正丙醇-水体系中SbI4-与U（Ⅶ）、Ce3+、Co2+和Ag+的析相萃取分离

研究了正丙醇-水体系析相萃取分离和富集SbI4-的行为及其与一些金属离子分离的条件。实验表明,控制pH为2,能使SbI4-与U()、Ce3+、Co2+和Ag+分离。

Insight into influence of thermodynamic coefficients on transient negative capacitance in Zr-doped HfO2 ferroelectric capacitors

We study the influence of the thermodynamic coefficients on transient negative capacitance for the Zr-doped HfO₂ (HZO) ferroelectric capacitors by the theoretical simulation based on the Landau-Khalatnikov (L-K) theory and experimental measurement of electrical properties in the resistor-ferroelectric capacitor (R-FEC) circuit. Our results show that the thermodynamic coefficients α, β and γ also play a key role for the transient NC effect besides the viscosity coefficient and series resistor. Moreover, the smaller coefficients α and β, the more significant the transient NC effect. In addition, we also find that the thermodynamic process of transient NC does not obey the generally accepted viewpoint of Gibbs free energy minimization.

钯在乙醇水溶液中与钌、银、铜和铅的析相绿色萃取分离

在硫酸铵存在下,乙醇水溶液能够分为醇/水两相,在分相过程中,Pd²⁺与KBr和C₂H₅OH₂⁺生成的[PdBr₄^2-][C2HsOH-2⁺]₂三元缔合物能被乙醇相萃取,使Pd²⁺与Ru²⁺、Ag⁺、Cu²⁺和Pb²⁺完全分离。该法在微量钯的分离和富集分析中有一定的实用价值。     

Atomic structure and collision dynamics with highly charged ions

The research progresses on the investigations of atomic structure and collision dynamics with highly charged ions based on the heavy ion storage rings and electron ion beam traps in recent 20 years are reviewed. The structure part covers test of quantum electrodynamics and electron correlation in strong Coulomb field studied through dielectronic recombination spectroscopy and VUV/x-ray spectroscopy. The collision dynamics part includes charge exchange dynamics in ion-atom collisions mainly in Bohr velocity region, ion-induced fragmentation mechanisms of molecules, hydrogen-bound and van de Waals bound clusters, interference, and phase information observed in ion-atom/molecule collisions. With this achievements, two aspects of theoretical studies related to low energy and relativistic energy collisions are presented. The applications of data relevant to key atomic processes like dielectronic recombination and charge exchanges involving highly charged ions are discussed. At the end of this review, some future prospects of research related to highly charged ions are proposed.     

Early effect modeling of silicon-on-insulator SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistors

Silicon germanium(SiGe) heterojunction bipolar transistor(HBT) on thin silicon-on-insulator(SOI) has recently been demonstrated and integrated into the latest SOI BiCMOS technology.The Early effect of the SOI SiGe HBT is analysed considering vertical and horizontal collector depletion,which is different from that of a bulk counterpart.A new compact formula of the Early voltage is presented and validated by an ISE TCAD simulation.The Early voltage shows a kink with the increase of the reverse base-collector bias.Large differences are observed between SOI devices and their bulk counterparts.The presented Early effect model can be employed for a fast evaluation of the Early voltage and is useful to the design,the simulation and the fabrication of high performance SOI SiGe devices and circuits.     

Cr4+掺杂Li1.14Zn1.43SiO4透明微晶玻璃近红外宽带光谱特性

采用高温熔融法和热处理制备了Cr⁴⁺掺杂Li_1.14Zn_1.43SiO₄微晶玻璃, 探讨了不同热处理温度下样品的物相、微观形貌及发光性能. 结果表明: 580℃热处理2h得到的微晶玻璃, Li_1.14Zn_1.43SiO₄微晶的粒径约为5nm, 在808nm的二极管激发下, 可观察到中心波长位于1226nm, 半高宽为230nm的近红外宽带发射峰, 荧光寿命约为200.73±1.71μs. 随着热处理温度的升高, Cr⁴⁺离子所处的晶体场环境发生了变化, 且可以观察到样品吸收光谱发生微弱的蓝移, 而荧光光谱发生少量的红移, 分析了晶体场环境变化对样品发光性能的影响. 关键词： 铬离子 微晶玻璃 超宽带发光 晶体场

电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定锌精矿中的铟

应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定锌精矿中的铟,确定了最佳工作条件,选择了最佳分析谱线,并利用标准加入法和基体匹配法验证了方法的准确性。样品用氟化氢铵、盐酸、硝酸、高氯酸溶样,用盐酸定容。结果表明,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法与萃取分离盐酸羟胺示波极谱法测定的铟含量结果一致。方法准确,快速,加标回收率为99.6%～101.7%,相对标准偏差为0.97%～2.1%。
