6-氟-4-(N-芳基)胺基喹唑啉类化合物的微波合成及生物活性研究

经2-氨基-5-氟苯甲酸与甲酰胺闭环、氯化反应, 合成了6-氟-4-氯喹唑啉, 然后在微波辐射下与芳香胺反应, 合成了6个新的6-氟-4-(N-芳基)胺基喹唑啉类化合物. 新化合物经¹H NMR, IR及元素分析证明其结构. 体外抑瘤试验证明化合物对前列腺癌细胞(PC3)、人胃癌细胞(BGC823)、人乳腺癌细胞(BCap-37)均无抑制活性. 经ERK的抗磷酸化活性免疫印迹试验证明化合物对小鼠成纤维细胞(NIH3T3)无抑制活性.     

纳米脂质体复合物-包封多酸化合物的合成,表征和生物活性研究

The polyoxometalate K6H[CoW11O39（CpTi）] （abbreviated as CoW11CpTi, Cp=η^5-C5H5） loaded nanosize-liposome complex has been prepared and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectra. The particle size of the complex was distributed in the range of 100-250 nm with the average diameter of 132.6 nm. The result showed that the polyoxometalate retained the parent structure after being encapsulated by liposome and liposomal encapsulation increased the antitumoral activity of the polyoxometalate.     

Liquid-Phase Synthesis of Methyl （2Z）-2-Arylsulfonylmethyl-2-alkenoates from PEG-Supported a-Phenylselenopropionate

Treatment of lithio derivativ e of novel PEG-supported a-phenylselenopropionate with aldehydes, followed by oxidation-elimination with 30% hydrogen peroxide, formed Baylis-Hillman products, which were then reacted with sodium arylsulfinate. The resulting sulfonylated products were cleaved from the PEG efficiently affording methyl （2Z）-2-arylsulfonylmethyl-2-alkenoates in good yields and high purities.

六方AlN本征缺陷的第一性原理研究

用基于密度泛函理论平面波赝势法首先对六方AlN本征点缺陷(氮空位、铝空位、氮替代铝、铝替代氮、氮间隙、铝间隙)存在时的晶格结构进行优化，得到其稳定结构；然后通过各缺陷形成能的计算可得知其在生长过程中形成的难易程度；最后从态密度的角度对各种本征点缺陷引起的缺陷能级及电子占据情况进行了分析.发现除氮空位外其他本征缺陷在带隙中形成的能级都很深，要得到n型或p型AlN必须要引入外来杂质.计算得到的本征缺陷能级对于分析AlN的一些非带边辐射机理有重要帮助. 关键词： 六方AlN 形成能 缺陷能级 态密度     

Growth and Characterization of Trumpet-Shaped ZnO Microtube Arrays on Si Substrates

Aligned trumpet-shaped zinc oxide microtube arrays have been successfully prepared on silicon （100） substrates via the chemical vapour deposition method with a mixture of ZnO and active carbon powders as reactants. The results show that two types of trumpet-shaped ZnO microtubes can be obtained. A plausible growth mechanism based on the studies of scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, transmission electron microscopy （TEM）, x-ray diffraction （XRD）, and room-temperature photoluminescence spectroscopy is proposed and discussed. The initial metastable zinc-rich ZnOx embryos play a key role in the formation of trumpet-shaped ZnO microtubes. On the different surfaces of metastable zinc-rich ZnOx （x 〈 1）, embryos exhibit different stabilities and resistivities to oxidation; these tiny embryos are gradually extended with different growing rates along the directions of its long axis and circular boundary around its oxide shell. Just this special reason creates the formation of trumpet-shaped microtubes and results in the inerratic and imperfect hexagonshaped cross section that appears. Moreover, the analytical results also show that the as-synthesized ZnO microtube arrays can exhibit better room-temperature photoluminescence behaviour.

1　近三年来关于三角形“正则点”的研究自 1 999年文 [1 ]提出三角形“正则点”概念后 ,近三年来围绕“正则点”的文章不断涌现 (见文 [2 ]～ [9]) ,形成了一个小小的热潮 .三角形所在平面内关于其三边的对称点构成正三角形的点称为三角形的“正则点”.关于三角形的“正则点”的主要结果有 :( 1 )正则点的分布1正三角形只有一个正则点 ,即其中心 ;2最大角小于 1 2 0°的非等边三角形 ,内部外部各有一个正则点 ;3最大角等于 1 2 0°的三角形 ,在外部及最长边上各有一个正则点 ;4最大角大于 1 2 0°的三角形 ,其两个正则点都在三角形的外部 .…     

HL-2A装置等离子体反馈控制系统

由于在HL-2A装置建设时期受时间、人力和财力等多方面因素的限制，在2002年装置验收时反馈控制仅限于完成程序控制的初步功能。随着HL-2A装置工程建设的开展和装置物理实验的需要，迫切需要在程序控制的基础上，建立一套完善的等离子体放电反馈控制系统。
