Sine-Gordon模型的重整化与相变行为

采用高斯波泛函方法，讨论了连续场论和格点化场论的Ｓｉｎｅ－Ｇｏｒｄｏｎ模型的基态性质和相变现象，分析比较了两种不同重整化方法结果的异同。

A MBE ON-LINE OPTICAL MODULATION PHOTOREFLECTANCE ANALYSIS SYSTEM

An on-line optical modulation photoreflectance (PR) spectroscopy analysis system asso-cinted with the molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) system has been designed and established. This paper reports in detail the optical design, the experimental arrangement, and the adjust-ment of the system. GaAs film samples grown by MBE on Si-substrate have been measured with this on-line system. The results show that the on-line PR spectroscopy can characterize the quality of the as-grown film samples qualitatively and promptly.     

激光加热的周期热流法测量薄膜的热扩散率

本文采用激光作为期期热源。用周期热流法测量了厚度为30μm-100μm的不锈钢、钼和铜等薄膜的热扩敞率,工作温度从室温到300℃.从理论上分析了测量过程中出现的散热效应、二维效应、空气层参与效应及端部效应等,提出了修正的方法。     

多面体的体积

一、引言本文是前两篇文章“綫段的长度”、“多边形的面积”(分别发表于本刊今年九月和十月号)的續篇。多面体是以簡单多边形为面的封閉空間图形,和面积的概念相似,多面体的体积定义是:多面体A的正实值函数V(A),它滿足下面两条件:ⅰ)两合同的多面体的体积相等,即A≡B时,V(A)=V(B);ⅱ)如果把多面体A剖分成两个多面体B和C,則V(A)=V(B)++V(C)。完全和多边形面积理論相似,从这个定义出发,我們能够証明多面体的体积是存在的,如果我們进一步把边为单位长的立方体的体积定义为1的話,則任意多面体的体积还是唯一的。然后,沿着中学立体几何教科书中的途径,我們能証明許多常見的多面体的体积公式。

Prepatellamide A, a new cyclic peptide from the ascidian Lissoclinum patella

A new cyclic peptide, prepatellamide A (1), along with three known cyclic peptides (2)-(4), was isolated from the ascidian Lissodinum patella. The structure of prepatellamide A was determined from one- and two-dimensional H and 13C NMR spectra. The known cyclic peptides were identified as patellamides A (2), B (3) and C (4).     

Relation between martensitic transformation temperature range and lattice distortion ratio of NiMnGaCoCu Heusler alloys

In order to study the relation between martensitic transformation temperature range AT （where AT is the difference between martensitic transformation start and finish temperature） and lattice distortion ratio （c/a） of martensitic transforma~ tion, a series of Ni46Mnz8_xGa22Co4Cux （x = 2-5） Heusler alloys is prepared by arc melting method. The vibration sample magnetometer （VSM） experiment results show that AT increases when x 〉 4 and decreases when x 〈 4 with x increasing, and the minimal AT （about 1 K） is found at x = 4. Ambient X-ray diffraction （XRD） results show that AT is proportional to c/a for non-modulated Ni46Mn28_xGa22Co4Cux （x = 2-5） martensites. The relation between AT and c/a is in agreement with the analysis result obtained from crystal lattice mismatch model. About 1000-ppm strain is found for the sample at x = 4 when heating temperature increases from 323 K to 324 K. These properties, which allow a modulation of AT and temperature-induced strain during martensitic transformation, suggest Ni46Mn24Ga22Co4Cu4 can be a promising actuator and sensor.
