Effects of Dual-Electrode Biasing on Er in a Toroidal Plasma

Two externally biased electrodes were inserted into the plasma on the KT-5C tokamak to test the effects on modifying the radial electric field Er, other than single biasing. Using various combinations of biasing voltage,the influences of double biasing are compared with the single biasing. It turns out that the effect of dual-biasing is also effective as a single one, but the outer electrode seems to be shielded by the inner one and show less influence. The results clearly show that the radial electric field Er changed by external biasing is intrinsically an effect localized at the edge of the plasma, which is caused by the electrode induced radial current; and dualelectrode biasing using the method similar to the single biasing seems not to be able to increase more distinctly the peaking effect on Er than the single biasing.

紫外可调谐辐射的波长自动跟踪研究

脉冲染料激光器的可见光波段辐射通过共线倍频和非共线混频实现紫外波段的连续可调谐输出.本文报道了一种闭环跟踪方法;在调谐起始波长处,将取样光束在垂直相位匹配方向分割成等光强的两部分,然后在波长调谐时比较和平衡这两部分光强.对该方法在理论上作了分析并在实验中得到成功的验证.获得的自动跟踪效率大于90%.

本文研究了3-(1-氢多氟烯基)-1-氧代-2，4，1-苯并噁嗪1与几种双亲核试剂的反应。化合物1与乙二胺反应生成7-氟烷基-1，4-二氮杂卓[1，2-d]喹唑啉-11-酮；在吡啶溶剂中与盐酸羟胺反应得到了2-氟烷基异噁唑[3,2-b]并喹唑啉-9-酮；与邻苯二胺反应得到2-氟烷基苯并咪唑类化合物。

低通量慢中子对Bi系超导体的辐照效应

Design and Fabrication of 1.06 μm Resonant-Cavity Enhanced Reflective Modulator with GaInAs/GaAs Quantum Wells

A resonant-cavity enhanced reflective optical modulator is designed and fabricated, with three groups of three highly strained InGaAs/GaAs quantum wells in the cavity, for low voltage and high contrast ratio operation. The quantum wells are positioned in antinodes of the optical standing wave. The modulator is grown in a single growth step in an molecular beam epitaxy system, using GaAs/AlAs distributed Bragg reflectors as both the top and bottom mirrors. Results show that the reflection device has a modulation extinction of 3 dB at -4.5 V bias.     

新型稀土电子输运材料Tb(AcA)3·phen

Kido等人在文献[1]中报导,在研究有机电致发光(OEL)器件时发现,斓系化合物不能很好地传输载流子.但是,我们在实验中却现Tb(AcA)3phen·不仅是一种很好的OEL发射材料.而且具有很强的电子输运能力.     

脱乙酰甲壳质和卡拉胶在溶液中的反应及其复合物性质研究

脱乙酰甲壳质(CTS)和卡拉胶(CGN)在溶液中反应生成不溶于水的沉淀,红外光谱分析及相反离子含量测定证明,CTS和CGN分子间的联结是以CTS分子中的-NH_3~+与CGN分子中的-SO_3~-通过静电相互作用来实现的。形成的聚电解质复合物N/S摩尔比在较宽的范围内依赖于反应混合溶液组成比、pH值及CTS的脱乙酰度。不同条件下形成的复合物具有不同的形态结构,当CTS分子与CGN分子上的电荷密度接近时,电镜观察到的复合物呈纤维状结构。复合物不溶于二甲基亚砜及CH_3COCH_3/KBr/H_2O(20∶20∶60wt)三元溶剂,在加热时溶于浓甲酸和稀盐酸,其溶解性随CTS脱乙酰度的增加而降低,CTS和CGN形成的聚电解质复合物具有一定的抗血凝性。
