A piezoresistive micro-cantilever for thermal infrared detector

A novel tri-layer Si-based micro-cantilever thermal infrared (IR) detector with carbon nanotube (CNT) film is fabricated. It is based on the characteristic that the composite micro-cantilever bends in response to incident IR thermal radiation due to the bi-material effect. The bending of micro-cantilever is piezoresistively detected. Furthermore, a new IR absorbing layer material-CNTs-is coated in order to enhance IR radiation absorbing characteristic, the micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) sensor could be compatible with integrated circuit technology.     

脂质体对细胞色素C结构的稳定作用

采用同步荧光光谱考察细胞色素C(CytC)在脂质体环境中分子内基团微环境的变化,推测分子的空间构象。结果表明:CytC结合到脂质体上引起分子内基团重新组装和排布,氨基酸残基所处的微环境发生明显变化,体现在荧光光谱上,酪氨酸和色氨酸的光活性增强,色氨酸在水溶液中的分子内电荷转移得到抑制,此过程不涉及化学键的断裂。在脂质体环境中,尿素引起的CytC解聚变性效应得到明显抑制,脂质体与尿素在促进CytC分子内氨基酸残基发光上有协同效应。     

氯化镉与对甲基苯胺配位反应的热化学研究

用新型的具有恒定温度环境的反应热量计,以一定比例的 HCl（3.0 mol·L-1）与无水乙醇的混合溶液作为量热溶剂,分别测定了反应物[CdCl2·5/2H2O,p-tol]和产物[Cd（p-tol）2Cl,H2O]的溶解焓,设计了一个新的热化学循环,得到了氯化镉与对甲基苯胺配位反应的反应焓△rHm=-7.598kJ·mol1-,并计算出了配合物Cd（p-tol）2Cl2的标准生成焓.推荐其值为:△rHm=（p-tol）2Cl2,s]=-490.773kJ·mol-1     

Quadrupole-octopole alignment of CMB related to the primordial power spectrum with dipolar modulation in anisotropic spacetime

The WMAP and Planck observations show that the quadrupole and octopole orientations of the CMB might align with each other. We reveal that the quadrupole-octopole alignment is a natural implication of the primordial power spectrum in an anisotropic spacetime. The primordial power spectrum is presented with a dipolar modulation. We obtain the privileged plane by employing the “power tensor” technique. At this plane, there is maximum correlation between quadrupole and octopole. The probability for the alignment is much larger than that in the isotropic universe. We find that this model would lead to deviations from the statistical isotropy only for low-l multipoles.

装配收音机的参考材料

仪器的裝置我們这个無綫电裝置是供給十年級做学生实验用的,稍加复杂化即可供無綫电小組实習之用,例如进行真空管特性的实驗。全部仪器就裝在五塊底板上,而且裝置图和原理图完全一致。在每塊底板上裝置的一部份要完成一定的工作任务。     

PEDOT-PSS/Co-Fe_3O_4/PVA电磁功能复合纤维结构与性能

将化学共沉淀法合成的Co掺杂的Fe_3O_4(Co-Fe_3O_4)磁性粒子和化学氧化法合成的聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)掺杂的聚(3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩)(PEDOT-PSS)与聚乙烯醇(PVA)混合制备复合纺丝原液,然后经过湿法纺丝得到具有电、磁性能的PEDOT-PSS/Co-Fe_3O_4/PVA复合纤维.通过SEM、FTIR、XRD、TG、VSM以及电导率和机械性能的测试研究了不同牵伸倍率对复合纤维的结构和性能的影响.结果表明,随着牵伸倍率的增加,复合纤维的结晶性能、热稳定性能和机械性能都有所提升,其电导率则成倍增加,而其饱和磁化强度(M_s)则变化不大,约为1.7 A·m~2/kg.当牵伸倍数为4倍时,复合纤维的电导率可达到2.3 S/cm.

Ultra-high energy cosmic rays threshold in Randers-Finsler space

Kinematics in Finsler space is used to study the propagation of ultra high energy cosmic rays particles through the cosmic microwave background radiation. We find that the GZK threshold is lifted dramatically in Randers-Finsler space. A tiny deformation of spacetime from Minkowskian to Finslerian allows more ultra-high energy cosmic rays particles to arrive at the earth. It is suggested that the lower bound of particle mass is related with the negative second invariant speed in Randers-Finsler space.     

Finslerian Perturbation for the ACDM Model

We present Finslerian perturbation for the ∧CDM model, which breaks the isotropic symmetry of the universe. The analysis on the Killing vectors shows that the Randers-Finsler spacetime breaks the isotropic symmetry even ff the scalar perturbations of the FRW metric vanish. In Randers-Finsler spacetime, the modified geodesic equation deduces a modified Boltzmann equation. We propose a perturbational version of the gravitational field equation in Randers-Finsler spacetime, where we have omitted the curvature tensor that does not belong to the base space of the tangent bundle. The gravitational field equations for the gravitational wave are also presented. The primordial power spectrum of the gravitational wave is investigated. We show that the primordial power spectrum for super-horizon perturbations is unchanged. For sub-horizon perturbations, however, the power spectrum is modified.
