A RNN-based objective video quality measurement

Technology used to automatically assess video quality plays a significant role in video processing areas. Because of the complexity of video media, there are great limitations to assess video quality with only one factor. We propose a new method using artificial random neural networks （RNNs） with motion evaluation as an estimation of perceived visual distortion. The results are obtained through a nonlinear fitting procedure and well correlated with human perception. Compared with other methods, the proposed method performs more adaptable and accurate predictions.

A VU-decomposition method for a second-order cone programming problem

A VU-decomposition method for solving a second-order cone problem is presented in this paper. It is first transformed into a nonlinear programming problem. Then, the structure of the Clarke subdifferential corresponding to the penalty function and some results of its VU-decomposition are given. Under a certain condition, a twice continuously differentiable trajectory is computed to produce a second-order expansion of the objective function. A conceptual algorithm for solving this problem with a superlinear convergence rate is given.     

求解二阶锥规划问题的VU分解方法

给出解决二阶锥规划(SOCP)问题的VU-分解方法.问题首先被转化为非线性规划,并给出相应的精确罚函数的Clarke次微分结构及VU-空间分解．在某种条件下,可以计算出一个二阶连续可微的轨道,进而得到目标函数f在其上的二阶展开．最后给出一个具有超线性收敛速度的概念型算法．     

高均匀度超薄直下式LED平板灯混光元件的设计与研究

为了设计更好的LED平板灯光学结构,解决现存的直下式LED平板灯厚度大,光源密度大的缺点,提出了两种兼具反射、投射作用的混光元件结构:椎台结构和半球型结构,并将其应用于超薄直下式LED平板灯的设计,以增加光线的耦合距离来提高出光均匀度.借助Tracepro软件研究两种不同结构混光元件应用于LED平板灯时的出光均匀度和光效率,运用Taguchi方法设计实验进行研究.结果表明,带有棱锥型结构元件的灯具均匀度达到95.42%,光效率达到92.72%,而带半球型结构元件灯具均匀度达到97.67%,光效率达到92.65%,其均匀度高于棱锥结构的原因是棱锥形状混光元件反射面的定向反射导致光线方向过于集中.     

含典型氟-氢邻近与远程耦合的混合物的核磁共振氢谱示例

Two serials of tetrasubstituted benzene compounds containing fluoro group were designed and synthesized. The other three substitutes are sequentially the para, meta, and ortho to fluoro group. The obtained compounds were all mixtures as confirmed by ¹H NMR spectroscopies. The spectra clearly show the proximity and remote interaction between fluorine atom and hydrogen atom. In addition, the two spectra, one showing the overlapping peaks, one not, can be used as the simple and typical example of ¹H NMR spectra of mixtures.

用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、示差扫描量热法、凝胶色谱法、电子显微镜、Ｘ－射线衍射等现代分析测试手段对聚丁二烯一聚二甲硅氧烷嵌段共聚物，Ｐｏｌｙ（Ｄｄ－ｂ－ＤＭＳ），进行了表征，结果表明Ｐｏｌｙ（Ｂｄ－ｂ－ＤＭＳ）具有嵌段结构和微观相分离形态；研究了Ｐｏｌｙ（Ｂｄ－ｂ－ＤＭＳ）的成膜性及选择透气性，证明其具有较好的富氧性能；考察了铸膜条件、硫化条件对选择透气性的影响；初步讨论了微观结构与选择透气性的相关性．

本文总结了一次大型工业厂房爆破拆除工程。其中包括两座长48米,宽27米,高20米现制钢筋混凝土五层厂房;一座高60米的钢筋混凝土烟囱,一座长21米,宽10米,高20米的钢筋混凝土现制钢架煤气站。爆后完全达到了设计要求。文中内容包括设计方案、参数选取、爆破效果。
