脉冲相干激光雷达测距信号研究

对脉冲激光雷达外差测距信号进行了研究，理论上，采用调Q激光脉冲的数值计算波形，研究了脉冲激光经远处目标漫反向后进行外差接收的波形及其傅里叶变换频谱成分。实验上，研究了可调谐电光调Q射频激励波导CO2激光器脉冲激光经目标反射后的外差波形及其傅里叶变换频谱成分，并计算了目标的距离，理论分析与实验结果一致。     

IN腔内CdTe电光调QCO2脉冲激光外差信号研究

本文较详细地实验研究了腔内CdTe电光调QCO₂脉冲激光及其外差信号的时域频域特性,其激光脉冲时域波形长的拖尾被发现.如果脉冲很弱,无法直接探测信号.而在这种条件下用外差检测方法,就可以探测到较强的脉冲拖尾外差中频信号,且拖尾持续时间很长.同时,讨论了在激光外差探测中本振和主振激光间偏频控制的可能性.     

Dynamic measurement of beam divergence angle of different fields of view of scanning lidar

The laser beam divergence angle is one of the important parameters to evaluate the quality of the laser beam.It can not only accurately indicate the nature of the beam divergence when the laser beam is transmitted over a long distance,but also objectively evaluate the performance of the laser system.At present,lidar has received a lot of attention as a core component of environment awareness technology.Micro-electromechanical system(MEMS)micromirror has become the first choice for three-dimensional imaging lidar because of its small size and fast scanning speed.However,due to the small size of the MEMS micromirror,the lidar scanning system has a small field of view(FOV).In order to achieve a wide range of scanning imaging,collimating optical system and wide-angle optical system are generally added to the system.However,due to the inherent properties of the optical lens,it is impossible to perfect the imaging,so the effects of collimating and expanding the beam will be different at different angles.This article aims to propose a measurement system that dynamically measures the divergence angles of MEMS scanning lidar beams in different fields of view to objectively evaluate the performances of scanning lidar systems.     

Numerical investigation of multi-beam laser heterodyne measurement with ultra-precision for linear expansion coefficient of metal based on oscillating mirror modulation

This paper proposes a novel method of multi-beam laser heterodyne measurement for metal linear expansion coefficient. Based on the Doppler effect and heterodyne technology, the information is loaded of length variation to the frequency difference of the multi-beam laser heterodyne signal by the frequency modulation of the oscillating mirror, this method can obtain many values of length variation caused by temperature variation after the multi-beam laser heterodyne signal demodulation simultaneously. Processing these values by weighted-average, it can obtain length variation accurately, and eventually obtain the value of linear expansion coefficient of metal by the calculation. This novel method is used to simulate measurement for linear expansion coefficient of metal rod under different temperatures by MATLAB, the obtained result shows that the relative measurement error of this method is just 0.4%.     

OH自由基与烷烃反应动力学研究

基于闪光光解-磁旋转光谱(LFP-FRS)装置,以烷烃为例,研究了OH自由基(·OH)的反应动力学。通过266 nm的脉冲激光光解臭氧产生·OH,利用2.8μm中红外磁旋转吸收光谱直接测量反应腔中·OH浓度的衰减,在准一级近似反应条件下,获得了5 kPa压力下的甲烷与·OH反应的速率常数为6.59×10^-15 cm³/(molecule·s),并对比了不同压力条件下,甲烷、乙烷和丙烷与·OH反应的速率常数的变化。利用化学模型,对其化学过程中存在的多个反应通道进行了模拟,为·OH相关的重要大气化学机制及反应过程研究奠定了基础。     

Doppler振镜正弦调制多光束激光外差二次谐波测量角度的方法

提出了一种多光束激光外差测微小角度的新方法. 基于激光外差技术和Doppler效应, 通过做简谐振动的Doppler振镜对不同时刻入射光的正弦调制, 把待测角度信息加载到外差信号的频率差中, 经信号解调后可以得到待测角度参数值, 经加权平均处理可以提高待测角度的测量精度. 利用这种新方法, 通过Matlab仿真了平面标准镜不同入射角的模拟结果, 表明该仿真结果的最大相对误差小于0.789677%. 关键词： 角度测量 多光束激光外差 激光Doppler技术 Fourier分析     

基于Rollout算法的冗余多故障诊断策略

针对冗余系统的多故障诊断问题,分析了冗余多故障系统的相关性矩阵模型,通过对模型进行转换后,用Rollout算法对基于信息熵的诊断策略进行优化,提出了一种新的多故障诊断策略;该策略不需要计算最小碰集,而且具有先测试,最后修复的特点,在具体应用中更便于操作;实例计算结果表明,和现有算法相比,本策略得到的期望测试费用更低。     

双平衡式相干接收原理及其在外差干涉仪中的应用研究

利用琼斯矩阵理论推导了光学双平衡式相干接收的原理,得到了具有正交相关性的包含全部光学信息的IQ信号,给出了基于IQ正交信号解调待测光信号信息的信号处理算法.基于该原理设计了一种高速微机电系统扫描式激光外差干涉仪,得到了待测玻璃的厚度信息分布图.该干涉仪的波前相位差提取准确度可高达0.01 rad、测量速度可达40 frame/s、最大测量直径可达到300 mm,在实时光学检测方面有广阔的应用价值.     

光束分束比对2μm平衡式相干探测系统信噪比影响的实验研究

给出了平衡式相干探测系统的一般信噪比数学模型,对该数学模型和普通单源相干探测系统的信噪比模型进行了数值仿真对比研究.仿真结果表明,当平衡式相干探测系统中的光电探测器理想匹配时,其系统的信噪比以分束比系数等于0.5呈对称分布;而当光电探测器失配时,系统的最大信噪比所对应的最佳光束分束比发生偏离.最后搭建了2μm平衡式相干...
