DLLME has a wider linear dynamic range and the shortest analysis time. Enrichment factors of 182, 45 and 245 were achieved for AA-DLLEM, VA-DLLME, and UA-DLLME, respectively. 相似文献

The study is focused on examining 2,5-Substituted 4-Pyrone based compounds through quantum chemical and topological analysis techniques, evaluating the properties of these compounds, including their geometrical structure, intermolecular interactions and assess their possible applications. Additionally, the molecular stability, charge delocalization and UV-Visible data was investigated and compared with the calculated energy and oscillator strength using the TD-DFT approach. The researchers observed that charge transfer occurred within the molecule, indicated by the HOMO and LUMO energies. It was also found that the compound exhibited planarity and higher chemical reactivity. The calculated Mulliken charges and molecular electrostatic potential were used to interpret the Fukui index data that help predict reactive sites and understand the reactivity patterns of specific atoms in a compound. The study is aimed to understand the role of NCI in the molecule under investigation using electron localization functions and localized orbit locator methods. Molecular docking and ADMET studies were conducting involving a detailed MD simulation of a protein-ligand complex using the OPLS3e force field and the SPC water model. The antihypertensive drug amlodipine has been characterized voltammetrically in a carbon paste electrode by means of anodic stripping voltammetry. An adsorptive stripping method in a carbon paste electrode for trace determination of amlodipine has been described. Cyclic voltammetric studies indicated the oxidation of amlodipine besylate at the electrode surface through a single two-electron irreversible step fundamentally controlled by adsorption. A study of the variation in the peak current with solution variables such as pH, ionic strength, concentration of amlodipine, possible interference, and instrumental variables, such as preconcentration time and accumulation potential, has resulted in the optimization of the oxidation signal for analytical purposes. By anodic adsorptive anodic stripping voltammetry, the calibration plot was linear in the range 9.9 × 10?9 ? 1.4 × 10?7 M with a detection limit of 2 × 10?10 M in a carbon paste electrode at pH 11.0. The procedure was successfully applied to the assay of amlodipine besylate in some commercial products in the market (Amlopres®, Amlodipine, and Norvasc®). This article deals with the hitherto unexplored metal complexes of deprotonated 6,12‐di(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐5,11‐dihydroindolo[3,2‐b]carbazole (H2L). The synthesis and structural, optical, electrochemical characterization of dimeric [{RuIII(acac)2}2(μ‐L.?)]ClO4 ([ 1 ]ClO4, S=1/2), [{RuII(bpy)2}2(μ‐L.?)](ClO4)3 ([ 2 ](ClO4)3, S=1/2), [{RuII(pap)2}2(μ‐L2?)](ClO4)2 ([ 4 ](ClO4)2, S=0), and monomeric [(bpy)2RuII(HL?)]ClO4 ([ 3 ]ClO4, S=0), [(pap)2RuII(HL?)]ClO4 ([ 5 ]ClO4, S=0) (acac=σ‐donating acetylacetonate, bpy=moderately π‐accepting 2,2’‐bipyridine, pap=strongly π‐accepting 2‐phenylazopyridine) are reported. The radical and dianionic states of deprotonated L in isolated dimeric 1 +/ 2 3+ and 4 2+, respectively, could be attributed to the varying electronic features of the ancillary (acac, bpy, and pap) ligands, as was reflected in their redox potentials. Perturbation of the energy level of the deprotonated L or HL upon coordination with {Ru(acac)2}, {Ru(bpy)2}, or {Ru(pap)2} led to the smaller energy gap in the frontier molecular orbitals (FMO), resulting in bathochromically shifted NIR absorption bands (800–2000 nm) in the accessible redox states of the complexes, which varied to some extent as a function of the ancillary ligands. Spectroelectrochemical (UV/Vis/NIR, EPR) studies along with DFT/TD‐DFT calculations revealed (i) involvement of deprotonated L or HL in the oxidation processes owing to its redox non‐innocent potential and (ii) metal (RuIII/RuII) or bpy/pap dominated reduction processes in 1 + or 2 2+/ 3 +/ 4 2+/ 5 +, respectively. 相似文献

Polyaniline–Nd2O3:Al2O3 nanocomposites were prepared by in situ oxidative polymerization method using different weight percentages of oxide powders. The prepared nanocomposites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction for molecular and crystal structures. Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy images show the tubular structure of polyaniline nanocomposite with embedded metal oxides. The electrical conductivity of the nanocomposites increases with increase in temperature as well as with concentration of Nd2O3:Al2O3 particles in polyaniline. This is because of the hopping of charge polarons and extended chain length of the nanocomposites as evidenced by the negative thermal coefficient (NTC) characteristic. A high NTC value of 2.67 was found in nanocomposites with 15 wt% of oxide particles. These nanocomposites show low dielectric constant and dielectric loss; the electrical conductivity is higher than 0.3 S/cm as confirmed by Cole–Cole plot that indicates a decrease in both grain resistance and bulk resistance of the nanocomposites. The current–voltage and capacitance–voltage measurements were also carried out. The carrier mobility μ values of pure polyaniline and nanocomposites were found to be 4.27 × 10?3 and 1.45 × 10–2 H.M?1, respectively. Ab initio Car-Parinnello molecular dynamics is used to simulate the structure and the dynamics of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium iodide ([bmim]I) ionic liquid at 300 K. Site-site pair correlation functions reveal that the anion has a strong interaction with any three C-H's of the imidazolium ring. The ring bends over and wraps around the anion such that the two nitrogen atoms take a distance to the anion. Electron donating butyl group contributes the electronic polarization in addition to geometrical (out-of-plane) polarization of the ring due to the liquid environment. This facilitates bending of the ring along the axis passing through nitrogen atoms. The average bending angle depends largely on the alkyl chain length and slightly on the anion type. Redistribution of electron density over the ring caused by the electron donating alkyl group provides additional independent evidence to the instability of lattice structure, hence the low melting point of the ionic liquid. Simulated viscosity and diffusion coefficients of [bmim]I are in quite agreement with the experiments. 相似文献
