By using a new fixed point theorem, sufficientconditions are obtained for the existence of a positivealmost-periodic solution for an discrete model of hematopoiesis with almost-periodic coefficients. Its attractivity and oscillation are investigated.     

Nonlinear optical behaviors in a silver nanoparticle array at different wavelengths

The optical nonlinearities of an Ag nanoparticle array are investigated by performing Z-scan measurements at the selected wavelengths (400, 600, 650, and 800 nm). The nonlinear refraction index in the resonant region (around 400 nm) exhibits a significant enhancement by two orders compared with that in the off-resonant region (around 800 nm)), and exhibits an sign alternation of the resonant nonlinear absorption, which results in a negligible nonlinear absorption at a certain excitation intensity. Moreover, a low degree of nonlinear absorption was measured at the edges of the resonant region (600 and 650 nm), which is attributed to the competition of the saturated absorption and the two-photon absorption processes.     

Optical Properties of Co-BaTiO3/Mg（100） Nano-Composite Films Grown by Pulsed Laser Deposition Method

Co nanoparticles embedded in a BaTiO3 matrix, namely Co-BaTiO3 nano-composite films are grown on Mg（100） single crystal substrates by the pulsed laser deposition （PLD） method at 650℃. Optical properties of the CoBaTiO3 nano-composite films are examined by absorption spectra （AS） and photoluminescence （PL） spectra. The results indicate that the concentration of Co nano-particles strongly influences the electron transition of the Co BaTiO3 nano-composite films. The PL emission band ranging from 1.9 to 2.2eV is reported. The AS and PL spectra suggest that the band gap is in the range of 3.28-3.7eV.     

Time-Dependent Variational Approach to Ground-State Phase Transition and Phonon Dispersion Relation of the Quantum Double-Well Model

The ground-state phase transition and the phonon dispersion relation of the quantum double-well model are studied by means of the time-dependent variational approach combined with a Hartree-type many-body trial wavefunction. The single-particle state is taken to be a frozen Jackiw-Kerman wavefunction. Under the condition of minimum uncertainty relation, we obtain an effective classical Hamiltonian for the system and equations of motion for the particle＇s expectation values. It is shown that the effective substrate potential transits from a symmetric double-well potential to a symmetric single-well potential, and the ground state exhibits a transition from a broken symmetry phase to a restored symmetry phase as increasing the strength of quantum fluctuations. We also obtain the phonon dispersion relations and the phonon gaps at the two phases.     

纳秒激光诱导C60分子碎裂中轻碎片离子C+n(n《30)的产生机理研究

采用飞行时间质谱计测量了纳秒激光诱导C60分子碎裂中轻碎片离子C n(n≤11)的初始平均动能,结果显示轻碎片离子具有相同的初始平均动能(约为0.34 eV),并且该动能在一定范围内不随激光通量的变化而明显改变.结合前人的实验结果,对纳秒激光诱导C60分子碎裂中轻碎片离子C n(n<30)的主要产生模式作了新的阐述,即C60分子级联发射15个C2分子和一个电子形成自身不稳定的C 30离子,在皮秒时间尺度内C 30离子的笼形结构塌陷,进而轻碎片离子产生.     

发夹式DNA探针检测水中汞EI北大核心CSCD

利用荧光染料双标记的DNA探针,实现了对水中Hg^(2+)的一步检测。实验中使用的DNA探针是富T结构的发夹式DNA探针链,若水样中不存在Hg^(2+),双标记的DNA探针两端的荧光染料Cy3与Cy5之间的距离很小,会发生荧光能量共振转移,Cy3的荧光发射强度降低;反之,Hg^(2+)会与DNA探针上的T碱基生成T-Hg^(2+)-T的稳定结构,使DNA链结构发生变化,同时Cy3,Cy5之间的距离变大,二者间的能量共振转移减弱甚至消失,Cy3的荧光发射强度回升。因此,通过Hg^(2+)的浓度与Cy3的荧光发射强度的变化的线性关系,可以实现Hg^(2+)的定量检测。     

