By using p-bis(p-N,N-diphenyl-aminostyryl)benzene doped 2-tert-butyl-9,10-bis-β-naphthyl)-anthracene as an emitting layer,we fabricate a high-efficiency and long-lifetime blue organic light emitting diode with a maximum external quantum efficiency of 6.19% and a stable lifetime at a high initial current density of 0.0375 A/cm2.We demonstrate that the change in the thicknesses of organic layers affects the operating voltage and luminous efficiency greater than the lifetime.The lifetime being independent of thickness is beneficial in achieving high-quality full-colour display devices and white lighting sources with multi-emitters. 相似文献

This paper presents a novel microstrip feedline structure to introduce an extra and controllable transmission zero(TZ)with high rejection for a narrowband filter. This structure loads a reconfigurable capacitor at the end of the input feedline without changing the main structure of the filter. The capacitor is recognized by a 2-bit inter-digital capacitor array. The asymmetrical microstrip feedline structure is suitable for multiple-pole filter designs. A low-loss six-pole high-temperature superconducting bandpass filter with a reconfigurable TZ is designed and fabricated. The center frequency of the filter is 5.22 GHz with TZ at the lower stopband. The TZ can be tuned among four different states. The out-of-band rejection at the TZ frequency is higher than 90 d B, and the insertion loss is lower than 0.92 d B. In this paper we propose a two-pole varactor-tuned superconducting filter using coplanar waveguide(CPW) spiralin-spiral-out(SISO) resonators. Novel internal and external coupling structures are introduced to meet the requirements for a tunable filter with a constant absolute bandwidth. The fabricated device has a frequency tuning range of 14.4%at frequencies ranging from 274.1 MHz to 317.7 MHz, a 3-d B bandwidth of 5.14 ± 0.06 MHz, and an insertion loss of0.08 d B–0.70 d B. A scheme of surface manipulation and control of polar molecules is proposed, which combines three tools of electrostatic velocity filtering, bunching, and storing. In the scheme, a slow molecular beam is produced from an effusive beam by surface velocity filtering. Then the velocity spread of the slow molecular beam is compressed by a buncher consisting of a series of electrodes. Following that the molecular beam with a narrow velocity spread is stored in a storage ring. Using ND_3 molecule as a tester, the feasibility of our scheme is analyzed theoretically and verified via numerical simulations that cover all three manipulation processes. The results show that cold molecular samples can be prepared from a thermal gas reservoir and stored in the storage ring with more than 10 round trips. Our combined scheme facilitates the production and manipulation of polar molecules, offering new opportunities for basic research and intriguing applications such as quantum information science and cold collisions. 相似文献

介绍了清华大学物理系研制的一个测量高温超导薄膜微波表面电阻的系统,展示了测量的原理和过程.本系统是按照目前国际上高温超导薄膜的微波表面电阻的测量标准方案(ICE/TC90)选定的 TE011- TE013双介质谐振器法来对超导薄膜进行测量.介质谐振器谐振的中心频率约为11.96 GHz,具有很高的准确性和灵敏度.在液氮(77 K)温度下,用物理所提供的两片YBCO薄膜测量,TE011和TE013模式的无载Q值分别达到5.57×10 5和1.51×10 6, 就我们所知,这是国内所报道的最高Q值.其Rs(77 K,10 GHz)平均值为263微欧.因此,本系统可以较为准确地测量表面电阻很小(300微欧以下)的高温超导薄膜. 相似文献

低频超窄带滤波器要求谐振器间的耦合极弱,设计受到薄膜面积限制,其性能对基片介电常数的均匀性极为敏感且受制作和封装精度的限制.这些因素将导致的滤波器中心频率偏移和带内性能恶化.对此,时域调谐提供了很好的解决途径.我们采用嵌套双螺旋型谐振器,在37mm×12mm的MgO基片上设计制作了4节超导滤波器,中心频率为166.9 MHz,相对带宽仅为0.29%.由于基片厚度或介电常数的偏差及不均匀性会导致滤波器中各谐振的谐振频率偏移,使通带性能受到很大影响.我们提出了将机械调谐与时域分析相结合的方法,通过机械调谐纠正各谐振器的谐振频率,改善滤波器性能.同时为了解决多信道滤波器系统中,各滤波器工作于同一温度下,系统频率一致性问题,通过时域调谐获得频率可调范围信息.对上述0.5 MHz带宽的VHF波段滤波器应用时域调谐方法,得到的可调范围为0.7 MHz,测试结果表明该滤波器具有优异性能,带内插损小于0.4 dB,反射损耗达到14.8 dB,带外抑制大于-70 dB. 相似文献
