用食盐水为电解质溶液,碳棒和铁钉作两极(如图),向碳棒一边溶液中加入2—3滴酚酞试剂,三分钟即可明显看到酚酞变红色,这是由于溶解在溶液的氧气发生了如下反应。     

Effect of urea on synchronous fluorescence spectra and electrochemical behaviour of cytochrome

The changes of the synchronous fluorescence spectra and the electrochemical behaviour of cytochrome c with the urea concentration are studied. It has been found that with the increase of urea concentration, there occur sequentially the deaggregation of cytochrome c molecules, the increase of exposure extent of the heme group to the solvent, the disruption of Fe-S bond of the heme group and the change in the electrochemical behaviour of cytochrome c. It is suggested that the reason why the electrochemical reaction of cytochrome c is irreversible is that cytochrome c molecules exist in the concentrated solution as oligomers which are electrochemically inactive.     

不同助剂对CuO-ZnO/SBA-15催化CO_2加氢制甲醇性能影响的研究

以硅质骨架结构介孔分子筛SBA-15为载体,采用浸渍法合成CuO-ZnO/SBA-15(CZ/SBA-15)、CuO-ZnO-MnO_2/SBA-15(CZM/SBA-15)、CuO-ZnO-ZrO_2/SBA-15(CZZ/SBA-15)三组多孔催化剂,在固定床反应器上评价了各组催化剂催化CO_2加氢合成甲醇的性能,同时结合N_2吸附-脱附(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)、H_2程序升温还原(H_2-TPR)、程序升温脱附(H_2-TPD、CO_2-TPD)、N_2O滴定、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等表征研究了不同助剂对CO_2催化加氢制甲醇的影响。结果表明,催化剂中的金属氧化物改变了SBA-15分子筛载体的孔径大小和比表面积;催化剂CuO-ZnO-MnO_2/SBA-15、CuO-Zn O-ZrO_2/SBA-15中铜的分散度(D_(Cu))和比表面积(A_(Cu))更大,表面CuO粒径更小,更易被还原;相比Mn-O簇,Zr-O簇为增强了碱性位点,提高了甲醇选择性。此外,CuO-ZnO-ZrO_2/SBA-15具有更高的氧空位浓度,催化活性更好,其甲醇选择性为25.02%,与CuO-ZnO/SBA-15、CuO-ZnO-Mn O_2/SBA-15相比分别提高了28%和136.9%,催化效果最好。     

米氏酸在杂环化合物合成中的应用研究进展

综述了近年来米氏酸在杂环化合物合成中的应用,涉及到吡喃环、吡啶环、呋喃环、吡咯环、噁唑环和异噁唑环重要杂环的形成.大多具有反应条件温和、便利、产率较高等优点.     

二级热脱附-气相色谱-质谱联用测定大气可吸入颗粒物中的16种多环芳烃

建立了二级热脱附-气相色谱-质谱联用技术测定大气可吸入颗粒物PM10中16种多环芳烃的分析方法。对二级热脱附和色谱-质谱条件进行了优化。实验结果表明,方法的检出限为0.14～0.42 ng/m3,平均加标回收率为52.7%～97.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为8.0%～18.4%。与传统方法相比,该方法的样品前处理时间短、有机溶剂的使用量少,是对人体及环境友善的检测技术。该方法已应用于32份实际大气颗粒物样品的分析。     

Crystal Structure of a Mn(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer:[Mn(TP)(TBZH)_(2n)(TBZH=Thiabendazole,TP=Terephthalic Acid)

The structure of a manganese(Ⅱ) polymer,[Mn(TP)(TBZH)]2n 1(TBZH=thiabendazole,TP=terephthalic acid),has been determined by X-ray crystallography and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis.It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system,space group Pbcn with a=12.7813(12),b=10.7544(10),c=20.1270(19) ,V=2766.6(4)3,Z=8,C14H9Mn0.50N3O2S,Mr=310.77,Dc=1.492g/cm3,F(000)=1268,μ=0.674 mm-1 and S=1.064.The 1-D chain architecture of 1 is constructed from terephthalic acid and manganese atoms.Hydrogen bonds and aryl ring π-π stacking interactions in 1 contribute to form a 3-D supramo-lecular structure.     

酯型十八烷基键合硅胶整体柱的制备、表征及性能评价

将硅烷偶联剂γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷与十八酸反应,再键合到硅胶整体柱上,得到了酯型十八烷基键合固定相,并用红外光谱、元素分析对其进行了表征。在以甲醇-水为流动相的反相色谱条件下分离了苯、联苯和蒽的混合样品,评价了该整体柱的色谱性能,考察了该整体柱适用的pH范围,以及柱压降、柱效与流速的关系。结果表明,该硅胶整体柱键合效果良好,具有较好的反相色谱性能,且在pH=2～8时稳定性好,柱压降、柱效受流速影响较小,可有效地用于化合物的快速分离分析。     

顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱联用技术分析甜樱桃芳香成分

采用固相微萃取技术(SPME)提取‘红灯’甜樱桃果实芳香成分,运用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术进行芳香成分分析,共检测出41种芳香成分,占总峰面积的98.81%,质量分数较高的芳香成分依次为反-1,4-己二烯、己醛、2-己烯醛、(E)-2-乙烯-1-醇、1-己醇、乙醇(、E,E)-2,4-己二烯醛、己酸乙酯、苯甲醛等。     

6-甲基-4-羟基-喹啉酸盐羟基钒(Ⅴ)(英)

The central V atom in bis[6-methyl-4-hydroxy-3-quinolinecarboxylate] mono(oxo)mono-hydroxy-vanadium(Ⅴ) (1), synthesized by the hydrothermal treatment of ethyl 6-methyl-4-hydroxy-3-quinolinecarboxylate and V₂O₅, has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry formed by six oxygen atoms from two oxygen atom of two hydroxy groups and two oxygen atoms of two carboxylate groups as well as one oxo group and hydroxy group. CCDC: 285592.     

查尔酮衍生物E-2-(甲氨基)-7-(3-(吡啶基)丙烯酰基)卓酮的合成

以2-乙酰基-7-(甲氨基)卓酮(1)为原料,经由与各种吡啶醛的Claisen-Schmidt缩合反应得到查尔酮衍生物E-2-(甲氨基)-7-(3-(吡啶基)丙烯酰基)卓酮(2～5).全部合成产物均为新化合物,未见文献报道;其结构均由红外光谱分析、1H核磁共振、质谱及元素分析得以证实.
