近地光无线通信信号跟踪系统的设计

提出了一种运用于近地光无线通信的单回路信号跟踪系统，描述了其结构和控制算法，对其性能进行了模拟分析。     

分光光度法测定饮料食品中痕量有机锗和无机锗的研究

本文研究了在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵（ＣＴＭＡＢ）抗坏血酸（Ｖｃ）存在下，苯基荧光酮（Ｐｆ）光度法测定痕量锗的最佳实验条件及配合物的组成，从而建立了测定痕是锗的新方法，其方法的灵敏度ε＝１．０３４×１０＾５Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－１．ｃｍ＾－１锗含量在０－１６．８μｇ／２５ｍＬ范围内符合比耳定律，稳定性好，操作简便，快速。应用本法测定了矿泉水，茉莉花茶，大蒜中有机锗和无机锗的含量，回收率在９１．６％－１０３．５     

幂平均不等式的最优值

设Mn[r](a)为a的r阶幂平均,0<α<θ<β,那么满足不等式[Mn[α](a)]1-λ.[Mn[β](a)]λ≤Mn[θ](a)的最大实数λ是λ≥{1+(β-θ)/[m(θ-α)]}-1.这里m=min{[2+(n-2)tβ]/[2+(n-2)tα],t∈R++};满足反向不等式的最小实数λ是λ=[β(θ-α)]/[θ(β-α)].本文的方法基于优势理论与解析技巧,对于建立不等式的最优化思想作了尽可能多的展示.作为应用,得到了一些涉及和、积分与矩阵的新不等式(含Hardy不等式的推广与加强).     

Field Emission Characteristics of BN Films with Cubic－BN Phase

Boron nitride (BN) thin films with cubic boron nitride (c-BN) phase were prepared on the (100)-oriented surface of n-Si (0.008-0.02 Ωm) by rf magnetron sputtering physical vapor deposition. The c-BN content is determined to be around 50% by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy for the BN thin films. The field emission characteristics of BN films were measured in an ultrahigh vacuum system. It is found that the field emission of the BN film with c-BN phase is evidently more excellent than that without c-BN phase. A turnon field of 5 V/μm and a current of 460μA/cm^2 were obtained for the BN film with c-BN phase. The Fowler-Nordheim plots of emission characteristics of BN films indicate a straight line, which suggests the presence of the FN tunneling.     

Investigation of laser diode face-pumped high average power heat capacity laser

The three-dimensional (3D) pump intensity distribution in medium of the laser diode (LD) pumped high average power heat capacity laser is simulated by the ray tracing method, and the divergence characteristics of fast axis and slow axis of LD are simultaneously considered. The transient 3D temperature and stress distributions are also simulated by the finite element method (FEM) with considering the uneven heat source distribution in medium. A LD face-pumped Nd:GGG heat capacity laser is designed. The average output power is 1.49 kW with an optical-optical efficiency of 24.1%.     

N离子注入对金刚石膜场发射特性的影响

不同剂量的N离子被注入到化学气相沉积金刚石膜内，研究了表面结构及场发射特性的变化.Raman谱和x射线光电子能谱分析表明，N离子的注入破坏了金刚石膜表面原有的sp3结构，并在膜内形成大量的sp2 C—C 和sp2 C—N 键.样品的场发射测试显示N离子的注入显著提高了金刚石膜场发射特性，膜的场发射阈值电场从注入前的18 V/μm下降到注入后的4 V/μm.金刚石膜场发射特性的提高归因于N离子注入后膜内sp2 C键含量的增加和体内缺陷带的形成，这些变化能改变膜的表面功函数，提高Feimi能级，降低电子隧穿表面的能量势垒. 关键词： 场致电子发射 N离子注入 金刚石膜 热丝化学气相沉积

本文给出了预加法范畴中态射集左（右）星序，星序的显公式刻划，证得了素性，正性预加法范畴中态射集星型序的某些刻划，把Ｈａｒｔｗｉｇ，Ｓｔｙａｎ，Ｍｉｔｒａ，Ｂａｋｓａｌａｒｙ关于复矩阵星型序刻划的有关结果推广到这两类范畴中。
