牛蒡矮化类病毒(BSV)的研究——BSV-RNAs的变性行为和在植株中的分别存在

本文用双向聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,研究了BSV—RNAs的变性行为,进一步证实了它们具有环状分子结构。1980—1983年对BSV—RNAs在不同植株中分布的电泳分析证明,BSV—RNA—1和BSV—RNA—2分别存在于不同的植株中。从含BSV—RNA—1的病叶诱导的愈伤组织的生长比健叶的缓慢。BSV—RNA—1可在愈伤组织中连续复制8个月以上,表明它具有类病毒复制的特征。     

远场来流对过冷熔体中球状晶体生长的影响

利用渐近分析方法研究了远场来流引起的对流对过冷熔体中球状晶体的生长形态的影响.结果表明,由远场来流导致的对流使得正在生长的球状晶体的界面在向着来流的前部朝来流方向相反的方向生长, 并且提高了朝来流的相反方向的生长速度, 在背风方向衰减；正在衰减的球状晶体的界面在向着来流的前部加速衰减, 在背风方向减缓衰减. 关键词： 球状晶体 远场来流 对流 界画形态     

Observation of Diffusion Process of a Water Droplet Immersed in Protein Solution in Microgravity

Pure liquid-liquid diffusion driven by concentration gradients is hard to study in a normal gravity environment since convection and sedimentation also contribute to the mass transfer process. We employ a Math Zehnder interferometer to monitor the mass transfer process of a water droplet in EAFP protein solution under micro- gravity condition provided by the Satellite Shi Jian No 8, A series of the evolution charts of mass distribution during the diffusion process of the liquid droplet are presented and the relevant diffusion coefficient is determined.     

色散耦合道光学模型对28Si的核子散射数据分析

在光学势中引入色散关系, 相比于通常的耦合道光学模型, 极大地减少了光学势 参数的个数. 采用基于软旋转子模型的耦合道方法对较轻形变核²⁸Si核的中子和质子散射实验数据进行了计算分析, 拟合得到一组色散光学势参数. 计算的中子总截面、以及中子、质子的弹性与非弹性散射微分截面与实验数据有较好的符合.     

碳纳米管及新型一维碳纳米功能材料

 近年来迅猛发展的纳米科技在化学、生物医学、材料学、电子学等领域取得了一系列令人瞩目的成果。纳米材料的尺寸效应、表面效应、量子效应，使其在磁、光、电、敏感等方面呈现出常规材料不具备的新奇性质，具有广阔的应用前景。碳纳米材料的研究也成为当前国际上最活跃的前沿领域之一，中国科学院已将碳纳米材料列为知识创新工程首批启动的重大项目之一。     

Evaluation of Influence of Multiple Scattering Effect in Light-Scattering-Based Applications

The extinction cross sections of a system containing two particles are calculated by the T-matrix method, and the results are compared with those of two single particles with single-scattering approximation. The necessity of the correction of the refractive indices of water and polystyrene for different incident wavelengths is particularly addressed in the calculation. By this means, the volume fractions allowed for certain accuracy requirements of single-scattering approximation in the light scattering experiment can be evaluated. The volume fractions calculated with corrected refractive indices are compared with those obtained with fixed refractive indices which have been rather commonly used, showing that fixed refractive indices may cause significant error in evaluating multiple scattering effect. The results also give a simple criterion for selecting the incident wavelength and particle size to avoid the ＇blind zone＇ in the turbidity measurement, where the turbidity change is insensitive to aggregation of two particles.     

Single Mode Er-Doped π-Phase-Shifted Distributed Feedback Fibre Grating Laser

A novel method incorporating the shielded method and the post-processing method has been proposed to fabricate the π-phase-shifted fibre grating. Then an Er-doped π-phase-shifted distributed feedback fibre grating laser has been fabricated using the grating. The laser threshold is 20mW. When pumped with 90mW light at 980nm, the laser gives an output of 1.1mW. Its signal-to-noise ratio is better than 60dB. It is demonstrated that the laser is single mode operation by means of a Fabry--Perot scanning interferometer.     

Mechanism of the interaction of color reagent 1, 3-N, N'-bis-4-(4'-nitro benzenediazo) phenyl squaraine with oxoacid anions

By AM1 method, the interactions between 1, 3-N, N′-Bis-4-(4′-nitro benzenediazo) phenyl squaraine (BNBPS) and several oxoacid anions have been studied on the basis of the proposed model. The mechanism of the color reactions is suggested and the answers to the question of whether or not BNBPS colorates with HCO_3~-, CO_3~(2-), NO_2~(-), NO_3~-, etc. are given. It is theoretically predicted that BNBPS might be used as the color reagent for SO_4~(2-).

最短路径在Arcgis空间分析中的实现

针对公路修建规划过程中如何选址的问题,提出了一种结合地理信息系统技术的选址模型,该模型是利用Arcgis中的Spatial Analyst模块,数据基础是研究区的DEM数据,通过对河流、坡度、起伏度这三种地形影响因子进行综合处理后,实现了最短路径的选择,并结合Arcgis中的三维分析扩展模块3D Analyst实现了最短路径在三维地形中的可视化,从而为用户提供一个更加直观的可视化环境.
