苏皖沿江平原全新世气候变化与洪水事件研究

通过地貌调查并根据林峰桥地层剖面的粒度、地球化学以及碳同位素等环境替代指标分析得出 :苏皖沿江平原在距今 140 0 0aBP左右气候湿润 ,沼泽发育 ,大量的泥沙沉积 ;此后气候变干 ,沼泽开始退缩 ,直至消失 ,沉积作用减弱 ;在经过了长时间的沉积间断后又经历一次洪水泛滥期 距今约 10 2 0 0～ 10 80 0aBP ,该区经过新仙女木期的寒冷期后进入了全新世的增温期 ,沉积作用增强 ;后又经历多次气候冷暖波动 ,在 (76 40± 12 0 )～ 3 80 0aBP全新世最适宜期增温事件后 ,气温又开始下降 在研究中还发现 ,古洪水多发生在气候转型期 .     

基于金属钴配合物的均相光催化还原二氧化碳研究进展

本文综述了自20世纪80年代以来基于钴配合物的均相光催化二氧化碳还原研究成果,以钴配合物催化剂的结构分类并结合时间顺序回顾了近四十年来该领域的发展轨迹,重点总结了用于光催化二氧化碳还原研究的金属钴配合物的结构、催化活性以及光催化体系的构成等特点,分析了该领域面临的挑战并展望了未来的发展方向。

Degradation of AlGaN/GaN High Electron Mobility Transistors with Different AlGaN Layer Thicknesses under Strong Electric Field

The degradation of AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistors （HEMTs） has a close relationship with a model of traps in AlGaN barriers as a result of high electric field. We mainly discuss the impacts of strong electrical field on the AlGaN barrier thickness of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs. It is found that the device with a thin AlGaN barrier layer is more easily degraded. We study the degradation of four parameters, i.e. the gate series resistance RGate, channel resistance R channel, gate current IG,off at VGS=-5 and VDS=0.1 V, and drain current ID,max at VGS=2 and VDS=5 V. In addition, the degradation mechanisms of the device electrical parameters are also investigated in detail.

Characteristics of the Permafrost Structure on the Fildes Peninsula, King George Island, Antarctica

Based on the data from the pitting, geoelectrical prospectings, temperature measuring, and the divided layers frost-heaving instruments, this paper, first, discusses the structure features of active layers in this region, and proves the presence of the bowlshaped frost table in the stone circles area. Second, it analyses the temperature distributive rule in the active layer, meantime, according to the vertical-profile parameters of granularity, clay mineral, salt content and resistivities, it also discusses the different features of permafrost structure and their control actions on the periglacial landform development between high and low places. It suggests that the four-layer structure should exist in the permafrost region (including under-bedrock), that is, active layer, frost sand and gravels layer, frost volcanic rock permeated by sea water, and frost volcanic rock unpermeated by sea water. Finally, the permafrost table and its vertical gradient are deduced.
