Lidar (Light detection and ranging) system monitoring of the atmosphere is a novel and powerful technique tool. The Raman lidar is well established today as a leading research tool in the study of numerous important areas in the atmospheric sciences. In this paper, the principle of Raman lidar technique measurement CO2 concentration profile is presented and the errors caused by molecular and aerosol extinction for CO2 concentration profile measurement with Raman lidar are also presented. The standard atmosphere extinction profile and 'real-time' Hefei area extinction profile are used to conduct correction and the corresponding results are yielded. Simulation results with standard atmosphere mode correction indicate that the errors caused by molecule and aerosol extinction should be counted for the reason that they could reach about 8 ppm and 5 ppm respectively. The relative error caused by Hefei area extinction correction could reach about 6%. The errors caused by the two components extinction influence could produce significant changes for CO2 concentration profile and need to be counted in data processing which could improve the measurement accuracies.  相似文献

Lidar (Light detection and ranging) has special capabilities for remote sensing of many different behaviours of the atmosphere. One of the techniques which show a great deal of promise for several applications is Raman scattering. The detecting capability, including maximum operation range and minimum detectable gas concentration is one of the most significant parameters for lidar remote sensing of pollutants. In this paper, based on the new method for evaluating the capabilities of a Raman lidar system, we present an evaluation of detecting capability of Raman lidar for monitoring atmospheric CO2 in Hefei. Numerical simulations about the influence of atmospheric conditions on lidar detecting capability were carried out, and a conclusion can be drawn that the maximum difference of the operation ranges caused by the weather conditions alone can reach about 0.4 to 0.5km with a measuring precision within 30ppmv. The range of minimum detectable concentration caused by the weather conditions alone can reach about 20 to 35 ppmv in vertical direction for 20000 shots at a distance of 1 km on the assumption that other parameters are kept constant. The other corresponding parameters under different conditions are also given. The capability of Raman lidar operated in vertical direction was found to be superior to that operated in horizontal direction. During practical measurement with the Raman lidar whose hardware components were fixed, aerosol scattering extinction effect would be a significant factor that influenced the capability of Raman lidar. This work may be a valuable reference for lidar system designing, measurement accuracy improving and data processing.  相似文献

利用溶胶-凝胶技术与电子束蒸镀相结合的方法在常温下制备了叠层V2O5/Ag/V2O5(VAV)透明导电薄膜,研究了各层薄膜厚度对叠层结构光电特性的影响。用原子力显微镜、紫外-可见光分光光度计、四探针电阻仪及开尔文探针对样品的表面形貌、光电性能及功函数等性质进行了表征。实验结果表明,该薄膜具有良好的光学和电学性质,可见光(380~780 nm)平均透过率达75%,迁移率为16.89 cm2/(V·s),载流子浓度为-1.043×1022cm-3,方块电阻值为15.1Ω/□,功函数为5.17 eV。该制备方法降低了V2O5薄膜的工艺制备难度,为该材料在太阳能电池中的应用创造了良好的前期基础。  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱法,建立了返魂草的指纹图谱,并与相同条件下获得的同属植物千里光图谱进行了比较;通过液相色谱-质谱联用法及与对照品比照研究,对其5种共有成分进行了鉴定;并对以上成分的含量进行同步测定。结果表明,此指纹图谱能够用于区分返魂草及其混淆品千里光;5种成分在各自的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995~0.9998),10批样品中原儿茶酸、绿原酸、咖啡酸、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷含量分别为0.03~0.07 mg/g,0.10~1.04 mg/g,0.01~0.05 mg/g,0.07~0.35 mg/g和0.02~0.74 mg/g。本方法可用于返魂草的鉴别及药材的质量评价。  相似文献

