TiO2/SnO2复合光催化剂的耦合效应

采用改进的sol gel技术制备TiO2/SnO2耦合型半导体光催化剂,利用XRD、气相色谱 仪、粒度仪和表面光电压装置等研究了耦合型半导体光催化机理和光催化效率的影响因素, 并通过降解甲醛探讨其在空气污染治理中的作用.实验结果表明,添加20 ％(mol) SnO2的复 合半导体光催化剂,其光催化效率比纯TiO2高一倍以上.据实验结果和粒子紧密堆积原理,提 出强耦合效应和弱耦合效应的光催化反应模型,并用此模型较好地解释了TiO2/SnO2复合型半 导体光催化剂的光催化效率随SnO2含量变化规律.     

介质对Nafion膜孔腔中限域TiO2纳米晶体形成的影响

本文在前期工作基础上，利用高分辨电子显微镜(HRTEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)，能谱(EDAX)研究了在全氟磺酸离子交换膜(Nafion)模板中有机浸泡液溶剂种类、Nafion膜含水量对前驱体Ti(OBu)₄在Nafion模板中形成单分散的TiO₂纳米晶体的影响；研究了Nafion膜断面各元素含量的面分布、线分布、TiO₂的含量、粒子大小、纳米晶体微观形貌及其结构。研究结果表明，溶剂决定了Ti(OBu)₄在Nafion膜中的荷载量及相应TiO₂荷载量的大小；Nafion膜含水量不同，对膜中TiO₂荷载量影响很大，但对TiO₂晶形、晶粒大小和各元素在Nafion膜断面中的均匀分布没有显著影响。     

齐聚噻吩衍生物电致变色性质

合成了四种齐聚噻吩衍生物：5,5"-二氰基-2,2’:5’,2"-三噻吩 (DCN3T), 5,5"’-二氰基-2,2’:5’,2":5",2"’-四噻吩 (DCN4T), 5,5"’-甲氧基-2,2’:5’,2":5",2"’-四噻吩(DMO4T) 和 4,4"-二羧基-5,5"-二丙基-2,2’:5’,2"-三噻吩 (BP3T-DCOOH),研究了它们的电致变色性质,研究结果发现,这四种齐聚噻吩衍生物膜在电场作用下,可以发生可逆的颜色变化。     

EQUI-STRENGTH DESIGN OF NONHOMOGENEOUS VARIABLE THICKNESS HIGH SPEED ROTATING DISK UNDER STEADY TEMPERATURE FIELD

Considering the mutual interaction between the thickness of the disk and temperaturedistribution,and directly using results in [1],[2] and the iteration method suggested in thispaper,we obtain the equi-strength thickness distribution of nonhomogeneous variablethickness high speed rotating disk under axisymmetrical steady temperature field.     

4-二甲基氨基吡啶催化合成N-保护氨基酸三氟乙酯

合成了6个未见文献报道的N-保护氨基酸三氟乙酯。4-二甲基氨基吡啶对N-保护氨基酸三氟乙酯的合成具有较高的催化活性,使三氟乙酯的合成产率大大增加。

选取典型串并联系统的备件库存优化为研究对象,以系统供应可用度最大为目标,备件总购置费为约束条件构建备件库存优化模型,给出基于边际分析法的优化算法.经示例分析,验证了该模型的可行性和有效性,结果可为备件保障经费的合理配置提供理论依据.     

基于BP神经网络的车牌字符识别算法研究

车牌字符识别是车牌识别系统中的关键环节。采用图像处理和神经网络相结合的方法设计新的车牌字符识别算法,先对分割出的车牌字符进行归一化处理,然后进行SOBEI．边缘检测和角点特征提取,最后输入BP神经网络进行训练、识别,其中BP神经网络模型属于改进型神经网络。通过一系列神经网络训练和仿真实验,车牌识别速度和正确率得到了明显的提高。     

Measurement of the total reaction cross section for the mirror nuclei ^12N and ^12B

The mirror nuclei ^12N and ^12B are separated by the Radioactive Ion Beam Line in Lanzhou （RIBLL） at HIRFL from the breakup of 78.6 MeV/u 14N on a Be target. The total reaction cross-sections of ^12N at 34.9 MeV/u and ^12B at 54.4 MeV/u on a Si target have been measured by using the transmission method. Assuming ^12N consists of a ^11C core plus one halo proton, the excitation function of ^12N and ^12B on a Si target and a C target were calculated with the Glanber model. It can fit the experimental data very well. The characteristic halo structure for ^12N was found with a large diffusion of the protons density distribution.     

Experimental Study on the Exotic Structure of ^12N in RIBLL

We measured the total reaction cross sections of 12N in Si at 36.2 MeV/u using Radioactive Ion Beam Line in Lanzhou （RIBLL） with a new method. The reaction target was installed at the intermediate focusing point T1 at RIBLL. This scheme allows us to identify particles before and after the reaction target unambiguously. The total reaction cross section （1760±78 mb） of ^12N in Si is obtained. Assuming that ^12N consists of a core ^11C plus one halo proton, the excitation function of 12N on the Si and C targets is calculated with the Glauber model and the Fermi-Fermi density distributions. It can fit the experimental data very well. A large diffusion of the protons density distribution supports the halo structure for ^12N.
