A method based on Fourier spectrum analysis for predicting the performances of the X-ray compound lenses is briefly introduced, the theoretical result obtained is the same as that of Fresnel-Kirchhoff approach. A kind of technique named moulding is developed for fabricating the one-dimensional (1D) compound X-ray lens with Al material and the fabrication process is presented. In addition, a two-time coating method is used to improve the numerical apertures of the compound lenses. Electronic Structure and Visible-Light Absorption of Transition Metals(TM=Cr,Mn, Fe,Co) and Zn-Codoped SrTiO_3: a First-Principles Study 下载免费PDF全文
First-principles calculations are performed on the influence of transition metal(TM=Cr, Mn, Fe, Co) as codopants on the electronic structure and visible-light absorption of Zn-doped Sr TiO_3. The calculated results show that(Zn,Mn)-codoped Sr TiO_3 requires the smallest formation energy in four codoping systems. The structures of the codoped systems display obvious lattice distortion, inducing a phase transition from cubic to rhombohedral after codoping. Some impurity Cr, Mn and Co 3d states appear below the bottom of conduction band and some Fe 3d states are located above the top of valence band, which leads to a significant narrowing of band gap after transition metal codoping. The enhancement of visible-light absorption are observed in transition metals(TM=Cr, Mn, Fe, Co) and Zn codoped Sr TiO_3 systems. The prediction calculations suggested that the(Zn,Mn)-and(Zn,Co)-codoped SrTiO_3 could be the desirable visible-light photocatalysts. 相似文献

We study the quasinormal modes(QNMs) of massless scalar perturbations to probe the van der Waals like SBH/LBH phase transition of anti-de Sitter black holes in five-dimensional(5D) Gauss–Bonnet gravity. It is found that the signature of this SBH/LBH phase transition is detected when the slopes of the QNMs frequency change drastically and differently in small and large black holes near the critical point. The obtained results further support that the QNMs can be a dynamic probe to investigate the thermodynamic properties in black holes. 相似文献

The non-equilibrium Green's function (NEGF) technique provides a solid foundation for the development of quantum mechanical simulators. However, the convergence is always of great concern. We present a general analytical formalism to acquire the accurate derivative of electron density with respect to electrical potential in the framework of NEGF. This formalism not only provides physical insight on non-local quantum phenomena in device simulation, but also can be used to set up a new scheme in solving the Poisson equation to boost the performance of convergence when the NEGF and Poisson equations are solved self-consistently. 大气压空气电火花激波等离子体射流的电子密度在亚微秒时间尺度上瞬变,其电子密度的测定很难.基于微波瑞利散射原理,本文测量了空气电火花冲击波流注放电等离子体射流的时变电子密度.实验结果表明:测量系统的标定参数A为1.04 × 105 V·Ω·m–2;空气流注放电等离子体射流的电子密度与等离子体射流的半径和长度有关,结合高速放电影像展示的等离子体射流的等效半径和等效长度,测定的电子密度在1020 m–3的量级,且随时间先快速增长至峰值再成指数衰减.此外,本文还探讨了等离子体射流的不同等效尺度对测定结果的影响;分析结果表明,采用时变等效半径和时变等效长度的计算结果最有效,且第1个快速波峰是由光电离的电离波导致的. 相似文献

In four-dimensional Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet(EGB)gravity,we consider the thermodynamic and phase transitions of(charged)AdS black holes.For the negative GB coefficientα<0.the system allows two physical critical points,corresponding to the reentrant phase transition.when the charge Q>2√-α.For arbitraryα>0,the system always leads to a van der Waals phase transition.We then study the quasinormal modes(QNMs)of massless scalar perturbations to probe the van der Waals-like phase transition between small and large black holes(SBH/LBH)for(charged)AdS black holes.We find that the signature of this SBH/LBH phase transition in the isobaric process can be detected since the slopes of the QNM frequencies change dramatically in small and large black holes near the critical point.The obtained results further support that QNMs can be a dynamic probe of ther-modynamic properties in black holes. 相似文献
