带积分环节的隶属度函数中心自适应模糊控制器设计

自适应变论域模糊控制是改变模糊控制性能的主要方法之一,针对自适应变论域模糊控制器的稳定性设计这一难题,将输入和输出的隶属度函数分别用论域值表示成解析形式;针对典型模糊控制系统没有考虑积分环节带来的稳态误差问题,设计一种积分器,并从减小控制规则数目的角度出发设计了针对积分环节的控制规则库;引进Lyapunov函数,设计了输入隶属度函数论域值的自适应律和输出隶属度函数中心取值的自适应律,最后针对Duffing非线性系统仿真,结果表明设计的变论域模糊控制器是可行的。     

Digital measuring scheme for half-wave voltage of Y-tap multiple integrated optical circuit

A high-precision digital measuring scheme for half-wave voltage of Y-tap multiple integrated optical circuits is proposed. This scheme is based on Sagnac interferometer modulated with digital step waveform whose frequency is half of eigen frequency of the interferometer. The technology and measuring precision are discussed. An experimental setup is made and the temperature-dependences of half-wave voltage of two samples are studied. Analysis and experimental study prove that this scheme is convenient and accurate.     

浙江植物区系增补

本文报道了作者在整理鉴定近年调查采集的植物标本过程中发现的一些浙江植物区系新记录植物，计有2属（水禾属和带叶兰属）、5种、2变种，丰富了浙江植物区系的内容．同时对大叶葱芥的花部形态特征作了补充描述．引证的标本均保存于杭州大学植物标本室（国际代号HZU）．1刺叶株（壳斗科Fagaceae）QuercussplnosaDavidexFranch，PI．David．l：274，1884；中国高等植物图鉴1：453，图905，1972．产仙居，上井，海拔875米，郑朝宗无号．分布福建、湖北、四川、云南、陕西、甘肃．浙江分布新记录．常绿灌木，叶厚革质，椭圆形或近圆形，边…     

茶皂素定量测定方法 的研究

通过原子吸收光谱法及调查分析法对不同年级１００名大学生头发中Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｃａ、Ｐｂ与部分膳食营养结构状况和体智能素质进行了测定，并作了相关关系的初步研究，结果表明学生的膳食营养结构是否合理，在一定程度上影响着他们体内有关必需元素含量的平衡，进而影响着他们的生理及智力发育。     

Preparation of Cu（In,Ga）Se2 Thin Film Solar Cells by Selenization of Metallic Precursors in an Ar Atmosphere

Cu（In, Ga）Se2 thin films are deposited on Mo-coated glass substrates by Se vapour selenization of sputtered metallic precursors in the atmosphere of Ar gas flow under a pressure of about 10 Pa. The in situ heat treatment of as-grown precursor leads to the formation of a better alloy. During selenization, the growth of CuInSe2 phase preferably proceeds through Se-poor phases as CuSe and InSe at relatively low substrate temperature of 250℃, due to the absence of In2Se3 at intermediate stage at low reactor pressure. Subsequently, the Cu（In,Ga）Se2 phase is produced by the reactive diffusion of CuInSe2 with a Se-poor GaSe phase at high temperature of up to 560℃. The final film exhibits smooth surface and large grain size. The absorber is used to fabricate a glass/Mo/Cu（In, Ga）Se2/CdS/ZnO cell with the total-area efficiency of about 7%. The low open-circuit voltage value of the cell fabricated should result from the nonuniform distribution of In and Ga in the absorber, due to the diffusion-controlled reaction during the phase formation. The films, as well as devices, are characterized.
