A phase-controlled lower hybrid wave (LHW) multi-junction (MJ) coupler
(3(rows)×(columns)× (subwaveguides)) has been developed in the
HT-7 tokamak. Simulations show that it is more effective for driving plasma current
than an ordinary phase-controlled LHW antenna (3(rows)×12(columns))
(traditional coupler). The plasma--wave coupling experiments show that the
reflection coefficient (RC) is below 10%, implying that the MJ grill can launch
the wave into the plasma effectively. The effect of power spectrum launched by the
MJ coupler on RC indicates that an optimal condition is requisite for a better
coupling in the lower hybrid current drive (LHCD) experiments. Studies indicate that
the drive efficiency of the MJ antenna is higher than that of the traditional one,
which is mainly ascribed to the discrepancy in impurity concentration, plasma
temperature, and spectrum directivity. An improved confinement with an electron
internal transport barrier is obtained by LHCD. The analysis shows that the
modified negative (low) magnetic shear and the change of radial electric field
profile due to LHCD are possible factors responsible for the eITB formation. 相似文献

强激光辐照红外热像系统时,可造成系统的干扰和破坏,激光的波长不同,对系统的破坏效果也不同.为了保护红外系统窗口以及提高窗口的透过率,红外窗口广泛沉淀类金刚石(DLC)薄膜.当入射的激光波长位于红外系统响应波段外时,激光对系统的破坏首先是激光对DLC薄膜的破坏.以波长为1.06μm的激光为例,研究了脉冲激光对DLC薄膜的损伤机理,建立了DLC薄膜的热冲击效应模型,并通过求解热传导和应力平衡方程,得出了薄膜的温度场和应力场分布.理论分析表明,热应力破坏在脉冲强激光对DLC膜的损伤机理中占主导地位.当 辐照能量密度为E0=100mJ·cm-2时,在薄膜表面距光斑中心约 40μm区域内的压应 力明显超出其断裂强度,将造成膜层的剥离、脱落.理论分析与实验结果基本相符,表明建 立热冲击效应模型的正确性.

Electronic states of CF2Cl2 (dichlorodifluoromethane, Freon 12) have been studied using a new type of electron momentum spectrometer with a very high efficiency at an impact energy of 1200 eV plus binding energy. The experimental electron momentum profiles are compared with the density functional theory (DFT) and Hartree-Fock (HF) calculations. The relationship between orbital assignments in different coordinate systems is discussed. A new method of difference analysis based on the new type of electron momentum spectrometer is used to clarify the ambiguities regarding the orbital ordering. 相似文献

采用光谱型椭偏仪(SE)和分光光度计分别测量了超薄类金刚石(DLC)薄膜和非晶硅(a-Si)薄膜的椭偏参数(y和D)和透射率T。由于薄膜的厚度与折射率、消光系数之间存在强烈的相关性,仅采用椭偏参数拟合,难以准确得到薄膜的光学常数。如果加入透射率同时进行拟合(以下简称SE+T法),可简单、快速得到薄膜的厚度和光学常数。但随机噪声、样品表面的轻微污染或衬底上任何小的吸收都可能影响SE+T法拟合的光学常数的准确性。因此将SE+T法和光学常数参数化法联用,实现DLC、a-Si薄膜光学常数的参数化,以消除测量数据中的噪声对光学常数的影响。结果显示,联用时的拟合结果具有更好的唯一性,而且拟合得到的光学常数变得平滑、连续且符合Kramers-Kronig(K-K)关系。这种方法特别适合于精确表征厚度仅为几十纳米的非晶吸收薄膜的光学常数。 相似文献

研制了一种新型卧式原子力显微镜(AFM)系统.本文介绍卧式AFM的工作原理及其简要结构,讨论反馈控制电路系统的优化设计,阐述Windows/Dos兼容的图象扫描、处理和显示软件.基于原子力曲线的测定,利用AFM对纳米金刚石薄膜和多孔氧化铝进行了扫描检测.实验表明,该AFM系统具有十分良好的图象重复性、稳定性和衬比(度),仪器的横向分辨率优于3nm,纵向分辨率可达1nm,最大扫描范围达到5μm×5μm.这些性能为卧式AFM在更广泛的纳米技术领域的应用奠定了基础. 相似文献

采用Davanathan-Stachursky双电池渗氢装置研究了X120试验管线钢中电化学氢渗透动力学行为,运用电化学充氢方法对X120管线钢进行预制微裂纹,采用SEM观察钢中夹杂物及其与氢致裂纹(HIC)形成的关系。 实验结果表明,随着充氢电流密度的增大,饱和阳极电流I∞、氢扩散通量J∞、氢有效扩散系数Deff均逐渐增大;HIC萌生与钢中夹杂物化学成分有关,X120管线钢中主要含有Al、Mn的硫化物、氧化物夹杂,氮化钛、铌的复合夹杂以及Ca-Al-O-S的混合物夹杂,HIC更易于在含Al、Mn的夹杂物处萌生及形成,且裂纹形核后一般沿轧制方向生长。 相似文献

基于热传导及热弹性力学的基本关系式,建立了激光辐照锗透镜的热力耦合数学物理模型,对瞬态热传导方程和应力平衡方程进行有限元数值求解,得到了锗透镜的温度场和应力场分布,并利用波长1.06 μm,脉冲宽度10 ns的Nd∶YAG脉冲激光对锗透镜进行了热冲击实验研究.数值分析表明,热应力损伤在锗透镜的脉冲强激光损伤中占据主导地位,在短脉冲激光辐照下,锗透镜出现热应力损伤的激光能量密度小于出现熔融损伤的激光能量密度,热应力损伤主要集中在光斑中心区域并体现为压应力损伤,将使材料表面出现裂纹或剥落,实验结果与数值分析基本相符. 相似文献
