We design high quality factor (Q) photonic crystal microcavities in diamond films for applications in quantum information based on color centers. A photonic microcavity made from a waveguide heterostructure with a mode gap is demonstrated to have a high Q factor over 1051400 and a modal volume V of 2.24 cubic wavelengths by modifying the mode gap width and the tapered region geometry. Besides its ultrahigh Q factor, the waveguide-like geometry of the cavity allows for easy on-chip transportation of quantum information between different cavities.  相似文献

A distinct method to show a quantum object behaving both as wave and as particle is proposed and described in some detail. We make a systematic analysis using the elementary methodology of quantum mechanics upon Young's two-slit interferometer and the Mach-Zehnder two-arm interferometer with the focus placed on how to measure the interference pattern (wave nature) and the which-way information (particle nature) of quantum objects. We design several schemes to simultaneously acquire the which-way information for an individual quantum object and the high-contrast interference pattern for an ensemble of these quantum objects by placing two sets of measurement instruments that are well separated in space and whose perturbation of each other is negligibly small within the interferometer at the same time. Yet, improper arrangement and cooperation of these two sets of measurement instruments in the interferometer would lead to failure of simultaneous observation of wave and particle behaviors. The internal freedoms of quantum objects could be harnessed to probe both the which-way information and the interference pattern for the center-of-mass motion. That quantum objects can behave beyond the wave-particle duality and the complementarity principle would stimulate new conceptual examination and exploration of quantum theory at a deeper level.  相似文献

Thanks to resonant characteristics of metallic nanoparticles, optical waves scattered from plasmonic nanoantennae can be well tailored in both amplitude and phase. We numerically demonstrate that, by varying the lengths and the lateral positions of gold nanorods in vicinity of a silicon waveguide, unidirectional emissions with typical forward-backward contrast ratio of 15 dB and directivity of 12 dB can be acquired in a plasmonic phased antenna array with sub-wavelength device length. The properties, i.e., the emission directionality and the size compactness, can be employed to control the far-field radiation pattern from a dielectric photonic circuit. Moreover, by altering the orientations of the dielectric waveguides decorated with plasmonic phased antenna arrays, we propose wireless light transportations in a layered photonic infrastructure, which may have applications in high-density photonic integrations.  相似文献

设计合成了一种β-双链桥连双卟啉及其Cu(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ)配合物,通过1HNMR,MS,IR,UV和元素分析进行了表征.以1,3-二苯基异苯并呋喃(DPBF)为猝灭剂测试了β-双链双卟啉产生单线态氧的能力;通过DNA凝胶电泳比较了其对pBR322质粒DNA的光敏切割效果;采用紫外-可见光谱滴定法研究了其与小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用.实验结果表明,光敏剂β-双链双卟啉具有较强的产生单线态氧能力,β-双链桥连使双卟啉对pBR322质粒DNA具有较好的光敏切割效果,与DNA有较强的结合能力.  相似文献

Fabrication details of air-bridged Kerr nonlinear polymer photonic crystal slab structures are presented.Both the two-dimensional photonic crystal slab and the one-dimensional nanobeam structures are fabricated using direct focused ion beam etching and subsequent wet chemical etching.The scanning electron microscopy images show the uniformity and homogeneity of the cylindrical air holes.The optical measurement in the near-infrared region is implemented using the tapered fiber coupling method,and the results agree with the numerical calculations by using the three-dimensional finite-difference time-domain method.  相似文献

We design and realize a 90° waveguide bend in two-dimensional triangular lattice silicon photomc crystal slabs by connecting linear waveguides along the orthogonal Г - K and Г - M directions. A pass band of 70hm is realized by optimizing the geometry of the Г - M waveguide. The connection region of the waveguide bend is optimized to improve the transmission efficiency of infrared light through the two different kinds of waveguides. The transmission efficiency of an optimized single bend is about 75% in simulation and 45% in measurement.  相似文献

采用近场动力学微分算子(Peridynamic Differential Operator, PDDO)理论建立正交各向异性板热传导的非局部模型。通过构造近场动力学函数,将边界条件和热传导方程由局部微分形式转化为非局部积分形式,引入Lagrange乘子,采用变分分析对含裂纹正交各向异性板温度及裂纹尖端的热通量分布进行求解。通过对比算例,验证了该模型具有较好的收敛性和有效性。分析了正交各向因子、材料铺设角、裂纹倾角及间距对裂纹尖端热通量的影响。结果表明,基于PDDO建立的含裂纹正交各向异性板热传导模型,考虑了热传导问题中的非局部性,能有效提高计算精度,预测含裂纹板中裂纹尖端出现的奇异性。  相似文献

换流变压器作为高压直流换流站主要噪声源,其噪声预测精度和控制方法的选择将直接影响换流站整体噪声预测水平及治理效果。通过对换流变压器噪声的产生机理、噪声频谱及常见治理方案等方面进行系统研究,重点推出了换流变压器噪声控制方法BOX-IN技术,并就BOX-IN装置的噪声预测模型进行了简化和对比验证。通过对降噪量进行现场测试,结果表明,BOX-IN装置降噪量达到20dB(A)左右,与理论计算值近似,为进一步提高高压直流换流站噪声预测精度提供了理论依据。  相似文献

We discuss the efficiency of an electro-optic (EO) polymer sensor with interdigitated coplanar electrodes. The developed EO sensor is used to detect terahertz radiation via EO sampling. Results show that the sensor improves more significantly detection sensitivity than does a sensor with sandwich configurations.  相似文献
