Optimization of Metamorphic InGaAs Quantum Wells on GaAs Grown by Molecular Beam Epitaxy

We investigate the molecular beam epitaxy growth of metamorphic InxGal-xAs materials （x up to 0.5） on GaAs substrates systematically. Optimization of structure design and growth parameters is aimed at obtaining smooth surface and high optical qualdty. The optimized structures have an average surface roughness of 0.9-1.8 nm. It is also proven by PL measurements that the optical properties of high indium content （55%） InGaAs quantum wells are improved apparently by defect reduction technique and by introducing Sb as a surfactant. These provide us new ways for growing device quality metamorphic structures on GaAs substrates with long-wavelength emissions.     

Wigner function of coherent state of N components

In this paper, we study the Wigner function of coherent state of N components, especially two components and three components. This function consists of two terms： the Gaussian term and the interference term with the negativity. The first term comprises N Gaussian surfaces evenly centred on a circle of radius ｜β｜ = ｜α｜ with a separate angle of 2π/N, and the second term is composed of 1/2N（N - 1） Gaussian-cosine surfaces evenly centred in a circular region of radius ｜β｜ 〈 ｜α｜. Here, a is the eigenvalue of the annihilation operator α, and β is a variable in some complex space in which the Wigner function is defined. We have proved that the essential condition to eliminate the negativity of the Wigner function is that the mean photon count of the coherent state is equal to that of the Glouber coherent state.

低温(CF_3OCO)_2NdCl·6EtOH晶体结构

标题化合物晶体属于空间群P_1,晶胞参数为:a=11.949(6)A,b=12.886(5)A,c=11.557(6)A,α=112.93(3)°,β=115.92(4)°,γ=82.41(4)°。3739个独立衍射数据由四圆单晶衍射仪用低温技术收集。结构用SHELXTL程序重原子法解。结构参数经块矩阵最小二乘法修正后,最终的一致性因子R=0.113。结构分析表明,由氧原子构成钕的八配位稍歪扭的正方反梭柱体,平均Nd-o=2.453A。

为规避尾涡威胁,保障飞行安全,研究了飞机尾涡的激光探测技术.介绍了尾涡探测基本原理,给出了激光探测方式设计和探测系统参量选择.基于设计的尾涡激光探测方案,研究了飞机尾涡回波多普勒谱与机型参量、飞行参量以及环境参量间的关系,获得了尾涡的径向速度分布规律,建立了尾涡回波多普勒谱模型,选取最佳尾涡参量估计算法用于尾涡的全面表...     

微波椭偏法测量不透明材料的厚度

在传统的激光椭偏法测量厚度的基础上,用微波取代激光测量了不透明材料的厚度.分析了偏转角及反射干扰产生的误差,并提出了修正方法.测量结果表明:该方法可以比较精确地测量铝板和塑料板的厚度;由于散射的影响,表面磨砂的有机玻璃板的厚度测量误差很大.     

AN EQUIVALENCE BETWEEN RING F AND INFINITE MATRIX SUBRING OVER F

也谈公式Qp=△H的压力条件

本刊1988年第5期发表了“过程热量等于过程焓变的准确压力条件应该是什么”一文(以下简称“条件”一文),作者查阅了78本中外书籍,经分析论证得出的结论是公式Q_P=△H的适用条件为:封闭体系无非体积功的恒压(P_体=常数)过程而不是等压(P_始=P_终=P_外=常数)过程。笔者不同意这种观点。我认为恒压与等压条件的引入是与体积功的计算有关的,若
