Owing to the small differences between the cross-sections of the four emission peaks around 1.3 μm, an efficient four-wavelength synchronous launched laser is demonstrated using a Nd:Gd Lu AG crystal. The laser has no special resonator design. The maximum output power is 4.28 W, which corresponds to a conversion efficiency of 45.6%. For the Q-switching, the laser operated in dual-wavelength mode, and the single pulse energy is maintained at ~80 μJ. By calculating the population inversion density, multi-wavelength emission characteristics in both continuous wave and Q-switching lasers are discussed. 相似文献

By aiming the pump wavelength of the laser diode to the absorption peak at 811 nm of the (Nd 0.005 Lu 0.4975 Y 0.4975 ) 2 SiO 5 (Nd:LYSO) crystal, an efficient dual-wavelength operation at 1 075 and 1 079 nm is obtained. 本文介绍了高质量非线性光学晶体GdxY1-xCa4O(BO3)3(GdYCOB)的生长,在这类晶体的Y向实现了1.064μm激光的Ⅱ类二倍频(SHG)和Ⅰ类三倍频(THG)的非临界相位匹配(NCPM);在x=0.20的晶体中实现倍频NCPM,基频输入功率为110mW时,输出的532nm绿光为40.3mW,转换效率达36.7%,在x=0.22的晶体中实现三倍频的NCPM,输入功率为133mW时,输出的355nm紫外光为19.7mW,在输入功率为80mW时,转换效率为21%。 相似文献

生物材料是推动生物医学领域日新月异变化的基石,医用水凝胶作为重要成员,近年来表现出蓬勃发展的态势。文章介绍了一种新型可注射的、以生物相容性方法交联的聚谷氨酸(Poly (γ-glutamic acid), PGA)/透明质酸(Hyaluronic acid, HA)复合水凝胶。研究首先采用EDC/NHS方法合成了酪胺(Tyramine,Ty)接枝聚谷氨酸的PGA-Ty前体大分子及半胱胺(Cysteamine, CA)修饰透明质酸的HA-CA前体大分子。两种前体大分子的结构分别使用核磁和红外进行了确证。得到的两种前体大分子在低浓度双氧水和辣根过氧化物酶(Horseradish Peroxidase, HRP)的共同作用下,于水相中交联得到互穿网络(Interpenetrating Network, IPN)水凝胶。实验对IPN水凝胶样品的系列性能,如平衡含水量、内部形貌、酶降解速率以及力学性能等进行了测试,并选取了盐酸四环素为药物模型对凝胶的体外药物释放行为、体外抗菌效果进行了测评。凝胶材料的细胞毒性及凝胶支架对细胞3D培养的效果证明其生物相容性优异,体外包埋的细胞经72h培养,未表现出明显细胞毒性。系列数据证明,该种水凝胶可以设计成为pH敏感型的药物控释载体材料,并因其良好的生物相容性,也有作为细胞支架、创伤辅料等其它生物医用材料的潜力。 相似文献

Based on a specially designed optical structure, an efficient cascaded third-harmonic-generation(THG) output of a 1064-nm, pico-seconds pulse laser is successively realized by using an NH_4H_2PO_4(ADP) crystal that acts as the secondharmonic-generation component and sum-frequency-generation component. The maximum THG output is 1.61 mJ, and the highest conversion efficiency from 1064 nm to 355 nm reaches 35%, which are obviously superior to the results obtained using a KDP crystal under the same circumstance. The further phase-matching analysis indicates that this THG configuration of ADP crystal can be applied to various fundamental wavelengths in a range of 1 μm–1.1 μm. Compared with the previously reported KDP THG converter, which is based on a similar principle, the present ADP THG converter is favorable for large-energy, high-efficiency operation because of the larger effective nonlinear optical coefficient deffand higher laser damage threshold. 相似文献

采用腔外单次通过方式,测量了LiIO3晶体在532 nm皮秒脉冲下的受激拉曼散射。实验中观察到3级斯托克斯线(556.07,582.30, 611.76 nm)和1级反斯托克斯线(509.57 nm),由此可计算出其频率间隔为820 cm-1。测量了LiIO3晶体各级拉曼散射谱线的阈值和增益系数,受激拉曼散射的整体转换效率达到56%。基于LiIO3晶体实现了皮秒外腔式拉曼激光器的运转,双波长输出总转换效率为27%,最大输出能量1.4 mJ。 相似文献
