A 9Cr-oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) steel was thermally aged at 873 K for up to 5000 h. The size distribution and chemical composition of the dispersed oxide nanoparticles were analyzed by small-angle neutron scattering under a magnetic field. Combined with transmission electron microscopy, Vickers micro-hardness tests and electron backscattered diffraction measurements, all the results showed that the thermal treatment had little or no effect on the size distributions and volume fractions of the oxide nanoparticles in the ferromagnetic matrix, which suggested excellent thermal stability of the 9Cr-ODS steel. 相似文献

We investigate the interactions of lattice phonons with Wannier-Mott exciton, the exciton that has a large radius in two-dimensional molecular lattice, by the method of continuum limit approximation, and obtain that the self-trapping can also appear in two-dimensional molecular lattice with a harmonic and nonlinear potential. The exciton effect on molecular lattice does not distort the molecular lattice but only makes it localized and the localization can also react, again through phonon coupling, to trap the energy and prevents its dispersion. 相似文献

We study the features of a single q-breather (SQB) in a Fermi-Pasta-Ulam lattice by the numerical method, and obtain that the stability of SQB correlates to coupling constant K and nonlinear parameter β. No matter whether K or β increases, the periodic SQB can be transformed into a quasiperiodic SQB or a chaotic SQB. We also obtain the conditions of excitation of periodic, quasiperiodic and chaotic SQBs. 相似文献
