CYTOPLASMIC EFFECT ON GENE FUNCTION IN Xenopus laevis

The pigmentation gene of Xenopus laevis is dominant and that of albino a~p mutant recessive. Hete-rologous haploid hybrids are produced by UV inactivation of the egg nuclei during second polar body for-mation in the mutant sperm-fertilized Xenopus eggs. During development of these hybrids, melanin ap-peared in the eye and melanophores in the skin at stages comparable to those of the wild type, but muchearlier than in the albino mutant. The number and intensity of pigment cells are interinediate betweenthe black Xenopus and albino mutant. While a number of pigment cells remain in the hybrids, thosein the albino eventually degenerate. Therefore, the development and maintenance of pigmentation in hete-rologous hybrids are contributed by Xenopus cytoplasm. Tadpole tail-tips were squashed and stained for chromosome counting. The results show thatXenopus and mutants are diploid (36 chromosomes) and heterologous haploid hybrids have 18 chromosomes.     

单壁碳纳米管用做超级电容器的电极材料

摘要本文研究了采用电弧放电法大规模合成的单壁碳纳米管（SWNT）用作超级电容器电极材料的电化学性能。N₂吸脱附测试表明SWNT既有发达的微孔，又有发达的中孔，其比表面为435 m².g^-1。由于既有双电层电容，又有表面官能团产生的准电容，采用浓硝酸处理后的单壁碳纳米管在水相电解液中的比电容达到105 F/g。基于SWNT的超级电容器也有着良好的充放电可逆性和循环稳定性。     

两种结构钼磷酸的催化氧化行为

考察了Dawson与Keggin结构钼磷酸的催化氧化行为,并与结构特性进行了关联,结果发现,Dawson结构的杂多酸对氧化脱氢及插入氧反应均有更高的活性。     

稀土氧化物EuO_x对Pt/CeO_2材料在甲苯催化燃烧中的显著促进机制（英文）

挥发性有机污染物是大气环境中一类重要的污染物质,其污染控制问题已成为21世纪大气污染控制的优先方向之一.甲苯作为一种典型芳香烃在医药、农药、染料合成等多个化工行业中常用作有机化工原料并被排入大气环境,对人类的生产和生活造成极大危害.由于其高致癌性,甲苯在2017年被世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构列为3类致癌物.在甲苯的催化燃烧降解中,负载型铂基催化剂由于其高效的低温催化活性被学者广泛研究.CeO_2作为一种典型的稀土金属氧化物具有较强的储放氧能力和高温稳定性,被视为负载型贵金属催化剂的优良载体.近期研究表明, EuO_x具有良好的催化氧化活性,并能促进金属氧化物表面氧缺位的形成.为了进一步研究EuO_x与CeO_2之间的协同效应对贵金属基催化剂低温催化性能的影响,我们利用表面模板剂法合成了具有不同Eu负载量的Pt/Eu_2O_3-CeO_2材料并应用于甲苯的深度催化氧化.研究表明, EuO_x的加入显著提高了Pt/CeO_2材料的催化性能,当Eu含量为2.5at%时(Pt/EC-2.5)该材料拥有最佳的低温氧化活性,可在200°C实现对0.09%甲苯的完全降解,在160°C时反应速率和转化频次分别高达0.9 mmolg~(–1)s~(–1)和5.52×10~2s~(–1).相比于Pt/CeO_2催化剂, EuO_x与CeO_2之间的协同作用极大提高了催化剂的氧化还原性能,增大了材料表面晶格氧和Ce3+的含量,并显著提高了贵金属活性相的分散度.通过原位漫反射红外光谱在线分析了甲苯在Pt/Eu_2O_3-CeO_2材料表面的深度降解机理.与甲苯在Pt/CeO_2材料表面的氧化行为相比,甲苯在Pt/EC-2.5催化剂表面的降解遵循典型的Mars-vanKrevelen(MvK)机理.当吸附于稀土金属氧化物载体后,在Pt活性位点、晶格氧及表面酸性位点的联合作用下,甲苯以酮类和醛类为主要的中间产物,被迅速深度氧化为H_2O和CO_2.

多取代芳香族化合物的合成 5.卤素-苯硒基取代的丁二烯和丁炔二酸二甲酯的环加成-芳构化串连反应

本文报道用环加成－芳构化串连反应制备多取代芳香族化合物的方法。将１－氯－２－卤－３－苯硒基－１，３－丁二烯（５）与丁炔二酸二甲酯进行Ｄｉｅｌｓ－Ａｌｄｅｒ反应时，能直接生成多取代的芳香族化合物４－苯硒基－５－卤代邻苯二甲酸二甲酯（４）。若用２－卤素－３－苯硒基－１，３－丁二烯（１）与丁炔二酸二甲酯进行Ｄｉｅｌｓ－Ａｌｄｅｒ反应，只得到正常的加成产物４－苯硒基－５－卤素－１，４－环己二烯－１，２－二甲酸二甲酯（３），需再用ＤＤＱ处理，才得到多取代芳香族化合物（４）。

天祝煤MRF工艺热解焦油的组成分析

本文对天祝煤ＭＲＦ（ＭｕｔｉｓｔａｇｅＲｏｔａｒｙＦｕｒｎａｃｅ）热解焦油进行了常规及元素分析，了解其基本特性；用毛细管色谱分别对焦油各馏分进行了分析，共定性定量了１０３种化合物，酚类化合物以低级酚（苯酚、甲酚）为主，中性化合物为多烷基芳烃衍生物、脂肪族链状烷烃和烯烃。上述分析结果为从焦油中提取酚类化工原料或将其加工成各种燃料油的可行性提供了依据。     

乳状液膜处理含铬废水的研究

本文对乳状液膜从含铬(VI）废液中提取铬进行了研究，考察了影响铬迁移的几种因素；内外水相pH、表面活性剂、流动载体、添加剂等。结果表明，在合适的操作条件下，当废水中铬的含量在4．8×10^-3mol·L^-1时，经过一级液膜处理，废水中铬的提取率可达99%以上，提余液可以直接排放。     

一维链状配位聚合物[Cd(N-MeIM)2(SCN)2]n的结构表征和电化学性能研究(英)

A novel cadmium(Ⅱ) isothiocyanate complex [Cd(N-MeIM)₂(SCN)₂]_n(N-MeIM=N-methylimidazole) has been prepared and characterized by spectroscopic analysis and crystallographic method. The title compound crystallize in the Triclinic system, space group P1, with lattice parameters a=0.589 50(12) nm, b=0.785 70(16) nm, c=0.882 00(18) nm, α=110.98(3)°, β=106.49(3)°, γ=95.08(3)°, and Z=1. The title compound exhibits an infinite chain structure in which each pair of Cd atoms is bridged by two η-1,3-SCN^- groups. The unique Cd atom lies on an inversion centre and the coordination sphere is completed by two N-MeIM N atoms to form a CdS₂N₄ octahedron. The polymeric chains are further extended into three-dimensional network via π…π stackings interactions between the imidazole rings. The cyclic voltammetry behaviors of the compound on glass carbon electrode showed a typical irreversible process. CCDC: 265283.
