Teleportation of an Arbitrary Multipartite GHZ-Class State by One EPR Pair

We present a scheme for perfectly teleporting an arbitrary and unknown N-particle GHZ-class state from a sender to a receiver. We just need one quantum channel composed of two or three particles in the maximally entangled state. The sender performs one Bell-state measurement on two of her particles and N - 1 Hadamard operations and N - 1 yon Neumann measurements on the rest N - 1 particles. The receiver adopts one corresponding unitary transformation on his particles shared with the sender. After that, the receiver can obtain the original N-particle GHZ-class state by introducing N - 1 ancillary particles and carrying out N - 1 controlled-NOT operations. We also generalize the scheme to the case of controlled teleportation.     

Simulation of Phase-Change Random Access Memory with Ring-Type Contactor for Low Reset Current by Finite Element Modelling

A three-dimensional finite element models for phase change random access memory （PCRAM） is established to simulate thermal and electrical behaviours during RESET operation. The RESET behaviours of the conventional structure （CS） and the ring-type contact in bottom electrode （RIB） are compared with each other. The simulation results indicate that the RIB cell has advantages of high heat efficiency for melting phase change material in cell, reduction of contact area and lower RESET current with maintaining good resistance contrast. The RESET current decreases from 1.26mA to 1.2mA and the heat consumption in CST material during programming increases from 12% to 37% in RIB structure. Thus the RIB structure PCRAM cell is suitable for future device with high heat efficiency and smaller RESET current.     

基于旋转镜法的低成本3D成像装置

利用高速旋转的平面镜将图像投射向空间的不同位置,人眼观察时由于存在视觉残留效应,就可以观察到3D投影成像.本文基于旋转平面镜法设计并制作了包含投影装置、反馈装置和配套的软件系统的低成本高分辨率和广观察范围的三维立体投影成像系统,实现了3D投影仪器的驱动和简单3D视频的制作.     

用小型激光源进行金属沉积

美国Spectra-Diode实验室使用高功率激光二极管阵列,在有金属有机化合物蒸气的条件下,对硅底片进行金属互联沉积。激光对硅进行局部加热,使金属有机化合物分子分解,结果在表面上形成一层金属薄膜。在激光束照射表面的同时,对硅进行扫描,就能将金属图形写入晶片。金属图形的大小取决于表面上激光带条的大小以及激光的功率。可以写入小至2μ     

激光拉曼分光计中超低杂散光的测试

本文提出了一种测试激光拉曼分光计中超低杂散光的新方法.实验结果表明,本方法的杂散光测量限可达10~(-14)量级.     

阶化李代数SU(m/n)的不可约表示

本文利用李代数SU(n)不可约张量的概念,给出求阶化李代数SU(m/n)不可约表示的方法。并且给出SU(3/2)和SU(m/n)若干较简单的不可约表示例子。     

掺磷的硅中电子自旋共振

本文叙述了在室温、液N₂和液H₂及其降压温度下,利用3厘米波段双重调制波谱仪对掺磷原子浓度为～10¹⁵—～10¹⁸/厘米³的硅样品进行的电子自旋共振研究,文中还简述了低温控制系统。实验观察到传导电子、表面缺陷中心和电子-核超精细结构谱线,以及有效电子-施子核对的互作用谱线,并获得相应的g因子。在14°K下,得到施主核上电子波函数幅度的平方|Ψ(0)|²和电子-核超精细互作用常数α_D,与G.Feher在1.25°K下利用电子-核双共振方法得到的结果相近。     

La_(0.7-x)Gd_xSr_(0.3)MnO_3(x=0.20,0.30,0.40,0.50)的TCR研究(英文)

研究了La位Gd掺杂对La0.7-xGdxSr0.3MnO3(x=0.20,0.30,0.40,0.50)体系的电阻温度系数(TCR)的影响.实验结果表明:Gd掺杂将引起电阻率曲线的急剧变化,导致出现大的TCR;而且随Gd掺杂的增加,TCR在x=0.30出现峰值,然后随掺杂量增加逐步降低.体系出现大的TCR,来源于Gd掺杂引起的额外磁性耦合.
