Theoretical study on structures of Ga3N, GaN3, Ga3N2 and Ga2N3 clusters

The structures of Ga_3N, GaN_3, Ga_3N_2 and Ga_2N_3 clusters are studied using the full-potential linear-muffin-tin-orbital molecular dynamics (FP-LMTO MD) method. Four structures for Ga_3 N, five structures for GaN_3, nine structures for Ga_3N_2 and nine structures for Ga_2N_3 have been obtained. The most stable structures of these clusters are planar ones. A strong dominance of the N－-N bond over the Ga－-N and Ga－-Ga bonds appears to control the structural skeletons, supporting the previous result obtained by Kandalam and co-workers. The most stable structures of these small GaN clusters displayed semiconductor-like properties through the calculation of the HOMO－LUMO gaps.

用正电子湮没技术研究形变铁的恢复

本文介绍应用正电子湮没寿命和多普勒加宽方法研究60％形变铁等时退火各阶段中缺陷的恢复行为,实验结果说明正电子湮没平均寿命τ及多普勒加宽的S参数都是退火温度的函数,完整晶体中湮没寿命τ_f=111±lPS,缺陷中湮没寿命τ_d=162±lps,本文还根据捕获模型计算了正电子的捕获速率及τ₁,结果证明与理论预期的完全一致,经计算得出捕获正电于的相对缺陷浓度的范围为10^-7-10^-4数量级。 关键词：     

關於初中代數第一章(Ⅰ)的教學問題

(一)教學目的 這一部分的主要教學目的是使學生瞭解使用文字的便利,其次則應使學生熟練地掌握計算的程序,從而能够熟練地求出代數式的值。 學生在算術中對於文字符號的使用,雖已具有一定的某礎,但尚未臻十分熟練,而且使用文字符號究竟有什麼好處亦未透澈理解。因為使用文字來代替一般的數以研究數舆敷間的普遍關係乃是代數學的主要精神,所以在這一單元中,便應在講課時把這一點說得非常突出。在計算程序方面,關於加減乘除學生雖已熟悉,但再加入乘方的運算,其運算程序為何,對於學生還是一個新的東西,因而在講課中應該特別注意。 關於代數教學的整個的教學目的,已具見教學大綱代數部分的說明中,教師首先必須明確,但關於這點僅能在學習過程中逐步使學生明確,在教代數的開始,教師似可不必講給畢生。     

航天相机主动热控测试系统设计

为了检测航天相机主动热控系统的功能、性能及可靠性,设计了主动热控仿真测试系统。依据传热学基本定律、航天器轨道理论和热控策略,给出了计算航天相机温度场的热网络数学模型,使主动热控系统能在模拟的空间热环境中连续工作,实现了对主动热控系统的闭环仿真测试。采用两个数字电位器相串联的方法模拟温度传感器的走势,得到的最大阻值为100 kΩ,精度达到10Ω,符合设计中对总电阻和电阻变化率的需求,实现了对主动热控系统的功能、性能以及可靠性的仿真测试。     

Mechanical Reinforcement and Piezoelectric Properties of PZT Ceramics Embedded with Nano-Crystalline

The double-scale lead zirconate titanate （PZT） piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the solid state processing with PZT nano-crystalline and micro-powder. The microstructures, electrical and mechanical properties of the double-scale PZT are investigated. All the sintered ceramics exhibit a single perovskite structure and the grain size of the dou ble-scale PZT reduces due to the incorporation of PZT nano-crystalline. Compared to normal PZT, the mechanical properties increase significantly and the piezoelectric properties decrease slightly. Mechanisms responsible for the reinforcement of the double-scale PZT are discussed.     

Dynamic Fracture Toughness and Failure Mechanisms of ZnO Whiskers Secondary Reinforced Composites

Quasi-static and dynamic fracture properties and damage mechanism of glass fiber polymer composites embeaaea with different mass percentages of ZnO whiskers are investigated by using an Instron Testing machine and a Split- Hopkinson pressure bar. According to the experimental results and linear fracture mechanics, the quasi-static fracture toughness Kic and the dynamic fracture toughness Kid under various impact velocities of specimens are obtained. Fracture mechanism is investigated by fractography analysis with a scanning electron microscope. The experimental results show that the mass percentage of ZnOw has little influence on the quasi-static fracture toughness, but a little influence on the dynamic fracture toughness and time of initial fracture point of specimens by the reason of various fracture mechanisms.
