热核破碎中的矩关联和临界现象

本文用蒙特卡罗方法,根据核素表和质量及电荷守恒律,产生热核Au*破碎的各种碎块组态,再对碎块电荷分布作条件矩分析.理论结果很好地再现了电荷分布实验数据中呈现的条件矩间的对数关联;但理论关联行为的导出与临界现象似乎没有联系.     

Schottky Barrier Height Inhomogeneity of Ti／n—GaAs Contact Studied by the I—V—T Technique

The current-voltage characteristics of Ti/n-GaAs Schottky diodes measured over a temperature range of 78-299K have been interpreted on the basis of thermionic emission across an inhomogeneous Schottky contact.The experiment shows that the apparent barrier height (φap) increases from 0.437eV at 78K to 0.698eV at room temperature.the plot of φap versus 1/T does not exhibit a simple linear relationship over the whole temperature range,indicating that the barrier height distribution is more complicated than the frequently observed single Gaussian distribution.A new multi-Gaussian distribution model is developed.Our experimental results can be explained by a double Gaussian distribution of the barrier heights.The weight,the mean barrier height,and the standard deviation of the two Gaussian functions are 0.00001 and 0.99999,0.721 and 0.696,0.069 and 0.012eV,respectively.     

Schiff碱配合物的研究：Ⅶ.硅胶表面Schiff碱的配位作用

有机高分子Schiff碱对金属离子的螯合作用已引起人们的兴趣。硅胶为无定形高比表面无机高分子,通过氯甲基化,可进行多种化学反应而形成各种表面基团。本文报道四种新型硅胶表面Schiff碱(图1),考察了它们对Cu~(2 ),Co~(2 ),Cd~(2 )和Pb~(2 )的配位作用。     

R（L）弱诱导空间及其连通性

本文研究了R(L)弱诱导空间的性质及其与R(L)底空间在连通性方面的关系.利用文献[4]中I(L)弱诱导空间引入了R(L)弱诱导空间概念,得到了R(L)弱诱导空间的本质刻划定理.它表明:R(L)弱诱导空间是连通的当且仅当其R(L)底空间是连通的.     

喇曼自由电子激光器辐射规律的实验研究

我们对喇曼自由电子激光器输出的辐射信号进行了系统的测试,获得的数据曲线与理论计算结果完全符合.由此给出了激光器最佳工作参数区域,为提高器件的运转水平创造了条件.     

热传导演示实验的改进

在教研组赵彦升老师的帮助下,我对初中物理课本第二册第46页的热传导演示实验进行了改进,效果很好,介绍如下。 1.将铝片裁成一半弯曲一半直的片条(铜、铁片也行,但不如铝片易加工),宽约2 cm,长约34cm,中间钻直径3.5mm的小孔。另做一“(?)”形的铝片条,在短边一端也钻直径约3.5mm 的小孔,用螺丝将二者固定,如下图所示。“(?)”形的长边便于夹在铁架台上。     

用于自由电子激光器的双绕螺线波荡器

研制了用于喇曼自由电子激光器的双绕螺线波荡器,测试了它的工作特性.用这台波荡器作泵浦源,获得了自由电子激光辐射,并进行了初步的参量研究.     

分光路二维剪切干涉强激光腔镜变形检测系统

介绍一种分光路二维剪切干涉光电检测系统。该系统实现了两正交方向(二维)同时进行检测与计算机自动化数据处理;采用了一系列消噪声措施和两图像相减等技术,使得波前重构中能较好地采用简单的数值积分方法;并得到了在士10μm的测量范围内,方差不超过0. 257μm和0. 05μm的灵敏度。利用该系统成功地对强激光腔镜变形过程实现了动态检测。     

一维链状锰配位聚合物[Mn(1,5-nds)(Him)_4]_n的合成、晶体结构及热稳定性研究(英文)

The synthesis,structural characterization and thermal behavior of a novel one-dimensional manganese (Ⅱ) complex of formula [Mn(1,5-nds)(Him)4]n [1,5-nds=naphthalene-1,5-disulfonate,Him=imidazole] is reported.The complex crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1,with a=0.835 42(13) nm,b=0.983 45(18) nm,c= 0.987 42(19) nm,α=60.523 0(10)°,β=97.748(2)°,γ=87.189(2)° and Z=2.The 1,5-nds ligand assumes the μ2 coordination mode and interlinks Mn(Ⅱ) ions into infinite one-dimensional chain structure along [111] direction,with the adjacent Mn…Mn distance being 1.144 99(12) nm.The chains are assembled into a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture via hydrogen bonds and C-H…π interactions.IR spectra and thermal analysis data are in agreement with the crystal structure.     

巯基修饰单链DNA在纳米金薄膜电极上自组装、杂交和取向的电化学交流阻抗谱

利用电化学交流阻抗技术对SH-ssDNA在纳米金薄膜电极表面的自组装、杂交和取向进行了系统表征。 探讨了SH-ssDNA的组装时间、浓度和链长对其自组装的影响,自组装15 h时电荷传递电阻Rct最大,表面覆盖率最高;研究了SH-ssDNA的浓度、链长以及与互补DNA的杂交方式对杂交反应的影响。 结果发现,随着单链浓度的增加,杂交后R_ct的变化值逐渐降低,当SH-ssDNA为5 μmol/L时Rct值比杂交前增加了16%。 通过对阻抗谱数据模拟和分析,表明SH-ssDNA以垂直竖立取向在金电极表面形成均匀致密单分子层,杂交效率与SH-ssDNA的覆盖率密切相关。
