Applicability of ~9Be global optical potential to reactions of ~(7,10,11,12)Be

Elastic scattering angular distributions and total reaction cross-sections of ~(7,10,11,12)Be projectiles are predicted by the systematic ~9 Be global phenomenological optical model potential for target mass numbers ranging from24 to 209. These predictions provide a detailed analysis by their comparison with the available experimental data.Furthermore, these elastic scattering observables are also predicted for some targets out of the mass number range.The results are in reasonable agreement with the existing experimental data, and they are presented in this study.

非晶Ni-P合金晶化过程中生成的六角亚稳相

本文利用透射电镜中的双倾台绕c^{*轴旋转晶体,唯一地确定了Ni-P非晶膜晶化后生成成分约为Ni_2.2P的针状亚稳相具有六角点阵,a=6.73?,c=9.42?。堆垛类型为AA…。(001)平面的高分辨点阵象以及衍射斑点沿c*方向拉长成条纹均表明晶体存在一维无序错排。 关键词：}     

Born-Infeld电动力学的U1主丛表述

本文给出了Born-Infeld电动力学的U₁主丛表述,以及检验粒子在Born-Infeld电磁场中的运动方程,检验粒子受到两个力,一个相当于Lorentz力,一个相当于Poincaré压力。     

96MeV 16O+64Ni反应机制的研究

在96MeV ¹⁶O离子轰击下,测量了¹⁶O+⁶⁴Ni反应出射碎片(α直至O元素)的Wilczynski图和角分布,并提出DIC截面和反应时间等物理量;讨论了反应的DIC特征;看到了出射碎片α和Li主要来源于复合核蒸发的迹象.     

铝镁合金中位错的运动与交滑移

本文研究了在电子显微镜的照明电子束作用下,铝镁合金中位错运动与交互作用的行为。螺型位错往往单个运动,并且很容易改变运动方向,产生多次双交叉滑移。滑移和交滑移首先在与膜面接近45°的{111}面上进行,位错的柏氏矢量为接近膜面的α/2<110>,这是与照明电子束所产生的应力与膜面平行一事相符的。运动着的位错可以通过其应变场激活近邻的位错,使之发生运动;亦可能受到其它位错的排斥作用而受阻或改变运动方向。     

A Light-Cone QCD Inspired Effective Hamiltonian Model with SU（3） Flavor Mixing

The effective light-cone Harniltonian is extended to include the SU（3） flavor mixing interaction besides the confining potential. Solving the coupled J = 0 mass eigen equations for the up, down, and strange quark components numerically, the masses of π^0 and η, their radial wave functions, and rms radii are obtained in agreement with the experimental data.     

The queueing model for quantum key distribution network

This paper develops a QKD (quantum key distribution)-based queueing model to investigate the data delay on QKD link and network, especially that based on trusted relays. It shows the mean packet delay performance of the QKD system. Furthermore, it proposes a key buffering policy which could effectively improve the delay performance in practice. The results will be helpful for quality of service in practical QKD systems.     

The research on suspended ZnO nanowire field-effect transistor

This paper reports that a novel type of suspended ZnO nanowire field-effect transistors (FETs) were successfully fabricated using a photolithography process, and their electrical properties were characterized by I--V measurements. Single-crystalline ZnO nanowires were synthesized by a hydrothermal method, they were used as a suspended ZnO nanowire channel of back-gate field-effect transistors (FET). The fabricated suspended nanowire FETs showed a p-channel depletion mode, exhibited high on--off current ratio of ～10⁵. When V_DS=2.5 V, the peak transconductances of the suspended FETs were 0.396 μS, the oxide capacitance was found to be 1.547 fF, the pinch-off voltage V_TH was about 0.6 V, the electron mobility was on average 50.17 cm²/Vs. The resistivity of the ZnO nanowire channel was estimated to be 0.96× 10²Ω cm at V_GS = 0 V. These characteristics revealed that the suspended nanowire FET fabricated by the photolithography process had excellent performance. Better contacts between the ZnO nanowire and metal electrodes could be improved through annealing and metal deposition using a focused ion beam.     

用简化的联合PDF模型计算CH_4扩散燃烧

在二阶矩的范围内提出了联合的简化的PDF模型,在该模型中,假定联合的PDF满足反应物浓度和温度的三维高斯分布,因此化学反应速率可以很容易的通过积分获得。与其他模型相比,本模型可以方便的应用于湍流预混燃烧和扩散燃烧。为了对该模型进行检验,计算了甲烷的射流扩散燃烧。计算结果表明,相对于EBU,EBU-Arrhenius模型有了很大的改进,特别是轴线上的温度,同时计算结果与实验结果比较相符,表明该模型可以方便的考虑化学反应动力学和湍流扩散的影响。
