Effect of Poly(Ether Urethane) Introduction on the Performance of Polymer Electrolyte for All-Solid-State Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells 下载免费PDF全文
The introduction of poly(ether urethane) (PEUR) into polymer electrolyte based on poly(ethylene oxide), LiI and I2, has significantly increased the ionic conductivity by nearly two orders of magnitudes. An increment of I3- diffusion coefficient is also observed. All-solid-state dye-sensitized solar cells are constructed using the polymer electrolytes. It was found that PEUR incorporation has a beneficial effect on the enhancement of open circuit voltage VOC by shifting the band edge of TiO2 to a negative value. Scanning

With a crystal orientation dependent on the etch rate of Si in KOH-based solution, a base-emitter self-Migned large-area multi-finger configuration power SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) device (with an emitter area of about 880μm^2) is fabricated with 2μm double-mesa technology. The maximum dc current gain is 226.1. The collector-emitter junction breakdown voltage BVcEo is 10 V and the collector-base junction breakdown voltage BVcBo is 16 V with collector doping concentration of 1 × 10^17 cm^-3 and thickness of 400nm. The device exhibited a maximum oscillation frequency fmax of 35.5 GHz and a cut-off frequency fT of 24.9 GHz at a dc bias point of Ic = 70 mA and the voltage between collector and emitter is VCE = 3 V. Load pull measurements in class-A operation of the SiGe HBT are performed at 1.9 GHz with input power ranging from OdBm to 21 dBm. A maximum output power of 29.9dBm (about 977mW) is obtained at an input power of 18.SdBm with a gain of 11.47dB. Compared to a non-self-aligned SiGe HBT with the same heterostructure and process, fmax and fT are improved by about 83.9% and 38.3%, respectively. 相似文献

Province, China. 2006-11-23 This paper reports that pure hexagonal aluminium nitride microtubes and nanowires growing along the [0001] direction have been successfully synthesized by directly reacting AlCl3 with NaN3 at low temperature (450℃) under condition of non-solvent system. The grey-white powder of reacting product was characterized by high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM), which shows that the powder is long straight-wire morphology with outer diameter from 40nm to 300 nm and length up to several micrometres. The results of both electron diffraction (ED) and x-ray diffraction (XRD) indicate that the AlN microtubes have a pure hexagonal monocrystal tubular structure with the combination of the curled AlN nanobelts. Room-temperature photoluminescence spectrum of the synthesized sample showed an emission peak, which is closely related to the small size of the microtubes. 相似文献

在双谱线原子发射光谱测温原理的基础上,设计了对炸药爆轰的瞬态温度进行实时测量的光纤光谱测试系统,利用光学纤维将炸药爆轰的光谱信号传入测光系统,用多通道数据采集器处理数据,系统的时间分辨率可高达0.1μs,所选择的两条谱线的波长分别为CuI 510.5和CuI 521.8nm,为炸药爆温的测量提供了一种简单有效的方法。利用该测温系统,通过对炸药爆轰光谱的测量,获得了实时瞬态爆轰温度-时间分布曲线。 相似文献

The Langevin equation is used to simulate the fission process of ^112Sn ^112Sn and ^116Sn ^116Sn. The mass distribution of the fission fragments are given by assuming the process of symmetric fission or asymmetric fission with the Gaussian probability sampling.
