A new kind of chiral dienophiles, cyclic vinyl-p-tolylsulfilimines (2a and 2b), were obtained from the corresponding (Z)-sulfinylacrylonitriles with HBF(4) and methanol. The asymmetric Diels-Alder reaction of optically pure 2a with cyclopentadiene under mild thermal or catalyzed conditions afforded only the endo-4a adduct with complete endo and pi-facial selectivities. The ability of the sulfilimine moiety to enhance the dienophilic reactivity of the double bond is similar to that of the sulfinyl group.  相似文献

The electrooxidation of mitoxantrone (MXT) on carbon paste electrodes was studied using voltammetric techniques in adsorption conditions. The analyte was accumulated at the working electrode (a carbon paste electrode) under precisely controlled mass-transport conditions and stripped electrochemically in the same solution. An electrode pretreatment is proposed which shows good reproducibility of the analytical signal (0.81%). The stripping step was studied with alternating current voltammetry providing a linear response in the concentration range 5 x 10(-11) to 7 x 10(-10)M in aqueous samples. Finally, a method using the medium exchange and AC phase-selective adsorptive stripping voltammetry technique was proposed for MXT analysis in urine samples.  相似文献

A new type of metal carbene complexes of group 9, specifically a cationic Fischer carbene of rhodium(I), has been synthesized from chromium carbene complexes via double transfer of carbene and CO ligands. These complexes reveal a different reactivity than other transition metal carbenes, including their chromium precursors, toward neutral and electron-poor alkynes, giving selectively polysubstituted cyclopentenones.  相似文献

The variability associated with testing lots of green coffee beans for ochratoxin A (OTA) was investigated. Twenty-five lots of green coffee were tested for OTA contamination. The total variance associated with testing green coffee was estimated and partitioned into sampling, sample preparation, and analytical variances. All variances increased with an increase in OTA concentration. Using regression analysis, mathematical expressions were developed to model the relationship between OTA concentration and the total, sampling, sample preparation, and analytical variances. The expressions for these relationships were used to estimate the variance for any sample size, subsample size, and number of analyses for a specific OTA concentration. Testing a lot with 5 microg/kg OTA using a 1 kg sample, Romer RAS mill, 25 g subsamples, and liquid chromatography analysis, the total, sampling, sample preparation, and analytical variances were 10.75 (coefficient of variation [CV] = 65.6%), 7.80 (CV = 55.8%), 2.84 (CV = 33.7%), and 0.11 (CV = 6.6%), respectively. The total variance for sampling, sample preparation, and analytical were 73, 26, and 1%, respectively.  相似文献

The results of experimental studies and quantum chemical simulations of the absorption spectra of 1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline and its derivatives are presented. The quantum chemical calculations (semi-empirical AM1 and PM3 methods) show similarity in the absorption spectra of 1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline and 1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline which are characterized by five strong absorption bands in the spectral range 200-500 nm. A substitution of the methyl groups by at least one phenyl group causes the drastic changes of the absorption spectra mainly within the spectral range 240-370 nm. We attribute these differences to additional molecular double bonding segments C=C of the substituted phenyl groups, i.e. to pi --> pi* transitions. A comparison of measured and the calculated absorption spectra manifests quite satisfactory agreement for all compounds in the part regarding the spectral position of the first oscillator (absorption threshold). At the same time, the measured spectra demonstrate the considerable broadening practically of all absorption bands and even complete damping some of them in the case of phenyl derivatives. The experiments performed with highly and weakly polar organic solvents shows that the solvent effect on the absorption spectra is small. For this reason the discrepancies between the calculated and the measured spectra are attributed to electron-vibronic coupling as well as to rotational dynamics of phenyl rings.  相似文献

The separation and determination of five herbicides, including propanil and the phenylureas diuron, isoproturon, linuron and neburon, has been performed by an HPLC method, using photochemically-induced fluorescence detection. The non-fluorescent herbicides were transformed into fluorescent compounds by post-column photochemical reaction. A 60:40 (v/v) acetonitrile-buffer solution of potassium phosphate dibasic (pH 7, 0.01 M) was used for the chromatographic elution to separate propanil, linuron and neburon. The overlapping of isoproturon and diuron peaks, in the selected conditions, was resolved by changing the initial movil phase composition to 50:50 (v/v) methanol-buffer solution of potassium phosphate dibasic (pH 7, 0.01 M). The procedure was applied with satisfactory results to the analysis of these herbicides in Guadiana river water samples (Badajoz, Spain), allowing the detection of herbicide residues in the order of mug l(-1), by using a solid-phase extraction (SPE) pre-concentration step.  相似文献

Extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) and X-ray absorption near edge structure (XANES) techniques, in combination with (13)C-NMR spectroscopy, have been used to study the complexation of methyl acrylate (1), N-acryloylbenzylamine (2), O-acryloyl-(R)-pantolactone (3), methyl N-acryloyl-(S)-prolinate (4), and methyl N-acryloyl-(S)-phenylalaninate (5) with excess TiCl(4) in solution. The results obtained show that TiCl(4) has a great tendency to coordinate with two ester ligands, but this tendency is not so marked with amides, which is related to the greater basicity of the latter. Complexation increases the Ti-Cl bond distance, in comparison with TiCl(4), which is clearly shown by the EXAFS spectra. Chelate complexes are formed with bidentate ligands, but comparison between the EXAFS spectra, obtained with different TiCl(4)/dienophile ratios, shows that chelation is more difficult with methyl N-acryloyl-(S)-phenylalaninate (5).  相似文献

The reactions between cis-[M(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(2)CtriplebondCR)(2)] (M=Pt, Pd; R=Ph, tBu, Tol 2, 3) or cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(2)CtriplebondCR)(PPh(2)CtriplebondCtBu)] (R=Ph 4, Tol 5) and cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(thf)(2)] 1 have been investigated. Whereas [M](PPh(2)CtriplebondCtBu)(2) ([M]=cis-M(C(6)F(5))(2)) is inert towards 1, the analogous reactions starting from [M](PPh(2)CtriplebondCR)(2) or [Pt](PPh(2)CtriplebondCR)(PPh(2)CtriplebondCtBu) (R=Ph, Tol) afford unusual binuclear species [Pt(C(6)F(5))(S)mu-[C(R')dbondC(PPh(2))C(PPh(2))doublebondC(R)(C(6)F(5))]M(C(6)F(5))(2)] (R=R'=Ph, Tol, M=Pt 6 a,c, M=Pd 7 a,c; M=Pt, R'=tBu, R=Ph 8, Tol 9) containing a bis(diphenylphosphanyl)butadienyl bridging ligand formed by an unprecedented sequential insertion reaction of two P-coordinated PPh(2)CtriplebondCR ligands into a PtbondC(6)F(5) bond. Although in solution the presence of coordinated solvent S (S=(thf)(x)(H(2)O)(y)) in 6, 7 is suggested by NMR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analyses of different crystals of the mixed complex [Pt(C(6)F(5))mu-[C(tBu)doublebondC(PPh(2))C(PPh(2))doublebondC(Tol)(C(6)F(5))]Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)] 9 unequivocally establish that in the solid state the steric crowding of the new diphenylbutadienyl ligand formed stabilizes an unusual coordinatively unsaturated T-shaped 3-coordinated platinum(II) center. Structure determinations of the mononuclear precursors cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(2)CtriplebondCR)(2)] (R=Ph, tBu, Tol) have been carried out to evaluate the factors affecting the insertion processes. The reactions of the platinum complexes 6 towards neutral ligands (L=CO, py, PPh(2)H, CNtBu) in a 1:1 molar ratio afford related diplatinum derivatives 10-13, whereas treatment with CNtBu (1:2 molar ratio) or 2,2'-bipy (1:1 molar ratio) results in the opening of the chelating ring to give cis,cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(L)(2)mu-[1-kappaC(1):2-kappaPP'-C(R)doublebondC(PPh(2))C(PPh(2))doublebondC(R)(C(6)F(5))]Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)] (14, 15). The unsaturated or solvento complexes are unstable in solution evolving firstly, through an unexpected formal 4-1 R (Ph, Tol) migration, to the intermediate diphosphanylbutadienyl isomer derivatives [Pt(C(6)F(5))(S)mu-[C(C(6)F(5))doublebondC(PPh(2))C(PPh(2))doublebondC(R)(2)]M(C(6)F(5))(2)] (16, 18) (X-ray, R=Ph, M=Pt) and, finally, to 1-pentafluorophenyl-2,3-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)naphthalene mononuclear complexes (17, 19) by annulation of a phenyl or tolyl group.  相似文献
