竹红菌素类光动力药物

天然竹红菌素（包括竹红菌甲素和乙素）作为一种新型的光动力抗肿瘤药物,与血卟啉衍生物(HpD)相比,具有单一和确定的化学组成、易纯化、暗毒性低、兼具Type I和Type II双重敏化机制等优点。本文综述了竹红菌素类光敏剂在光动力疗法领域中近五年来的最新研究进展,包括竹红菌素的化学修饰、物理包裹、与生物大分子的相互作用以及动物细胞的体外和体内光动力性质研究,并对竹红菌素类光敏剂未来的研究方向作了展望。     

大孔聚丙烯醛-邻羧基苯腙螯合树脂的合成及其性能的初步研究

以大孔聚丙烯醛-苯乙烯-二乙烯苯三元共聚物树脂为高分子骨架,通过其含有的活泼醛基与邻羧基苯肼螯合剂进行高分子反应合成了一种含羧基及氮配位原子的螯合树脂——聚丙烯醛-邻羧基苯腙,用元素分析及红外光谱对其结构进行了鉴定,并用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱研究了其对贵金属离子的吸附性能,结果表明该树脂对金、钯及铂具有选择性吸附作用,吸附容量分别为1.98,0.31及0.16mmol·g~(-1)。     

Photoluminescence quenching of quantum-confined cadmium sulfide clusters by norbornadiene derivatives

Influence of norbornadiene and its derivatives on the photoluminescence (PL) of quantum-confined cadmium sulfide clusters (Q-CdS) prepared in reverse micelles was investigated.It was found that norbornadiene-2,3-dicarboxylic acid (3) and its monopotassium salt (4) quenched PL intensity by 77% and 62%,respectively,whereas its dipotassium salt (5),norbornadiene (1) and norbornadiene-2,3-dimethylcarboxylate (2) had no effect on PL intensity.The formation constants for adducts formed between defect sites at the surface of Q-CdS clusters and 3 or 4 were also determined.PL quenching effect was attributed to the presence of ionizable proton which is considered to be able to trap photogenerated electrons and remove them from possible decay process.Measurements of the PL decay by single photon counting technique also supported these steady-state observations.

二氢吡喃光敏氧化反应的研究

本文研究了二氢吡喃的氰基蒽(9,10-二氰基蒽、9-氰基蒽)敏化光氧化反应。在几种不同溶剂(乙腈、二氯甲烷、苯、四氯化碳)中,其敏化光氧化反应所生成的产物、产物分布及溶剂同位素效应与典型单线态氧的氧化反应相同。荧光淬灭、激基复合物的生成和自由能的变化支持了电子转移反应机理。我们认为,反应首先经过敏化剂的激发单线态与反应底物之间的电子转移反应,尔后在反应过程中生成了活性中间体单线态氧1O2。     

Photophysical and Photoelectric Properties of 2—{[4—（N—Hexadecyl—N—methylamino）phenyl]methylene}—propanedinitrile

2-{[4-(N-Hexadecyl-N-methylamino)phenyl]methylene}-propanedinitrile(HMAPN) with typical donor-π-acceptor(D-π-A）structure was synthesized.It could be easily assembled into stable films by LB technique.The photophysical properties of HMAPN were investigated in solution and on LB films.The photoelectric properties of HMAPN were examined and the anodic photocurrent of the ITO electrode modified by the monolayer LB film of HMAPN was measured as 835 nA/cm^2 under the white light of 218.2 mW/cm^2 without bias voltage.The effects of light intensity,bias voltage on the photocurrent were discussed.The possible mechanism of the photocurrent formation was given.     

Synthesis of New Ruthenium（Ⅱ）Bipyridyl Complexes and Studies on Their Photophysical and Photoelectrochemical Properties

Two new mixed-ligand ruthenium(Ⅱ） complexes,Ru(dcbpy)-(LL)NCS)2[where dcbpy=4,4‘-dicarboxyl-2,2‘‘-bipyridine,LL=4,4‘-bis(N-methyl-anilinomethyl)-2,2‘‘-bipyridine(2)],were synthesized,and the tphotophysical properties of these complexes were studied.The metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) transitions of these complexes exhibited solvatochromic effect due to the existence of NCS ligands.The MLCT energies also strongly depend on the pH values of the solutions because of protonation and deprotonation of the carboxyl groups.The pKa values of the ground state,4.0 for 1 and 3.8 for 2,were obtained from the titration curves.The photoelectrochemical properties of 1 and 2 as sensitizers in sandwich-type solar cells have been studied.Complex 1 exhibited better photoelectrochemical behavior than complex 2 as expected.It was proved that the design of mixed-ligand complex by introducing electron donating group in one of the ligands should be a promising approach.     

1,4-二苯基-1,3-丁二烯的氰基蒽敏化光氧化反应

某些不能与单线态氧(~1O_2)起反应的烯烃、炔烃、硫醚和环氧化合物,在以氰基蒽为敏化剂的条件下,可发生经由光敏电子转移机理的氧化反应.近年来,Santamaria 等,Foote 等和我们都在研究这类反应.本文报道以9,10-二氰基蒽(DCA)为敏化剂、反,反-1,4-二苯基-1,3-丁二烯为反应物的电子转移光敏氧化反应,并讨论了反应机理.     

热释电Langmuir-Blodgett膜结构的光谱研究

利用Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)技术对偶氮苯衍生物进行极性分子组装. 紫外-可见吸收光谱显示该膜具有类H聚集效应, 利用红外线性二向色性光谱获得了分子的主要极性功能团的跃迁矩与膜表面法线的夹角, 并结合其它光谱信息, 给出了膜结构模型, 就此对其优越的热释电性能做出解释.