利用辐射能量为80 MeV/u 的12C6+重离子束辐照番茄种子, 辐照剂量分别为30, 60, 90, 120和160 Gy研究其对番茄M1代的生物学效应。结果表明, 随着辐照剂量的增大, 番茄的发芽率和成苗率降低, 且成苗率明显低于发芽率, 发现辐照损伤主要抑制了根的生长; MDA和脯氨酸含量变化的总体趋势为随着辐照剂量的增大先升后降再升高, 说明高剂量C离子辐照对生物膜造成更严重的损伤; APX活性随着辐照剂量的增大呈先升后降再升高的趋势, 表明APX在清除活性氧中起主要作用; POD和SOD活性的总体趋势是随着辐照剂量的增大而降低, 且明显低于对照组。综合分析表明, 12C6+重离子束辐照番茄种子, 对M1代具有明显的损伤效应, 高剂量辐照对番茄种子造成的损伤更大, 使酶的活性降低, 抑制植株生长。 To investigate the M1 biological effects of heavy ions irradiation on Lycopersicon esculentum Mill., its seeds were irradiated by 12C6+heavy ions (80 MeV/u) with the dosages of 30, 60, 90, 120 and 160 Gy respectively . The results showed that with doses increased gradually, germination rate and seedling rate of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. were decreased, and the latter was lower than the former, mainly due to the inhibition of root growth. The irradiation increased the content of MDA and proline evidently, showing irradiation could damage biomembrane, and also decreased the activities of POD and SOD with distinct inhibition pattern. However, the low dose and high dose irradiation promoted APX activity, illustrating APX was induced to protect irradiation injury. In brief, exposure to 12C6+ heavy ions had obvious injury effects on the seeds of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.. Heavy ions irradiation damaged biomembrane, inhibited activities of enzymes, and finally inhibited the growth of the first generation of these seeds.  相似文献

利用表面张力仪测定了氟碳表面活性剂FY-F501在(20±0.1)℃水溶液中的表面张力,结果表明,其临界胶团浓度为9×10-6mol/L。在(20±0.1)℃,使用静态失重法研究了氟碳表面活性剂在浓度为100 mg/L的二氧化氯溶液中对铝合金的缓蚀效果。结果表明,在临界胶团浓度附近时缓蚀效果最佳,最大缓蚀效率可达94.5%。采用电化学和扫描电子显微镜进一步研究了该种表面活性剂的缓蚀机理。对静态失重法所得数据进行线性拟合,表明该种表面活性剂在铝合金表面形成了单分子吸附层,抑制了铝合金的腐蚀活化反应过程,其吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型。  相似文献

采用摩尔含量接近的两个单体乙烯和1-丁烯分别无规共聚聚丙烯样品,用三氯苯进行室温可溶物和不溶物的分离,采用凝胶渗透色谱、13C核磁共振波谱及热分析等方法对两种共聚聚合物及其分离物进行表征,探讨了乙烯和1-丁烯作为共聚单体对聚丙烯树脂结构和性能的影响.结果表明,与乙烯相比,1-丁烯更趋向于共聚在较长的聚丙烯分子链上,其结果导致丙烯/1-丁烯无规共聚聚丙烯的可溶物含量更低.同时,对两种无规共聚物结晶性能的差异以及对光学性能和动态力学性能的影响研究表明,如果共聚单体含量接近,丙烯/1-丁烯无规共聚物结晶度更高;透明制品雾度相同时,丙烯/1-丁烯无规共聚物的刚性更高.  相似文献

本文应用Mie散射理论对微球体粒子光散射的性质进行了理论分析与数值计算,得出了散射光分布与微球体尺度参数、复折射率之间的关系。结果表明:不同尺度参数的粒子的散射光强的分布相差极大,随着尺度参数的增加散射光强越来越集中于前向;复折射率的变化对散射光强影响不大。并且在边界层大陆乡村型霾的气溶胶模型下对大气气溶胶的体角散射系数进行了分析与数值计算,得出:气溶胶粒子的散射光强主要分布在前向,并且随着散射角的增加有规律的减小。由此提出了利用气溶胶粒子体散射系数的性质,通过测量散射点前向散射光强和延迟时间来实现激光束的近轴定位的方法。  相似文献

研究建立了一种超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)同时测定人尿中12种典型个人护理品(PCPs)的分析方法,其中包括5种对羟基苯甲酸酯类防腐剂(PBs)、5种二苯酮类紫外吸收剂(BPs)和2种抗菌剂。1 mL尿样中加入β-葡萄糖醛酸酶-乙酸铵缓冲溶液和混合内标工作液置于37℃水浴酶解过夜(≥16 h)。样品采用Oasis HLB固相萃取柱富集净化,在乙腈-水流动相体系下采用Acquity BEH C18色谱柱进行色谱分离,负离子电喷雾(ESI-)多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,稳定同位素内标法定量。实验通过优化仪器质谱参数、流动相和色谱柱等色谱条件以及酶解和固相萃取柱等前处理条件,获得了最佳实验结果。在优化条件下,羟苯甲酯(MeP)和二苯酮-3(BP-3)在4.00~800μg/L,三氯生(TCS)在5.00~200μg/L,其余9种PCPs在1.00~200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999,方法检出限(MDL)为0.06~1.09μg/L,方法定量限(MQL)为0.08~3.63μg/L。12种分析物的加标回收...  相似文献