基于荧光共振能量转移的核酸适配体传感器检测环丙沙星

建立了一种基于荧光共振能量转移（FRET）的核酸适配体传感器,并用于检测实际水体和牛奶中的环丙沙星（CIP）。为了防止羧基荧光素（FAM）被CIP猝灭,FAM和四甲基罗丹明（TAMRA）分别标记在互补单链DNA(FAM-cDNA)和适配体（TAMRA-APT）,通过DNA杂交发生FRET, TAMRA有效猝灭FAM的荧光。CIP加入后,其与FAM-cDNA发生亲和力竞争反应,CIP与TAMRA-APT形成结构更稳定的CIP/TAMRA-APT复合物,使体系FAM的荧光恢复。在优化条件下,本方法对CIP表现出高灵敏度和高选择性,检测浓度线性范围为0.01～1μmol/L,检出限为6 nmol/L;对实际水样和牛奶的加标回收率为90.4%～113.2%,相对标准偏差为1.8%～11%。该荧光适配体传感器具有成本低、灵敏度高、特异性好等优点,在环境中CIP残留快速检测方面具有良好的应用潜力。     

LOW-FREQUENCY INTERNAL FRICTION STUDY FOR SrBi2Ta2O9 FERROELECTRIC CERAMICS

Low-frequency internal friction (IF) of SrBi₂Ta₂O₉(SBT) ceramics has been measured at temperatures ranging from 293 to 623 K. Two IF peaks, with their locations around 393 K (P1) and 569 K (P2) (f≈1.58 Hz), respectively, are observed. P1 is found to be associated with a relaxation process with activation energy of 0.97 eV and pre-exponential factor of 3.58×10^-14 s. Peak shape analyses reveal that P1 can be well described by a broadened Debye peak with the width parameter β from 2.70 to 2.92. The mechanism responsible for P1 is proposed to be relaxation of oxygen vacancies near domain walls(DWs). P2 is considered to arise from viscous motion of DWs since it shows characteristics of static hysteresis type. Comparisons for the IF behavior between SBT and Pb(Zr, Ti)O₃(PZT) suggest that in SBT oxygen vacancies are much less localized near DWs than that in PZT. This result provides a possible explanation for the weak DW pinning due to oxygen vacancies in SBT.

用同核和异核二维核磁共振方法全归属了一系列合成的薯蓣皂甙元-β-D葡萄糖甙的¹H和¹³C核磁共振谱线.这些薯蓣葡萄糖甙是薯蓣皂甙元-β-D葡萄糖甙(1),薯蓣皂甙元-β-D葡萄糖基-(1→2)-β-D葡萄糖甙(2),薯蓣皂甙元,-β-D葡萄糖基-(1→3)-β-D葡萄糖甙(3),薯蓣皂甙元[-β-D葡萄糖基-(1→2)-β-D葡萄糖基(1→3)-β-D葡萄糖甙(4)以及薯蓣皂甙无[-α-L鼠李糖基-(1→2)]-β-D葡萄糖基-(1→3)-β-D葡萄糖甙(5).     

脉冲梯度场增强的DQF-COSY实验t1噪声研究

脉冲相位的不稳定性是导致二维谱中的t₁噪声的原因之一.本文从理论上和实验上对脉冲相位不稳定性所引起的t₁噪声进行了研究.从角动量算符I_x,I_y和I_z推导中发现,由于磁化矢量在P型和N型DQF-COSY实验的脉冲梯度场中进动方向的内在差异,一部分脉冲相位误差在P型DQF-COSY实验会被重聚掉,在N型DQF-COSY实验中却会被加重.因此P型DQF-COSY实验的t₁噪声比N型小.理论推导还得到t₁噪声在P型和N型中的理论比值为√3:√11.以上理论结果得到我们实验结果的支持.
