Alternating-current small-signal admittances of armchair graphene nanoribbons are investigated using the method of non-equilibrium Green's function. The calculated ac admittances show an oscillatory response between inductive and capacitive behaviors, which is a result of the finite length of the graphene nanoribbon. The effects of hydrogen-passivated edges on ac response are demonstrated. At low frequency, the edge effects transform the inductive behavior in a metallic graphene nanoribbon into a capacitive one. Finally, the effects of variations in the width and bandgap of a graphene nanoribbon on its dynamic response are investigated. 相似文献

Lifetimes of high spin states in 129Cs axe measured using the Doppler shift attenuation method. The high spin states of 129 Cs axe populated following the fusion evaporation reaction 124 Sn(UB, 6n)129 Cs at a beam energy of 65 MeV. The reduced transition probabilities B(E2) and the transition quadrupole moments Qt in the negativeand positive-paxity bands are deduced. The experimental results indicate that the Qt values of the negative parity band are smaller than those of the positive parity bands, probably due to different γ-deformation driving effects of different proton orbitals. The Qt values exhibit a considerable increase near the band crossing region in these bands. This behavior demonstrates that nuclear shape changing results from the neutron or proton alignments. The signature splitting of the πh11/2 and πg7/2 bands shows the opposite changing trend after backbending due to the h11~2 neutron and h11/2 proton alignments, respectively. 相似文献

芳烃,尤其苯、甲苯、二甲苯(BTX)等单环芳烃,是化工行业重要的基础原料,主要来源于化石燃料的催化重整与热裂解。生物质与塑料共催化热解制芳烃具有高效、环保、低成本、高选择性等优点,可以解决因生物质富氧、贫氢的特点造成热解产物氧含量高、芳烃收率和选择性低等问题。本工作主要综述了生物质与塑料共催化热解制备芳烃化合物的研究进展,介绍了共催化热解反应原料类别,重点论述了共催化热解反应催化剂,总结归纳了共催化热解双烯合成、烃池协同等反应机理。展望了生物质与塑料共催化热解未来的研究重心与发展方向,即通过研制高活性、高稳定性的改性分子筛催化剂来提高芳烃产率。 相似文献

The β-delayed neutron and γ spectra of neutron-rich nucleus 21N using β-γ and β-n coincidence measurements were presented in this paper. Thirteen new neutron groups ranging from 0.28 MeV to 4.98 MeV and with a total branching ratio 88.7±4.2% were observed. One γ transition among the excited states of 21O, and four γ transitions among the excited states of 20O were identified in the β decay chain of 21N. The ungated half-life of 83.8±2.1 ms was also determined for 21N. 相似文献

The high spin states of 129Ce have been populated via heavy-ion fusion evaporation reaction 96Mo (37Cl, 1p3n) 129Ce. The comparison between the signature- and B(M1)-staggering defined by Hagemann and Hamamoto have been showed in the negative-parity band of 129Ce. Flower-like tungsten disulfide (WS2) with a diameter of 5-10 μm is prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), Raman spectroscopy, and ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) spectroscopy are used to characterize its morphological and optical properties, and its growth mechanism is discussed. The key factors for the formation of flower-like WS2 are determined. Firstly, the cooling process causes the generation of nucleation dislocations, and then the "leaf" growth of flower-like WS2 is achieved by increasing the temperature. 相似文献

Two-dimensional(2D) magnetic materials have been experimentally recognized recently,however,the Curie temperatures(TC) of known 2D systems are quite low.Generally,magnetic systems can be seen as constituent magnetic elements providing spins and the non-magnetic elements providing frameworks to host the magnetic elements.Short bond lengths between the magnetic and non-magnetic elements would be beneficial for strong magnetic interactions and thus high TC.Based on this,we propose to combine the magnetic element Cr and the non-magnetic element boron to design novel 2D magnetic systems.Using our self-developed software package IM2 ODE,we design a series of chromium-boride based 2D magnetic materials.Nine stable magnetic systems are identified.Among them,we find that CrB4-Ⅰ,CrB4-Ⅱ and CrBs-Ⅰ with common structural units [CrB8] are ferromagnetic metals with estimated TC of 270 K,120 K and 110 K,respectively.On the other hand,five CrB3 phases with structural units [Cr2B12] are antiferromagnetic metals.Additionally,we also find one antiferromagnetic semiconductor CrB2-Ⅰ.Our work may open new directions for identifying 2D magnetic systems with high TC. 相似文献
