铽与1-苯基-3-甲基-4-酰代吡唑啉-5-酮的三元配合物的合成、表征与荧光性能 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
合成了铽与1-苯基-3-甲基-4-异丁酰基吡唑啉-5-酮(HPMIBP)、1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基吡唑啉-5-酮(HPMBP)的四个三元配合物Tb(PMIBP)3.2H2O(A1), Tb(PMIBP)3.bpy(A2), Tb(PMBP)3.2H2O(B1)和Tb(PMBP)3.bpy(B2)(bpy=2, 2'-联吡啶)。用元素分析确定了它们的组成, 并用紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱、差热-热重谱对其进行了表征。研究了它们在固态和溶液中的荧光光谱, 并用频域法测定了它们在溶液中的荧光寿命, 结果表明A1和A2的荧光强度比相应的B1和B2强三个数量级, A2与A1或B2与B1相比, 荧光强度也有一定程度的增强,并且不同溶剂对其荧光强度和荧光寿命都有较大的影响。 相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱测定维C银翘片中维生素C、对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏和绿原酸4种组分含量的方法。研究优化了样品提取的溶剂与超声提取条件、色谱分离条件和检测波长等,采用了Sinochrom ODS-BP(4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm)色谱柱,以0.05 mol/L KH2PO4(pH 3.0,含1%三乙胺)-乙腈(75:25, v/v)为流动相,双检测波长260 nm和326 nm等分离检测条件。结果表明,维生素C、对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏和绿原酸的测定线性范围均比较宽,方法平均回收率大于99.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1.8%(n=5),而且测定方法快速、简便、准确,非常适合维C银翘片类药物的质量控制。 相似文献

We have experimentally studied the surface mjodifications of Y-Ba-Cu-O (YBCO) thin films using CF4 plasma.The intensity of the plasma fluorination was controlled by controlled by changing the biasing voltage and the time of the plasma treatment.Microstructural analyses reveal that the oxygen content of the YBCO thin films was changed.Transport measurements of sufficient fluorinated YBCO films imply that the films changed totally into an oxygen-deficient semi-conducting state.From these experimental results,we believe that plasma fluorination is quite a useful method to form controllable a thin barrier layer in fabricating interface engineered junctions and to form a stable narrow weak-link region in fabricating planar superconductor-normal-superconductor junctions. 相似文献

pEGFP-C3质粒经过体外人工甲基化处理后,被转染进入HepG2细胞以构建重组细胞株.以5-AZA为阳性去甲基化毒物与重组细胞共培养,通过亚硫酸氢钠测序法定量检测EGFP基因启动子区甲基化状态,通过实时定量PCR检测EGFP基因表达,借助流式细胞术和荧光摄片定量检测共培养细胞的绿色荧光强度,在DNA甲基化、EGFP基因mRNA表达、GFP蛋白等多个层次研究5-AZA染毒处理与其去甲基化能力和荧光表达改变的响应关系.对天津污染水产的去甲基化能力进行了实际样品测试.结果表明,5-AZA与重组细胞的DNA甲基化、基因表达、蛋白产物变化之间存在显著关联,具有较低的检出浓度和良好的重复性.天津污染海域的水产去甲基化能力较强.本文初步建立了一种污染物去甲基化表观遗传毒性评价方法. 相似文献

While elucidating the inhibitory mechanism of a hydrolytic enzyme by aldehyde-containing natural product,we discovered a reaction involving a rapid 6π-azaelectrocyclization of azatrienes generated from aldehyde with lysine residues.The electrocyclic reaction of the 1-azatriene system,a cyclization precursor,exhibited a significant substituent effect.Asymmetric chiral piperidine synthesis and a one-pot library synthesis of pyridines on solid-supports were applied to synthesize pyridine/indole alkaloid-type natural product.Additionally,we developed lysine-based labeling and engineering of biomolecules and living cells based on the rapid 6π-azaelectrocyclization.Both labels and oligosaccharide structures were introduced efficiently and selectively into surface lysines under the mild conditions;notable effects of N-glycans on proteins and living cells were visualized for the first time by PET and noninvasive fluorescence imaging. 相似文献
