针对25 μm 2605TCA非晶涂层、25 μm 2605SA1非晶夹膜和50 μm DG6硅钢夹膜三种材料和工艺磁芯,对比研究了不同激磁条件下的磁化特性。结果表明:改变磁芯激磁条件,磁通密度变化量(ΔB)几乎不变,DG6硅钢夹膜磁芯和2605TCA非晶涂层磁芯ΔB均为3.1 T,2605SA1非晶夹膜磁芯ΔB仅为2.4 T;不同激磁条件下,相对磁导率变化较为明显,三种磁芯相对磁导率均随激磁特征参数的增加而迅速减小,当激磁特征参数由67 V/(cm2·ns)增加至129 V/(cm2·ns)时,2605SA1非晶夹膜磁芯最大相对磁导率由1800减小至1200,2605TCA非晶涂层磁芯最大相对磁导率由1100减小至400,相同激磁特征参数下2605TCA非晶涂层磁芯相对磁导率小于2605SA1非晶夹膜磁芯相对磁导率;DG6硅钢夹膜磁芯在快脉冲条件下磁化性能较差,最大相对磁导率仅为130。 相似文献

该文针对传统方法中光引发剂定量检测耗时长、无空间分辨信息的缺陷,开发了基于微液节点采样-质谱系统的光引发剂定量成像方法,并将其用于包装纸中光引发剂的检测。研究表明,采样探针直接与质谱连接的接口方式具有更高的检测灵敏度,最优萃取剂可在1 min内实现单点采样超过90%的回收率,使得分析物可直接通过外标法定量。将该方法应用于包装纸中光引发剂的成像分析并与传统定量检测方法进行比较。结果显示:建立的成像方法可检测到比传统方法种类更多的光引发剂,且与传统方法的定量结果基本一致。另外,成像方法提供了更多丰富的空间分布信息,这对于包装纸中光引发剂的筛查定位以及指导和改进光固化油墨的涂布配方或工艺具有重大意义。 相似文献

为了提高多间隙气体开关壳体的寿命、绝缘可靠性和装配的一致性,基于堆栈式多间隙气体开关开展了陶瓷封装多间隙气体开关工艺及击穿特性的研究。对比分析了不同封接工艺对陶瓷金属界面场分布的影响,优选了合理的封接结构。研制了用于FLTD的陶瓷封装多间隙气体开关并对其自击穿特性和触发特性开展了测试,结果表明:开关充干燥空气气压0.3 MPa、耐压±100 kV、峰值电流约30 kA条件下,5 000次放电的触发平均时延36.4 ns,抖动2.8 ns。该结果展示了陶瓷封装气体开关在产品化和免维护方面的优势,在FLTD模块中具有广阔应用前景。 相似文献

In this paper, the adsorption of Ag^+ and hydrated Ag^+ cations on clean Si(111) surface were investigated by using cluster (Gaussian 03) and periodic (DMol^3) ab initio calculations. Si(111) surface was described with cluster models (Si14H17 and Si22H21) and a four-silicon layer slab with periodic boundary conditions. The effect of basis set superposition error (BSSE) was taken into account by applying the counterpoise correction. The calculated results indicated that the binding energies between hydrated Ag^+ cations and clean Si(111) surface are large, suggesting a strong interaction between hydrated Ag^+ cations and the semiconductor surface. With the increase of number, water molecules form hydrogen bond network with one another and only one water molecule binds directly to the Ag^+ cation. The Ag^+ cation in aqueous solution will safely attach to the clean Si(111) surface. 相似文献

The title complex L3Y(L = [O-4,6-di-tBu-C6H2-2-CH{CH(iPr2NCHCHN) }]) has been synthesized by the reaction of LiY[N(iPr) 2]4 with H2LCl and LiBu in a 1:3:2 molar ratio at 0 ℃ in THF,and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21 with a = 14.3612(16) ,b = 14.7524(14) ,c = 16.898(2) ,β = 105.708(3) o,V = 3446.3(6) 3,Mr = 1203.50,Z = 2,Dc = 1.160 Mg/m3,μ(MoKα) = 0.90 mm-1 and F(000) = 1296. The structure was refined to R = 0.050 and wR = 0.110 for 10213 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) . The Y ion is coordinated to three phenoxo groups and three NHC ligands to form a distorted octahedral geometry. The temperature effect on the reaction leads to the 1,2-benzyl migration of NHC ligand to form the title complex. 相似文献

Polarization dependence of the enhancement and suppression of four-wave mixing (FWM) in a multi-Zeeman level atomic system is investigated both theoretically and experimentally. A dressing field applied to the adjacent transition can cause energy level splitting. Therefore, it can control the enhancement and suppression of the FWM processes in the system due to the effect of electromagnetically induced transparency. The results show that the pumping beams with different polarizations select the transitions between different Zeeman levels that, in turn, affect the enhancement and suppression efficiencies of FWM. 相似文献

当采用近红外光谱技术对糖香料的生产过程进行在线质量监控时,糖香料的温度变化严重影响近红外光谱校正模型的预测性能,使其对糖浆样本中主要成分预测结果的平均均方根误差从2.4%增大到29.2%。本研究将近红外光谱技术与载荷空间标准化新型模型传递方法相结合,有效消除了温度变化对近红外光谱校正模型定量分析结果的影响,使其对糖浆样本中主要成分预测结果的平均均方根误差维持在3.8%的水平,实现了利用近红外光谱技术对糖香料的质量进行快速准确的监测和控制。本研究的研究结果为糖料的配制和使用提供了技术保障。 相似文献
