Half baudrate electrical clock based demultiplexing scheme for OTDM-DQPSK signal using SOA and optical filter

A demultiplexing scheme based on semiconductor optical amplifier(SOA)and optical filter for optical time division multiplexing differential quadrature phase shift keying(OTDM-DQPSK)system is proposed and investigated experimentally.With only a common half baudrate electrical clock modulated 33%duty cycle return-to-zero(RZ-33)optical clock signal as pump,this scheme is cost-effective,energy-efficient,and integration-potential.A proof-of-concept experiment is carried out for the demultiplexing of a 2×40-GBd OTDM-DQPSK signal.Error-free performance is demonstrated,and the average power penalty for both channels is about 3 dB.     

静止水滴真空闪蒸模型及实验研究

本文建立了描述真空制取二元冰过程中静止水滴的传热传质模型,研究冰晶形成过程的结晶成核与生长现象及其影响因素。设计并建立了一种可视化的真空制冰系统,清晰地展示了静态水滴成核结冰时液态蒸发、伴随气泡生长的蒸发、稳态蒸发结冰、伴随气泡生长的结冰、外部结冰内部气泡逸出最终爆裂的五种形态;利用所设计的二元冰真空制备装置进行冰晶的生成实验研究,分析讨论各种因素对二元冰真空制备的影响,并通过实验对照比较来证明模型的可靠性。     

Nano-tribology through molecular dynamics simulations

The solidification and interfacial slip in nanometer-scale lubricating films as well as the contact and adhesion of metal crystals have been studied via molecular dynamics simulations. Results show that the critical pressure for the solid-liquid transition declines as the film thickness decreases, indicating that the lubricant in the thin films may exist in a solid-like state. It is also found that the interfacial slip may occur in thin films at relatively low shear rate, and there is a good correlation between the slip phenomenon and the lubricant solidification. The simulations reveal that a micro-scale adhesion may take place due to the atomic jump during the process of approaching or separating of two smooth crystal surfaces, which provides important information for understanding the origin of interfacial friction.

利用多变鱼腥藻的藻胆蛋白（ＰＥＣ,ＰＣ和ＡＰＣ）重组出具有完整捕光系统和惟一终端发射基团的ＰＢＳ模型复合物ＰＥＣ／ＰＣ／ＡＰＣ,用超快速时间分辨光谱研究了 ７７Ｋ下重组复合物内能量传递的过程和机制．通过对不同探测波长下复合物激发态衰减曲线的拟合,讨论了不同色团间能量传递关系,尤其是能量在杆与核间的传递关系．探测到复合物杆中两个ＰＥＣ三聚体之间的能量传递时间常数为 ２９ｐｓ; ＰＥＣ六聚体与 ＰＣ六聚体间传递时间常数为 １２ ｐｓ;能量由杆向 ＡＰＣ核传递的时间常数为 ５１ ｐｓ．

Molecular dynamic simulation of lubricant spreading： effect from the substrate and endbead

Molecular dynamic simulations based on a coarse-grained, bead-spring model are adopted to investigate the spreading of both nonfunctional and functional perfluoropolyether (PFPE) on solid substrates. For nonfunctional PFPE, the spreading generally exhibits a smooth profile with a precursor film. The spreading profiles on different substrates are compared, which indicate that the bead-substrate interaction has a significant effect on the spreading behaviour, especially on the formation of the precursor film. For functional PFPE, the spreading generally exhibits a complicated terraced profile. The spreading profiles with different endbeads are compared, which indicate that the endbead-substrate interaction and the endbead--endbead interaction, especially the latter, have a significant effect on the spreading behaviour.

快速响应组氨酸的铱（Ⅲ）配合物荧光探针

以苯并噻唑为母体,引入弱配位能力的乙腈分子作为辅助配体,开发了两种对组氨酸响应的铱配合物荧光探针IrSN1和IrSN2,通过质谱研究了探针对组氨酸的响应机理。与探针IrSN2相比,探针IrSN1在DMF/PBS（体积比2/3）溶液中识别组氨酸时具有更好的选择性、较短的响应时间（≤15 min）和更高的灵敏度（检出限为9.67μmol/L）等优点,并初步研究了探针IrSN1在细胞生物成像上的应用。
