3,5-二苄氧基苯甲酰水杨醛腙的合成及其与稀土硝酸盐配位性能的研究

合成了配体3,5-二苄氧基苯甲酰水杨醛腙(HL)及其与稀土硝酸盐的五种配合物. 通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、摩尔电导等测试手段确定配合物组成为[Ln2(L)3(NO3)2](NO3) (Ln = Sm3+, Eu3+, Gd3+, Tb3+, Dy3+), 并对其进行了表征.     

稀土与含硫有机配体配合物的研究: I. 二乙氨基荒酸稀土配合 物Et~2NH~2 [RE9S~2CNEt~2)~4]的合成、表征与结构

在干燥氮气氛中,以乙醇为溶剂制备出稀土与二乙氨基荒酸二乙铵形成的十五个配合物,测定了它们的红外及紫外光谱、热谱和电导,确定该类配合物组成为Et~2NH~2[RE9S~2CNEt~2)~4](RE=La-Lu,Y;Pm除外)。镧配合物的X射线结构分析表明,在该配合物中四个二乙氨基荒酸根各通过两个硫原子与镧离子成键,从而形成八配位的十二面体阴离子,并与二乙铵阳离子形成离子缔合型的配合物分子。     

Crystal structures of the complexes of rare earth picrates with N, N, N'''', N''''-tetraphenyl-3, 6-dioxaoctanediamide

The complexes of rare earth picrate with N,N,N',N'-tetraphenyl-3,6-dioxaoctanediamide(TDD),Eu(picc(TDD)] 2CH3CN and [ Y(pic)3(TDD)],have been synthesized.The crystal structures reveal that TDD at is as n tetradentate ligand,forming a ring-like coordination structure with its oxygen atoms together with one oxygen atom of the bidentate pterate In the Eu(Ⅲ) complex,the europium ion with a larger ionic radius lies out of the ring,while in the Y(Ⅲ) complex,the yttrium ion with a smaller ionic radius enters the cavity of the ligand.The structures of the complexes are greatly affected by the ionic radii due to participation of the picrates in coordination.

希土高氯酸盐与N,N''''—二(2—吡啶亚甲基)—1,2—乙二胺配合物的合成及性质研究

自六十年代以来,希土离子与芳香胺及其衍生物的配合物研究受到人们的普遍重视。文献工作表明,N,N’-二(2-吡啶亚甲基)-1,2-乙二胺(简写为bpme)可与希土离子形成1:1型的配合物,但希土离子与该配体的1:2型固体配合物文献中尚未报道。为了探讨bpme与希土离子形成非1:1型配合物的可能性,我们在甲醇介质中合成出希土高氯酸盐与bpme的1:2型固体配合物,并对其性质进行了研究。     

硝酸铈(III)与二苯并-18-冠-6配合物的合成、表征和结构

本文报导了硝酸铈(III)与二苯并-18-冠-6配合物单晶的制备, 研究了其物理化学性质, 并用用X射线单晶衍射法测定该配合物的晶体和分子结构.     

希土与芳香胺及其氮氧化物形成配合物的研究 X.镧系元素高氯酸盐与2,2''-二喹啉甲烷固态配合物的合成及性质

本文报道了除钜以外的镧系元素高氯酸盐与2,2′-二喹啉甲烷(Biqm)所形成的新型固体配合物Ln(Biqm)₂(ClO₄)₃·nH₂O(n=0～4)的合成方法,以及通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、差热-热重分析、X射线物相分析和电导测定等手段,对配合物的组成和性质所进行的研究结果,推测该类配合物的结构式为:[Ln(Biqm)₂ClO₄]·(ClO₄)₂·nH₂O。     

酰胺型三足体铜配合物[CuL][CuCl2(NO3)2]的合成及晶体结构

The title complex， [CuL][CuCl₂(NO₃)₂] [L=N，N，N′，N′，N″，N″-Hexaisopropyl-2， 2′， 2″-Nitrilotris(2，1-ethoxy)triacetamide]， has been synthesized by using an amide-type tripodal ligand with Cu(NO₃)₂ and then characterized by X-ray single crystal structure analysis. It belongs to monoclinic，space group P2₁/c with a=1.522 7(2) nm，b=1.277 8(2) nm， c=2.184 5(4) nm， β=93.680(10)°， V=4.241 6(12) nm³， Z=4， D_c=1.401 Mg·m^-3， μ=1.189 mm^-1， F(000)=1 880， and final R₁=0.050 9， wR₂=0.125 3. The results show a Cu(Ⅱ) ion was encapsulated by the three chains of the cup-like heptadentate ligand and four-coordinated by the central nitrogen atom and three oxygen atoms from the ligand. CCDC: 648900.     

Crystal Structure and Antitumor Activity of Tri[2-[N-（4′-methyl-benzylsulfonyl）amino]ethyl]-amine

The crystal structure of the title compound (C27H38N4O7S3, Mr = 626.79) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group Pīwith a = 9.411(1), b = 11.645(2), c = 14.672(2) (A。), α = 91.80(1), β = 95.36(1), γ =104.56(1)o, V = 1547.0 (A。)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.346 g/cm3, λ = 0.71073 (A。), μ(MoKα) = 0.289 mm－1 and F(000) = 664. The structure was refined to R = 0.0406 and wR = 0.1177 for 4103 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the title compound is a practically distorted tetrahedron and each molecule contains one lattice H2O by hydrogen bond. The antitumor activity of the title compound against HL-60 human leukemia cells has also been studied by MTT method.
