Spectral and Electrochemical Investigation of Intercalations of Adrenaline and CT－DNA

A strong interaction between double stranded calf-thymus DNA (ds-DNA) and adrenaline in solution, but no interaction between single stranded calf-thymus DNA (ss-DNA) and adrenaline was observed by the use of UV-visible spectroscopy and voltammetric techniques. It is suggested that the interaction leads to an intercalation of adrenaline molecules into the groove of ds-DNA and the formation of ds-DNA (adrenallne)n complex. The binding site size of the interaction of adrenaline with CT-DNA in nucleotide phosphate [ NP] has been determined as 25. The interaction of different concentration adrenaline with DNA modified GCE shows that the DNA modified GCE can be a good tool to detect lower concentration adrenaline.     

不同产地明党参及其生制品中微量元素的比较分析

采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法分析测定了不同产地野生与栽培明党参及其生制品中29种无机元素和微量元素的含量，并首次建立了地道产区明党参微量元素特征图谱。结果表明，药材中元素的含量与地质环境、生长年限、栓皮厚薄有关；去除栓皮后，钡、钙、铁、钾、镁、锰、铅、硒、锶、钛、钒的含量明显下降。     

激光作用下血红蛋白的荧光

一、引言应用激光光解研究生物大分子的光解动力学过程,已做了不少工作.但对激光作用下蛋白质分子的非线性光学现象,还研究的不多.我们应用自己设计安装的激光实验装置,以血红蛋白和碳氧血红蛋白为对象,研究它们在激光作用下的光解离和双光子过程、荧光随时间变化等现象.我们观察到,在激光作用下,碳氧血红蛋白和血红蛋白出现双光子过程和发短波长荧光,而在碳氧血红蛋白中出现“滞后”荧光现象.这些现象可对生物分子内部能级和能量转移过程等提供有益的信息.     

Br^—对（TPP）Co电化学氧化还原行为影响研究

用微电极和薄层循环伏安（ＣＶ）技术研究了Ｂｒ＾－对四苯基钴卟啉（ＴＰＰ）Ｃｏ）在１，２－二氯乙烷（ＤＣＥ）中电化学行为的影响，发现在较高电位下，两个Ｂｒ＾－轴向配位的（ＴＰＰ）Ｃｏ（Ⅲ）（Ｂｒ＾－）２其一个Ｂｒ＾－发生脱落表现出（ＴＰＰ）Ｃｏ（Ⅲ）（Ｂｒ＾－）的行为特征，这被证明是Ｂｒ＾－的氧化所致证明了（ＴＰＰ）Ｃｏ（Ⅲ）Ｂｒ＾－在约０．１２Ｖ（ＳＣＥ）处还原，而（ＴＰＰ）Ｃｏ（Ⅲ）（Ｂｒ＾－）

本文报道5,5'-双(4-甲基苯基)-2,2'-联恶唑(POOP)的晶体结构,并辅以分子力学法(MM-X程序)计算,探讨了POOP分子的基态构象.

方差分量的二次不变估计的非负改进

研究一类方差分量模型中的方差分量的估计改进问题,首先在含两个方差分量模型中给出σ21二次型估计类,并且此估计类还具有无偏性和不变性.考虑二次损失(δ-θ)2,在此估计类基础上放弃无偏性进行非负改进,不仅得到优于二次不变无偏估计类的σ21的非负二次不变估计类,而且还说明了它优于方差分析估计和最小均方误差估计,文献[5]中给出s>2时的非负改进,但是非负改进存在是有条件的,本文克服了这个缺陷.最后给出了非负改进存在的充分必要条件.     

Radio-Frequency Characteristics of the Coaxial Step-Disk-Loaded Slow-Wave Structure for Relativistic Travelling Wave Tubes

We present a new periodic all-metal slow wave structure, a coaxial step-disc-loaded system and the dispersion characteristics of the structure. By using the field-matching method, the dispersion equation and the coupling impedance of this structure are obtained. The coaxial structure makes the bandwidth broader than that of the non-coaxial one. Compared with the coaxial disc-loaded and ridged-disc-loaded structures, the pass-band of coaxial step-disc-loaded structure is the broadest. The calculation results show that increasing the step width and decreasing the step thickness can improve the bandwidth.     

Admissibility of Linear Estimators in the Growth Curve Model with Respect to Inequalitv Restriction

For the growth curve model with respect to inequality restriction： Y = XBZ ＋ε,ε（0, σ2V I）, trNB ≥0, this paper gives some necessary and sufficient conditions for the linear estimator of KBL to be admissible in the class of homogeneous linear estimators LH and nonhomogeneous linear estimators LI, respectively, under the quadratic loss function tr（d（Y） - KBL）＇（d（Y） - KBL）.
