We investigated the electronic structure of oxygen adsorbed on silicon surface in a head-on position, and showed that only the corresponding bonding structure is able to explain the features in UPS and ELS spectra that were not interpreted satisfactorily before. In the present study, a ternary CuAl-based alloy was produced by adding 2% chromium, niobium, titanium and hafnium instead of 2% copper from the Cu88Al12 (% in mass) shape memory alloy, and the phase changes in the alloy were examined. As a result of the X-ray analyses performed at room temperature, the α phase, which is rich in copper, was detected in the main sample, i.e., the Cu88Al12 alloy, and the β 1 1 and γ 1 ? phases were detected in the four of the Cu86Al12Cr2, Cu86Al12Nb2, Cu86Al12Ti2 and Cu86Al12Hf2 alloys. All of phases were clearly seen in SEM images. As a result of the mapping performed during chemical analysis, it was observed clearly that there appeared a precipitation phase in the Cu86Al12Cr2, Cu86Al12Nb2, Cu86Al12Ti2 alloys due to the additions. It was also observed that the additions were effective in forming a martensite phase in the Cu88Al12 alloy. In differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurements, which were taken to support these measurements, no martensitic phase transformations were detected in dual primary alloy (Cu88Al12); however, a clear martensite phase transformation was detected in ternary alloys (Cu86Al12Cr2, Cu86Al12Nb2, Cu86Al12Ti2 and Cu86Al12Hf2) in the first DSC measurement. Then, when the DSC cycle was applied to the ternary alloy, both the austenite transformation and martensite transformation temperatures were clearly seen, and it was claimed that all the alloys showed high-temperature shape memory alloy properties. 相似文献

Sixteen new 2-(benzothiazol-2-ylthio)-N′-(3-substituted-4-(3,4-substitutedphenyl)thiazol-2(3H)-ylidene)acetohydrazide derivatives (4a-4p) were synthesized. The structures of the synthesized compounds were elucidated using FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and HRMS spectral data. Anticancer activity of the compounds 4a-4p against C6 (rat brain glioma) and A549 (human lung adenocarcinoma) cell lines was evaluated by using MTT, inhibition of DNA synthesis, and flow cytometric analysis assays. According to MTT assay, 4a and 4d were found to be the most active compounds against C6 cell line with an IC50 value of 0.03 mM. Moreover, IC50 values of 4a (0.2 mM) and 4d (0.1 mM) against NIH3T3 (mouse embryo fibroblast cell line) were higher than their IC50 values (0.03 mM) against C6 cell line. Accordingly, selectivity of compound 4a against C6 cell line was two-fold higher than that of compound 4d. Flow cytometry analysis showed that these compounds display anticancer activity by inducing apoptosis. As a result, compound 4a has a remarkable anticancer activity and a good selectivity towards C6 cell lines. 相似文献

A rapid and novel method combining dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction and high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with fluorescence detection was developed for the determination of donepezil in human urine. Parameters affecting extraction efficiency and chromatographic determination, such as the type and volume of the extraction and disperser solvent, pH of sample for dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction, mobile-phase composition, pH, column oven temperature, and flow rate for chromatographic determination, were evaluated and optimized. Using a C18 core–shell column (7.5 × 4.6?mm, 2.7?μm), the determination of donepezil was accomplished within 5?min. Under optimum conditions, developed method was linear in the range of 0.5–25?ng?mL?1 with the correlation coefficient >0.99. Limit of detection was 0.15?ng?mL?1. The relative standard deviation at three concentration levels (2, 12.5, and 20?ng?mL?1) was less than 11% with accuracy in the range of 96.9–102.8%. The results of this study demonstrate that the use of dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction and core–shell column can be considered as a powerful tool for the analysis of donepezil in human urine. 相似文献

Bacillus vallismortis and Bacillus mojavensis were loaded onto Amberlite XAD-4 resin and used for solid phase extraction (SPE) of uranium(VI). A quick and simple UV–Vis spectrophotometric method was used to determine U(VI) ion. The best experimental conditions were determined as being a pH of 5.0; a sample flow rate of 2.0 mL min?1; 200.0 mg of biosorbent; 800 mg of Amberlite XAD-4, and 5.0 mL of 1 mol L?1 HCl as desorption solution for both immobilized bacteria. This study describes a single step conjugation of Glycylglycine (GlyGly) which is a small peptide, with [18F]FDG via oxime formation. Amiooxy-functionalization of GlyGly (AO-GlyGly) was accomplished through the reaction of Boc-aminooxy succinimide ester. Conjugation reaction was performed at 100 °C for 30 min in a vial containing AO-GlyGly and [18F]FDG solution. The radiolabeled product ([18F]FDG-GlyGly) was obtained with 98.65?±?0.35% yield without any purification step which makes this method more attractive for 18F radiolabeling. The present study is concluded with an in vivo pilot animal PET study to assess biodistribution and kinetics of chemoselectively [18F]FDG tagged GlyGly in vivo. 相似文献

Probabilistic evolution theory facilitates the solution of initial value problem of explicit autonomous ordinary differential equations with second degree multinomial right hand side functions. Its formulation has components we call telescope matrices. The matrices grow in size very rapidly and has many zeroes and repeating structures. In order to avoid the computational complexity coming from telescope matrices, squarified telescope matrices are utilized. Their calculation is through a recursion. This recursion has been used in several works by the authors and their colleagues but its proof was not given. This work gives the proof of the recursion and all the surrounding details. A second purpose of this work is to provide a method for most facilitative (optimal) space extension. Space extension is needed for using probabilistic evolution theory when degree of multinomiality of the right hand side functions is more than two.
