A picosecond widely tunable deep-ultraviolet laser for angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy

We develop a picosecond widely tunable laser in a deep-ultraviolet region from 175 nm to 210 nm,generated by two stages of frequency doubling of a 80-MHz mode-locked picosecond Ti:sapphire laser.A β-BaB2O4 walk-off compensation configuration and a KBe2BO3F2 prism-coupled device are adopted for the generation of second harmonic and fourth harmonics,respectively.The highest power is 3.72 mW at 193 nm,and the fluctuation at 2.85 mW in 130 min is less than ±2%.     

Environmental Impacts on Spiking Properties in Hodgkin-Huxley Neuron with Direct Current Stimulus

Based on the well accepted Hodgkin-Huxley neuron model, the neuronal intrinsic excitability is studied when the neuron is subject to varying environmental temperatures, the typical impact for its regulating ways. With computer simulation, it is found that altering environmental temperature can improve or inhibit the neuronal intrinsic excitability so as to influence the neuronal spiking properties. The impacts from environmental factors can be understood that,the neuronal spiking threshold is essentially influenced by the fluctuations in the environment. With the environmental temperature varying, burst spiking is realized for the neuronal membrane voltage because of the environment-dependent spiking threshold. This burst induced by changes in spiking threshold is different from that excited by input currents or other stimulus.     

氨基三唑分子印迹聚合物的制备及性能表征

采用分子印迹技术,以氨基三唑(AMI)为模板分子,异丁醇为溶剂,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酯(EDMA)为交联剂,合成了氨基三唑分子印迹聚合物(AMI-MIP)。采用静态平衡结合实验和选择性实验评价了AMI-MIP对底物分子的结合特性及分子识别性能,并进行了吸附动力学研究。结果表明,AMI-MIP对AMI存在不同亲和力的两类结合位点,且对AMI具有很高的选择吸附特性和良好的分子识别性能,AMI-MIP对AMI的吸附行为可用准二级吸附动力学方程加以描述。     

基于绿色氢科学理念构筑从低碳制氢到高效储氢的氢能体系

本文从低碳制氢和高效储氢的角度思考及探讨氢能体系绿色化发展过程中的关键科学问题.提出＂绿色氢科学＂理念与＂低碳制氢,高效储氢＂技术发展路线图,以期通过相关科学问题的认识,来构建具有高度原子经济性及可持续性的绿色氢能体系.     

无标记增强型检测Hg2+的荧光DNA传感器

基于Hg2+与T–T错配碱基对能特异性结合形成T-Hg2+-T结构以及结晶紫(CV)与单、双链DNA作用后荧光信号的差异,构建了一种荧光增强型检测Hg2+的DNA生物传感器。实验考察了不同序列DNA及溶液的pH、DNA与CV浓度比、稳定时间等因素对灵敏度的影响。在优化的条件下体系荧光效率和Hg2+浓度在2～40 nmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.7 nmol/L。并且高浓度的Ca2+,Mg2+等常见金属离子对Hg2+的检测没有干扰。方法为重金属Hg2+的检测提供了一个较好的荧光分析方法。     

非齐次树上马氏链的若干强偏差定理

通过构造适当的非负鞅,将Doob鞅收敛定理应用于几乎处处收敛的研究,给出了一类非齐次树上马氏链场加权和滑动平均的若干强偏差定理.

以“常见物质的检验”的教学为例,运用化学史料帮助学生自主建构知识体系,促进学生追寻知识本原,实现思维进阶,发展核心素养,并阐述运用化学史料构建高中化学生命课堂的实施策略。
