低能Ar9+离子与Na原子碰撞反应中的多电子转移过程

利用近代物理研究所新建的原子物理实验平台,采用位置灵敏探测和散射离子-反冲离子飞行时间符合技术,研究了180 keV的Ar9+离子与Na原子碰撞中的多电子转移过程,对实验结果做了分析和简单的讨论,并同修正后的分子库仑过垒模型结果进行了比较.     

氧离子与氦、氖原子碰撞中转移电离过程的研究

采用位置灵敏探测和散射离子-反冲离子飞行时间测量技术,测量了氧离子与氖和氦原子碰撞过程中转移电离截面与单电子俘获截面之比.通过比较发现测量结果与文献结果的趋势一致,并对测量结果进行了讨论.     

Determination of the time resolution for neutron scintillation detectors by multi-coincidence measurement

Based on the multi-coincidence measurement, the time resolution of three liquid scintillation detectors (BC501A) were determined strictly by solving the coincidence equations, where the influence from electronics estimated by self coincidence measurement as well as the background had been considered. The result of this work agreed well with the result that was deduced from the traditional method, and it will be helpful to analyze the energy resolution of neutron time of flight spectra measured by using such detectors at CIAE (China Institute of Atomic Energy).     

Early effect modeling of silicon-on-insulator SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistors

Silicon germanium(SiGe) heterojunction bipolar transistor(HBT) on thin silicon-on-insulator(SOI) has recently been demonstrated and integrated into the latest SOI BiCMOS technology.The Early effect of the SOI SiGe HBT is analysed considering vertical and horizontal collector depletion,which is different from that of a bulk counterpart.A new compact formula of the Early voltage is presented and validated by an ISE TCAD simulation.The Early voltage shows a kink with the increase of the reverse base-collector bias.Large differences are observed between SOI devices and their bulk counterparts.The presented Early effect model can be employed for a fast evaluation of the Early voltage and is useful to the design,the simulation and the fabrication of high performance SOI SiGe devices and circuits.     

Spectra of Highly Ionized Sulfur below 200 ^。A

Spectra of carbon-,boron-,beryllium-,lithium-,helium-,and hydrogen-like sulfur ions were obtained and studied for the wavelengths below 200 ^。A and the energy of 8O Me V by using beam-foil method.Thirty-five lines have been identified,in which 15 lines are newly accurately measured.The spectra were analysed based on the theoretical results and other experimental data.     

Isoscalar Giant Resonances of ^120Sn in the Quasiparticle Relativistic Random Phase Approximation

The quasiparticle relativistic random phase approximationmean field ground state in the response function formalism(QRRPA) is formulated based on the relativistic The pairing correlations are taken into accountin the Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer approximation with a constant pairing gap. The numerical calculations are performed in the case of various isoscalar giant resonances of nucleus ^120Sn with parameter set NL3. The calculated results show that the QRRPA approach could satisfactorily reproduce the experimental data of the energies of low-lying states.     

Discovery of Multiple outflows in IRAS 06056＋2131

We report a discovery of multiple outflows in IRAS 06056 2131. The high angular resolution image (～ 15“) of CO(1-0) emission reveals that the structure of outflow is very complicated. The outflow appears to be everywhere.Its configuration only show a bipolar outflow at observation of both low resolution and low signal-to-noise ratio,while two bipolar outflows can be detected when observed by both high resolution and high signal-to-noise ratio mapping. This result is significant in the understanding of the physical processes that occur at early phase of massive stars.     

Hyperbolic Bending of Vortex Lines with Finite Number and Length in Rotating Trapped Bose-Einstein Condensates

The minimal energy configurations of hyperbolic bending vortex lines in the rotating trapped Bose-Einstein condensates are investigated by using a variational ansatz and numerical simulation. The theoretical calculation of the energy of the vortex lines as a function of the rotation frequency gives self-consistently vortex number, curvature and configuration. The numerical results show that bending is more stable than straight vortex line along the z-axis, and the vortex configuration in the xy-plane has a little expansion by increasing z.     

高功率Nd∶YVO4/KTP腔内倍频晶体温度分布的半解析热分析

非线性晶体KTP采用Ⅱ类相位匹配腔内倍频时,不仅要求晶体满足基频光的偏振匹配条件,而且所选用的晶体要求符合λ/2波片的条件,才能使晶体的谐波转换效率达到最佳.由于倍频晶体吸收基频光能量引起晶体内部非均匀温升,改变晶体内部各点的折射率,也会使晶体产生不应有的热形变,破坏晶体初始的位相匹配条件,严重影响输出激光的品质和倍频效率.减弱、改善这种情况的关键是准确得出在实际工作条件下晶体内部温度场.利用半解析热分析方法得出了KTP晶体内部温度场的计算方法,分析了各种热参量变化对KTP晶体内部温度场的影响.得出的结果具有一定的普适性,可以应用到具有轴对称形式内热源的其它热模型温度场的计算分析中,对连续波腔内倍频激光系统的设计将起到指导作用.     

高压原子物理实验平台和物理研究规划

介绍了高压原子物理平台束流线的主要结构和特点,简要分析了利用高压平台真空原子分子物理研究需求,讨论了开展原子分子物理、表面物理、材料物理和生物物理相关的物理研究的可能性.
