2-(O-氯苯基)苯并咪唑的晶体结构

苯并咪唑类化合物及其某些金属配合物具有杀菌、抗癌等活性[1,2],而且其铜、锌等金属配合物具有特殊的催化性质,在金属酶的模拟方面具有重要意义[3,4],因此,该领域的研究一直非常活跃。我们合成了2－（O－氯苯基）苯并咪唑（简称OCBZ）,并培养得到单晶、进行了单晶结构方面的研究。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 1,2-Bis（2-benzimidazolyl）benzene

The title compound C6H4(C7H5N2)2 was prepared by the condensation of o-phenylenediamine with o-phthalic acid and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV and ^1H NMR spectra, and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,showing the compound molecule belongs to (72 point group. A ID chain structure was formed by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds (N(2)H…N(I)).
