利用QCISD(T),SAC-CI方法和cc-pVQZ,aug-cc-pVTZ,6-311 G及6-311 G(3df,2pd)基组,对MgH分子的基态X2Σ ,第一简并激发态A2Π和第二激发态B2Σ 的结构进行优化计算.通过对4个基组计算结果进行比较,得出6-311 G(3df,2pd)基组为最优基组.使用6-311 G(3df,2pd)基组和QCISD(T)方法对基态X2Σ ,SAC-CI方法对激发态A2Π和B2Σ 进行单点能扫描计算,然后采用Murrell-Sorbie函数及修正的Murrell-Sorbie C6函数进行拟合,得到了相应电子态的势能函数参数和对应的光谱常数.计算结果表明,用修正的Murrell-Sorbie C6函数计算得到的MgH分子基态和第一简并激发态的光谱常数ωe,ωexe,Be,αe与实验数据吻合很好.表明修正后的Murrell-Sorbie C6函数能更为准确地描述MgH分子的基态和第一激发态的势能函数. 相似文献

High quality Ib gem diamond single crystals were synthesized in cubic anvil high-pressure apparatus (SPD- 6 × 1200) under 5.4GPa and 1230℃-1280℃. The (100) face of seed crystal was used as growth face, and Ni70Mn25Co5 alloy was used as solvent/catalyst. The dependence of crystal quality andβ value (the ratio of height to diameter of diamond crystal) on synthesis temperature was studied. When the synthesis temperature is between 1230℃ and 1280℃, theβ value of the synthetic high-quality gem diamond crystals is between 0.4 and 0.6. The results show that when theβ value is between 0.4 and O. 45, the synthetic diamonds are sheet-shape crystals; however, when theβ value is between 0.45 and 0.6, the synthetic diamonds are tower-shape crystals. In addition, when theβ value is less than 0.4, skeleton crystals will appear. When theβ value is more than 0.6, most of the synthetic diamond crystals are inferior crystals. 相似文献

Sprout Branching of Tumour Capillary Network Growth: Fractal Dimension and Multifractal Structure 下载免费PDF全文
A tumour vascular network, characterized as an irregularly stochastic growth, is different from the normal vascular network. We systematieally analyse the dependence of the branching. It is found that anastomosis of tumour on time is according to a number of tumour images, and both the fractal dimensions and multifractal spectra of the tumours are obtained. In the eases studied, the fractal dimensions of the tumour vascular network increase with time and the multifractal spectrum not only rises entirely but also shifts right. In addition, the best drug delivery stage is discussed according to the difference of the singularity exponent δα(δα = αmax - αmin), which shows some change in the growth process of the tumour vascular network. A common underlying principle is obtained from our analysis along with previous results. 相似文献

In this paper,we report on the influence of annealing treatment on as-grown Ib-type diamond crystal under high pressure and high temperature in a china-type cubic anvil high-pressure apparatus.Experiments are carried out at a pressure of 7.0 GPa and temperatures ranging from 1700 C to 1900 C for 1 h.Annealing treatment of the diamond crystal shows that the aggregation rate constant of nitrogen atoms in the as-grown Ib-type diamond crystal strongly depends on diamond morphology and annealing temperature.The aggregation rate constant of nitrogen remarkably increases with the increase of annealing temperature and its value in octahedral diamond is much higher than that in cubic diamond annealed at the same temperature.The colour of octahedral diamond crystal is obviously reduced from yellow to nearly colorless after annealing treatment for 1 h at 1900 C,which is induced by nitrogen aggregation in a diamond lattice.The extent of nitrogen aggregation in an annealed diamond could approach approximately 98% indicated from the infrared absorption spectra.The micro-Raman spectrum reveals that the annealing treatment can improve the crystalline quality of Ib-type diamond characterized by a half width at full maximum at first order Raman peak,and therefore the annealed diamond crystals exhibit nearly the same properties as the natural IaA-type diamond stones of high quality in the Raman measurements. 相似文献

随着高温超导技术的发展,可用于交变电磁场条件下且临界温度高于77K的高温超导线材已经得到商业化应用,液氮温区的高温超导磁体冷却技术也取得了巨大进步。本文作者设计了一种高温超导磁体液氮零蒸发冷却系统,并进行了相关性能试验。结果表明,整个试验过程中,液氮无损耗,实现液氮零蒸发功能;系统液氮温度处于70K~77K之间,且温度可控,为高温超导磁体在特定温度下的性能研究提供了条件;给出了液氮温度与系统净输出冷量的关系,并与理论计算进行了比较;提出了影响系统性能的关键问题。 相似文献

局域表面等离激元可以由自由空间的光直接激发,这也是局域表面等离激元的优点所在。研究铋化物发光玻璃中纳米银颗粒的表面等离激元对铒离子发光的增强效应、进一步的提高铋化物发光玻璃中铒离子的发光性能很有意义。首先,测量了(A)Er 3+(0.5%)Ag(0.5%):铋化物发光玻璃与(B)Er 3+(0.5%):铋化物发光玻璃样品的吸收谱,发现(A)Er 3+(0.5%)Ag(0.5%):铋化物发光玻璃在约600.0 nm处有一个较弱的宽的银表面等离激元共振吸收峰。同时发现两者都有典型的铒离子的吸收峰,它们的吸收几乎完全一样:在波峰形状、峰值强度和峰值波长等方面都很相近。测量了(A)Er 3+(0.5%)Ag(0.5%):铋化物发光玻璃和(B)Er 3+(0.5%):铋化物发光玻璃样品的激发谱,发现有位于379.0,406.0,451.0,488.0和520.5 nm的5个550.0 nm可见光的可见激发谱峰,和位于379.0,406.5,451.0,488.5,520.5,544.0,651.5和798.0 nm的8个1531.0 nm红外光的红外激发谱峰,容易指认出依次为Er 3+的4I 15/2→4G 11/2,4I 15/2→2H 9/2,4I 15/2→(4F 3/2,4F 5/2),4I 15/2→4F 7/2,4I 15/2→2H 11/2,4I 15/2→4S 3/2,4I 15/2→4F 9/2和4I 15/2→4I 9/2跃迁的吸收峰,通过测量发现(A)Er 3+(0.5%)Ag(0.5%):铋化物发光玻璃相对于(B)Er 3+(0.5%):铋化物发光玻璃样品的可见和红外激发谱的最大增强依次分别是238%和133%。最后,测量了它们的发光谱,发现有位于534.0,547.5和658.5 nm的三组可见发光峰,容易指认出依次为Er 3+的2H 11/2→4I 15/2,4S 3/2→4I 15/2,4F 9/2→4I 15/2荧光跃迁。还发现红外发光峰位于978.0和1531.0 nm,依次为Er 3+的4I 11/2→4I 15/2和4I 13/2→4I 15/2的荧光跃迁。通过测量发现(A)Er 3+(0.5%)Ag(0.5%):铋化物发光玻璃相对于(B)Er 3+(0.5%):铋化物发光玻璃样品的可见和红外发光谱的最大增强依次分别是215%和138%。对于银表面等离激元增强铒离子发光的机理,认为主要为纳米银颗粒的局域表面等离激元共振,造成金属纳米结构附近产生的局域电场的强度要远大于入射光的电场强度,从而导致了金属纳米结构对入射光产生强烈的吸收和散射,进而导致了荧光的增强;即局域表面等离子体共振局域场的场增强效应。 相似文献
